I took my computer to them for some repairs.

My problem wasn't anything they could address so they weren't able to help.

I was not happy with the people there in The Computer Hospital's office at all. They really had an attitude. Actually I went to the owner, I couldn't remember which one of the moment. Overall I would say "B" on price just because it's a coupon. The guy that actually came and did the work was okay but the office people were very rude and I'll be glad to put that as a comment.

I had to pay more outside the deal because I had some things wrong with it. They cleaned up the computer and moved some stuff off of it. They got my laptop back up and running. In my opinion it went pretty well. It didn't go great because there were like two mild things on that that they didn't get to nor did they tell me they didn't get to them, even just that it was fine. I just felt more confident. Just talking to the guys you can tell what they're talking about.

After a horrible, tangled, many times (every week or so) in the shop run-around experience with the Geek Squad/Best Buy, I took my Dell PC to the Computer Hospital. THEY FIXED IT! It's been running trouble-free for over a month now. What impressed me was the professionalism, no sales gimmicks or tricks. There were several professional men (not kids) who were courteous, professional, and who knew thier business. The turn around was very fast. In on Friday, ready Saturday (of course, that may vary depending on what's wrong, but Best Buy always kept the PC for a week or more each time). I will use The Computer Hospital if I need another repair.

They were prompt and were able to hook up my printer. Asked them to set up my IPad to print, but they just told me an app to download.

It was during the Houston Texans run for the Super Bowl. I wanted to watch the game on my computer. I found a site that advertised I could watch the game for free, and all I had to do was "click here." I "clicked there" but never could get the game. However, a weird toolbar was added. The next day I attempted to log on, and I got this message from supposedly the "FBI" stating that I had been on some illegal p*** sites and my computer was now locked by the " FBI." I was instructed to send $200.00, via Western Union, and when this money was received, my computer would be "unlocked." I took my computer to the Computer Hospital. They kept it for a couple of days, successfully removed the virus, and only charged me a minimal amount! I have not had any problems since then.

Arrived promptly. Completed repair to my stisfaction. This was my 3rd time to use them.

I called several companies to do a simple pc set-up and was repeatedlly told that "nothing is ever simple" which is usually shorthand for "we're going to complicate the process and charge you a lot for service". Luckily, I found The Computer Hospital. I was told that my project was, indeed, relatively simple and I was directed to purchase the the special deal through Angie's List. I did and the next day, my computer was set up within the one hour window. The staff was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I was extremely pleased.

They're knowledgeable. They are reasonable. They are quick.

Bottom line is when a n*** takes his system here, you got to know they are that good!

His computer needed a new hard drive. I had the "big deal," $39 for $100 of computer work, so you can see that the cost was high; without the coupon it would have cost $300-350, and I wouldn't have bothered to fix the computer. Again, I feel that they know what they are doing and if you need data retrieval or a computer fixed that they know what they are doing, but just be prepared to pay.

MY files disappeared and I could no longer save anything in these files. They were able to recover all the files and give me access and now I can save everything I want to

My daughter was just like the teenager on TV asking Dad for a new computer to replace her old slow one. In this case, the "old" lap top was two years old. I followed TV dad's advice and bought one of those computer clean-up programs that's supposed to remove viruses and fix registry errors (though not the one heavily advertised). That did absolutely nothing. Determined to prove that a new computer was still not the answer, I took her machine to The Computer Hospital. They ran a quick diagnostic and gave me an estimate to repair it. A couple of days later, it was ready and running like new for not much more than the cost of the worthless software. They had removed 23 viruses which is apparently not unusual. The technician saw the clean up program on the desk top and explained that those are "junk" and that "registry errors" are not really the bogey man that the software marketers would have you believe. Finally, he advised us on how to prevent viruses in the future and said that he hopes to see us again -- just not too soon. Overall, it was a great experience that saved me a bundle.

They came to my house and was unabel to diagnose the problem and had to take it in. They called the very next day and told me my hard drive was going out. The prices sfor their hard drives were reasonable so had opte for a large 1 TB for $129.00, Backup/restore for $80.00 and Malware for $50.00. the only thing I did not really like was having to pay for pick up and delievery. But undertanbly so because they were so far away. I would like to have had some one in the area. I am very pleased with the work and how they kept me informed. If there was no one good in the area I will gladly use them again. Thanks Angie. You have helped me in so many ways.

This was the second computer that I had this company work on. Both time the people was very helpful and completed the job ahead of schedule. Pricing was great and I would refer them to anyone that is needing computer repairs or upgrade.

Scheduling the service was easy and the person I spoke with was very courteous. The technician was right on time, very polite and professional. He very quickly fixed both problems. He seemed completely knowledgeable about both laptops and explained what he was doing in language I understood. I was prepared for him to leave once he'd taken care of the problems but he went on to optimize the performance of both computers. He asked if I needed a printer set up and he did so, including getting it connected wirelessly, which I had been unable to do. Before he left he reported back to his office and asked me to speak with his supervisor to ensure that I was pleased with the service. I would recommend the Computer Hospital completely and will certainly utilize themfor any future needs I have.

He came out but I wasn’t happy with what he did. He did solve the current problem I was having, but he erased my whole address book and I didn’t notice until after he left.

Punctual, efficient, professional. I had other issues after computer was brought back. Technician worked with me remotely and identified other problems (external drive is also failing). Please with work and process. Will use again. Technician is knowledgeable of MACs and does a great job of explaining problems in simple terms.

Computer was not working at all. Went into their shop after work, which was near their closing time. They were very relaxed. I did not feel rushed or that I was imposing on them. They called me back the next day and let me know it would cost a great deal to repair the computer as both the motherboard and power supply were out. They gave me several options, but did not charge me anything. They told me to save my coupon for another time.

The Computer Hospital experience was very good. Have told a few people to go there.

They were very thorough, the software they use is a lot more expensive than what you pay, and want to keep you as customer so they will provide a lot of extra services. Also, they are open on Sunday's and am able to take my computer to them, in which they can work on a variety of repairs.

I'm running Windows 7 on 3 computers. When I tried to use them the passwords had been changed and I couldn't get into my own personal computers!!! There had been a Windows update early that morning and maybe that had something to do with it. I called the Computer Hospital and they were kind enough to schedule me for later in the day. It doesn't really matter who you speak to, they are all nice and helpful. I spoke to James and he made the arrangements for the service call. Jeff came out to evaluate and fix the problem. He had me up and running in about 30 minutes! Bam! He fixed it. He also recommended that I either make the disk needed to change a password or just not put a password on the computers on my home network. I did the latter. This is my second experience with the company and they are just GREAT. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The technician was very professional and seemed very knowledgeble. He was not certain tha the had identified the problem at our home and took it with him back to his office. The problem was identified as a glitch with the security program. After making changes to it, the computer worked fine. If needed, I will use this company in the future and I do not hesitate to recommend them.
