Texas Fence

The fence quality is good, but the finishing touches weren't done and communication was an issue. The original builders left my neighbor's fence hanging crooked without bothering to reattach it to my post, struggled to get a straight line on the shared wall between my neighbor's house and mine, and didn't bother to fill in the post holes with dirt. The project manager was uncommunicative when it came to these issues - he was difficult to get hold of when the builders showed up 2 hours late and when problems arose during the build where we needed his input, and didn't bother to reply to emails regarding the fence not being reattached after the build was complete. However, the sales rep (Juan Enriquez) was significantly more responsive and quite good to work with, and when I told him about the issues he immediately arranged to have someone come out to fix the detached fence and fill in the holes. If not for him, I probably would have given Texas Fence a C rather than a B.

I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate Jon and the team at Texas Fence. Not only did they have to deal with questionably violent pets from neighbors, they had to navigate around a back fence replacement that was on an incredibly busy Houston main thoroughfare. We did all of this via phone and email as I was out of town at the time. Our tenants were so pleased as were we. The fence looks amazing. We will definitely call on Texas Fence in the future.

The job was completed quickly. The fence looks great. However, our TV cable was cut during the post hole drilling process, which was a hassle dealing with Suddenlink to repair. Would recommend getting the additional coverage for line breakage (which we had).

On time, clean and good quality workmanship

Great. Team of 2 guys worked hard in the hot sun, finished all in one day taking old fence away with them and cleaned the work area. I received 3 quotes from 3 different companies and they were in the middle with the quickest delivery date. Fence could not be straighter if you tried 100 times again. Yes I could have built it myself but it would have taken 1 week and would look “ok”. My fence looks perfect. Highly recommended

Awesome work. No mess left at all

We love our wrought iron fence. It makes an older home look really nice and we don't have to worry about our dog (or other dogs) jumping the fence. Also, the package receiving area they created in front is so handy for receiving Amazon deliveries. The chain link fence they did in back and the wood fencing they did on one side of our property have both made our home more secure and more attractive. I would definitely hire them again.

We had Texas Fence install a wooden fence around the perimeter of our home. The crew arrived early morning and were very friendly and professional. After watching them for a few minutes I knew they had everything under control. It was enjoyable watching these pros accomplish our job. They had the entire job finished by late afternoon and it looks absolutely wonderful! We could not have asked for anything better. The price was excellent and our representative, Juan answered all our questions before the install. We highly recommend Texas fence. This is the second time we had them do work for us and we would not hesitate to use them again. Texas fence is a stellar company!

The crew was timely & efficient. They removed the old fencing, installed new posts, then installed the remaining fence. The whole process, including clean up, took less than 3 days. I was impressed, & my wife loves the new fence!
