Texas Fence

There was a crack on one picket I noticed on the day after it was installed. They fixed it right away, so I rated this review excellent.

The whole experience was horrible. They kept changing project managers, and took a very long time with everything that I needed. The work was done absolutely poorly. It took multiple visits to get things done correctly. Putting rotten wood on my new 4000 dollar fence is just unacceptable. There are still nails sticking out that have not been fixed to this day.even after I was told they would be back to fix it. I do not recommend anyone to waste money with this company

I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate Jon and the team at Texas Fence. Not only did they have to deal with questionably violent pets from neighbors, they had to navigate around a back fence replacement that was on an incredibly busy Houston main thoroughfare. We did all of this via phone and email as I was out of town at the time. Our tenants were so pleased as were we. The fence looks amazing. We will definitely call on Texas Fence in the future.

Texas Fence did an excellent job, and quickly. There were a couple of issues after completion and they came right out and fixed them.

Shoddy work. Didn’t call to discuss unforeseen issues to get my thoughts on potential upgrades or workarounds. Failed to come for followup visit to correct errors. Unresponsive to phone calls after the job was done.

There was some scheduling and communication issues upfront, but their work was impeccable. The quality of fence is great and once the project was started it went very quickly. I would use them again and recommend others do as well.

Curtis with Texas fence was very prompt and responsive to all of our calls, emails and concerns that we had from the very first call to the completion of the project. He did an awesome job communicating with us and coordinating with our neighbors to get everything in place to get the project moving forward. We expected 4 weeks before they could start the project, but they were able to get things moving much faster and once started, they had the old fence down and the new one up in two days and this is an awesome 20-25 year cedar wood fence, not one of those builder grade fences. The guys that did the work were excellent craftsman and very skilled and have apparently been doing this for many years. Mario could operate a skill saw with the best of them. Once completed, all trash was hauled away. The only thing I would like to have seen better is if they would have swept up after all of the fence trash was removed, but it was not that big of a deal. A few minutes with a broom took care of that.

We love our wrought iron fence. It makes an older home look really nice and we don't have to worry about our dog (or other dogs) jumping the fence. Also, the package receiving area they created in front is so handy for receiving Amazon deliveries. The chain link fence they did in back and the wood fencing they did on one side of our property have both made our home more secure and more attractive. I would definitely hire them again.

Some fencing uneven. No one ever followed up to ask what I thought of the work.

Everything went great. They delivered on what they promised. The contractor they used to stain the fence is awesome and he knows his stuff.

They originally installed my fencing a few years back. I was extremely pleased with their work then and they were very responsive to my request to add spring closures to the gates this year. I would strongly recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable fencing company.

The workers were wonderful and polite - and got the job done quickly, plus hauled off the old fencing. Texas Fence uses quality wood and quality workers - I'm VERY pleased with the work and felt the price matched the value.

The job was completed quickly. The fence looks great. However, our TV cable was cut during the post hole drilling process, which was a hassle dealing with Suddenlink to repair. Would recommend getting the additional coverage for line breakage (which we had).

Went great - I was pleased with the finished product and the company employees. Installed 185 ft rear fence without removing old chain link. 165 side fence with 4 foot gate on side street, removed and hauled off chain link free. Six foot cedar pickets. I plan to call them to install same on front property line at a later date.
