+ -1 moreTalked to Joe Navarro in person on the phone on Friday, 12-26-2015 after hot water heater tank started leaking. He gave us an estimate over the phone and then sent a written estimate by email. After contacting a couple of other water heater installers, we decided to do business with Texans Water Heaters. We called Joe on Sunday afternoon, 12-27-2105, to schedule an appointment for new water heater installation. He scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 on the following Monday morning. He said he'd call 30 minutes before arrival. He called at about 8:05AM and Carlos, one of Joe's employees, arrived at about 8:35AM. Upon arrival Carlos introduced himself and started the process of the removal of the old water heater, lines, etc. A few minutes later Joe arrived with the new water heater. All the old stuff was removed and replaced with new water heater, new shutoff valve, new lines, new pan, and new water sensor. The job was completed in about 2 hours. The job was done right the first time. They were polite, professional, punctual, and the price they quoted was the price they charged. Can't ask for more than that.
Description of Work: Water Heater removal and complete install with all new water heater, new cutoff valve, new hot and cold water connectors, new pressure relief line, oveflow pan, and overflow water sensor.
