Outstanding. The sales person, office staff, project manager and crew were all very professional and helpful. They completed a complex and messy job on time and left a clean project area and beautiful new fence. I found the pricing to be very fair. I would hire Texas Fence again.

Texas Fence Company replaced the fence for our 10 house complex. It was a pretty big job (~$15k). It was a very stressful ordeal dealing with Texas Fence company because they subcontract the job to a crew with a foreman who was rarely around. This means the customer ends up becoming the Project Manager by default. Also, the foreman was the only one who spoke English so it was nearly impossible to communicate with the crew when you found a problem. The work was also started 2 days later than scheduled. We were told the delay was due to excessive rain but they were going to put additional workers to finish by the end of the weekend. The work ended up taking 2 days longer than originally promised so they started 2 days late and finished 2 day late. There were numerous issues and mistakes (see specifics below) that have still not been addressed even 3 weeks after the job has been completed. A representative from Texas Fence (Eric) did come out a couple weeks ago to see all of the problems. To be fair, he was apologetic and agreed that the work quality was poor but as of today none of the issues have been resolved. The work quality was average in the areas that were completed correctly, but there were multiple basic mistakes made even after discussing with them multiple times: - We requested a removable access panel to be placed in front of a communication pole as it is required for technicians to be able to access it. I even reminded the foreman on the day the work started but this was not done. A few days later we had to rip a section off the fence as ATT needed to repair a cable line that the work crew had damaged. - There were large visible gaps between many of the fence boards. - One of the gate posts was a 2x4 board that was nailed into a resident’s home rather than driven into the ground. It was very easy to wiggle this board as it was barely secured. - The fence between several homes had all the fence placed on one side rather than alternating sections. - One section of fencing had inconsistent height than the rest of the perimeter. - Most of the gates were missing handles. Some gates between properties could only be opened from one side. - One of the gates was not replaced even though we requested it be done multiple times. This was a late addition to the scope but the foreman agreed to do it. The crew was also not careful about damaging our property. I expected some collateral damage when replacing a fence but this crew was especially sloppy. They damaged multiple trees, sprinkler lines, pavers, and even cut one residents cable. The crew also did not bother cleaning up after themselves and I found lots of litter, nails, and piles of dirt all over my yard. I will have to pay a landscaper quite a large sum to clean up their huge mess. The lack of communication from Texas Fence was completely unacceptable. Texas Fence has not been responsive at all to these concerns even though we have tried to contact the foreman and left a complaint with the main line. No final walkthrough was conducted to ensure the scope was completed and acceptable. Phone calls were never returned. We are now considering hiring another competent company to fix all of the mistakes made by Texas Fence. I never thought that I would ever need to hire someone to repair a brand new fence. Overall, I strongly recommend finding a better company who does not subcontract their work. If you do use this company then I advise you to take off from work so you can watch the crew closely, and I hope you speak Spanish because that will be the only way to communicate. And definitely withhold payment until the work is completed as this is the only leverage you will have to have Texas Fence address the numerous issues that are sure to arise.

Crew of two completed the job in 2 days. They were meticulous about fit and finish. Took time to produce a great looking fence that is well built.

Called and spoke to a sales person about a project. He handed my contact off to another individual who contacted me by email and completely misunderstood the nature of the project, probably due to faulty information from the original contact. I attempted to reach this individual twice more and my calls were never returned. Don't waste your time with them. I used them once before and the job they did was barely satisfactory. People who don't return calls are not worthy of one's business.

On time, fast and excellent workmanship

Everything went well. The only thing that could have been improved on was the clean up of the sawdust. The walkway was swept. A blower should have been used as well. When the walkway was wet, it made a bit of a mess.

They gave me a great bid and the fence they installed was excellent quality.

Company would not honor website offer without adding restrictions that were not on the website. The quoted fence price on THEIR website was not honored. Eventually they declined to come out to my home to do an estimate at all! This is not a professional way to interact with a potential customer.

