Above and beyond! It pays to do business with honorable people, and Angela is good peeps! We had a small blind in the kitchen whose string was cut (who knows how it happened!) and were fully willing to fork over $200+ to have it replaced, but, no, Angela would have none of it. She reminded me that the blinds were still under warranty (seven years!) and that she'd see to it that the blind in question would get restringed and installed—free of charge! (Normally, you the customer would take it back to the store, which would then send it back to the manufacturer, which would restring and return it to the store, and you would either pick it up and reinstall it yourself or have a Hunter Douglas pro to do it for you at cost [note: the manufacturer-certified repairmen are wonderful, but *not cheap*].) Ms. Wilhem not only graced us at our house with her awesome presence, twice, but also dismounted and reinstalled the said blind herself, having taken pains to take care of all the concomitant nitty-gritty involved in remedying a defect in the product (if it was indeed a defect, as opposed to an accident), thus obviating the need for a botched DIY or for a very expensive repairman. I cannot praise this company highly enough!

This review is long overdue. My family is thrilled with our new (well, relatively new; see "long overdue") blinds. Angela was the picture of professionalism when she showed up at our house to give us a quote, and impressed us with her wise suggestions as she actively listened to our wants and needs. Both she and the gentleman who later measured for and installed the blinds, without being prompted, took off their shoes when they entered our house (we're Asian). Very sweet. The work was done as planned, on time, and they delivered exactly everything we asked for at a very reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend THE FROG Blinds.

The Frog has gone above and beyond to correct any problems with the shades in the master. Angela and Pilar have both been out to figure out a solution.

She was pleasant and professional. Had some ideas however they weren't in keeping with what I was looking for. She went away and did some research. Got back to me a week or so later, but the cost was prohibitive so I didn't pursue.

As described above, all appointments and work were performed to a very high standard. We are most pleased with the product (Hunter Douglas Shutters) and with the professionalism of the design salesperson (Pilar) and installer (Fernando). I would recommend them and we may well use their services again ourselves.

I ordered for the installation solar shades for the inside and they will complete the job within a couple of weeks. There were no troubles with scheduling. Missy came out for the estimate and measuring. She did not try to sell anything that I did not need and was helpful. I really like Missy and she was not pushy at all. I am very pleased with her. This is the first time I have used their services. I chose them based on their ratings on Angie’s List and the deal they offered. They came out, took measurements, and I told them what I wanted. A few days later, they came out and installed them. I had a very good experience and I would use them again.

Overall all, I was happy working with the Frog Blinds. One of the shades was damaged during delivery and the Frog was courteous and pleasant to deal with while ordering the replacement parts and even had the replacement parts express shipped to help reduce wait time.

Our home has Hunter Douglas wood plantation shutters. One shutter's spring was broken. From my Angie's List research I learned about the Frog's great service. I called the contact and within the day she called me back. She asked me to email a photo of the broken shutter. I did and she emailed to schedule a repair at my home. Really great service!!

Celene was amazing for the entire process of estimating, quoting and arranging the install of our blinds! We needed 9 blinds to match some existing Hunter Douglas blinds that were in our house when we bought it. She was extremely helpful in recommending what we needed and even pointed out both a coupon here on Angie's List and a rebate for the blinds I was buying - saved me over $500 total! Talk about fantastic customer service! Installation was quick, smooth and professional. Alfredo was great - in and out in an hour, no mess, no fuss. Everything looked wonderful. If you need blinds, especially Hunter Douglas, this is the place to go in the Houston area.

Frog at Home is amazing. This is the third time we have used them. They are professional, prompt, and did a fabulous job! If we ever need blinds again, they are the only company we would use.

It went very well. I worked with Kathy who was very professional and helpful. She came out to my house discussed a wide range of options and assisted me in selecting a product that met my needs perfectly. At install there was a problem noticed with the construction of the shade by the installer. He called Kathy. She had the installer take the shade back to her and she sent out back immediately to the manufacturer had it repaired and reinstalled. So, there was a problem but the response to the problem was spot on and effective. The installer was profession nice and pleasant. All in all it went well and I'm happy with the product and the services. I will use them again for my next window treatment project i do not hesitate to recommend them at all