We hired Texas Fence Company to remove a 6 ft wood fence and replace it with an 8.5 ft one. They also installed an iron automatic driveway gate and breezeway gate. We had a couple of issues, but with any larger project that should be expected. These concerns were brought to the attention of Trey Burgess, the General Manager. Once he stepped in, every concern was addressed and corrected as promised. I would have no issue recommending Texas Fence Company to any of my family or friends. Thanks again Trey for making this project look absolutely perfect.

We needed a back fence and side fence. Back fence is 65' long x 8' high. Side fence 16' long x 8' high. Sales: I emailed the company and was contacted right away by Robert Rodriguez. He came out a couple days later to take measurements and we had a quote by the next day. We had to adjust the quote a couple times, and every time he got back to us right away. Robert was fantastic and very patient. Great experience with initial contact and sales. Payment: We paid half down, half on completion Length of time: We were told the wait was 3-4 weeks. In about 2-3 weeks we got a call from Norman Chapa to schedule an installation time. We agreed on May 29. Problems: I stayed home from work on May 29 anticipating the fence install but got a call from Norman saying the crew couldn't make it that day. I understand these things happen, I told Norman I had taken the day to work at home and needed a guaranteed day for the fence install. He gave me Thursday, May 31. On Thursday, I took a partial vacation day, got home, and Texas Fence wasn't there. I didn't get any call about it. I called Norman. His message box was full. At this point I was really frustrated and I decided to call the Texas Fence office. I don't remember who answered the call, and I'm really sorry for that, because she was very helpful and understanding. She listened to my tale of woe with grace and respect. She took my message and said she would pass it on. Later that day I got a call from Trey, who apologized for the problems, he offered a partial refund and guaranteed a crew would be at our house on Friday, June 1. The fence: On Friday, the crew showed up at 12:30 and were gone by 7:00 pm. They did a beautiful job and left everything neat and clean. It's really amazing how quickly they worked on a very hot day. Both the back fence and side fence are fantastic. In every business, problems happen. You can't change the problem because that's in the past. What you can do is offer a solution. That's what Texas Fence did. For that I give them an "A" and for the quality of the workmanship I give them an "A".

initial sale went well, showed up when promised, but one gate panel was damaged. they took it back and we had to call salesperson for weeks to find out when it would be replaced. finally they put damaged panel back on until the new one came in. we called and called again. salesperson never called us to tell us when it would be replaced but them we got an emailed invoice asking for final payment. Overall we would've been thrilled with everything if the one gate panel wasn't damaged. everything went well except for that. The sales manager did give us a great on the balance due to poor response from our sales person, but great companies aren't made by what they do right, they're made by how they handle the things that don't go right. This is a good company with fair prices. If all goes right, you'll have no worries. hopefully they've learned from our experience. We appreciate finally having our completed fence, almost 3 months after it all started. the fence is beautiful and was put up very well.

The crew showed up on schedule and completed the job in less than one day. Very professional and were very careful with our sprinkler system and plants.

While the estimate was on the lower side, it wasn't what I wanted. I didn't want to just replace my fence, I wanted to do a different iron fence without finials and also a horizontal fence. The salesperson was not very responsive and when I asked for a different quote, assured me he was going to give me a different estimate, but never did. Perhaps my job was too small, but they did not want my business.

No one called back with a estimate of what the cost was going to be. I waited a full week for someone to contact me. I can tell that someone came out and took a look at my current fence. I guess they did not want the job.

this fence is built very well, should last for years. Very pleased

Could not ask for more. The entire process from quote ,scheduling,and building the fence was great. The job was complete in two weeks. I will definitely use Texas Fence for any fencing needs.

The work crew was fabulous! The crew was very responsive and polite about addressing my questions and concerns and made sure that I understood how the fence would look based upon what we decided. The crew was very professional, worked hard with no breaks and was considerate of property and flowerbeds, utility lines, etc. The fence looks GREAT!

My entire experience was professional from beginning to end. The sales rep was helpful and provided a detailed quote on site. The operations team was also professional and did an excellent job removing the old fence and installing the new.

Went very well from sales to installation. Sales representative Shawn in sales was very patient with all my questions. Installation crew were very courteous and professional and cleaned up after job very well. We never even actually met, yet everyone exceeded my expectations with our new fence.
