I very much appreciate Texans Water Heaters! They gave me a fair quote when other companies tried to take advantage - one by 100% more. Interestingly a few of these companies then tried to undercut by coming down to $100 below Texans Water Heaters' quote. Also, the team that installed the water heater did so quickly and professionally. Thank you, thank you, Texans Water Heaters!

I wanted to replace two aging 50gallon hot water heaters in my house, so contacted Texans Water Heaters and two other highly regarded plumbers in the area. When I called, the owner, Joe N, answered and provided me a quote directly over the phone. I am a "man of a thousand questions" and found Joe to be very patient and generous with his time over the phone. Based on the excellent initial impression and attractive written quote he sent me. I decided to go with Texans. Joe showed up with his crew at the appointed time. They were an extremely courteous and friendly bunch. You could tell that Joe was a man with a great personal integrity and customer orientation. He took me outside to inspect the sealed factory boxes containing the replacement water heaters and opened them with me present so I could be assured they had the correct items. The installation went well and they cleaned up the area very thoroughly when finished. Joe finished up by giving me a folder with all the documentation regarding all the warranty and instructional information as well as to send via email plenty of documentation in case there ever was a warranty issue. In summary, it is very clear that Joe is keen on establishing and maintaining an excellent reputation and I would hire them back without hesitation

I recieved estimates from 4 other companies and chose Texans water heaters due to price and install availability. Called Joe for an estimate and he responded really quickly. Naturally I asked a lot of questions about my options and he responded via phone and text message. I sent pictures of my old system and he was able to give me an estimate. I originally wanted 2 40 gallon water heaters to replace my 11 year old system, but I decided to go with a Navien Tankless water heater to save on the gas bill and to prevent any future tank replacement. Joe and his team showed up early the next day and finished early. The took great care to cover my stairs and really watched out for the walls. The old water heaters were removed with ease, and the structure for the tankless water heater was built very quickly and the unit mounted. The roofer also showed up right on time to work on the vent. Overall, the installation went quickly ad flawlessly. Joe and his team were very courteous, answered all my questions, and were easy to work with. They even took the time to teach me to operate my new system.

I called around to get quotes from a few companies with good reviews. This one gave me the best price. Their response was quick and clear, no hidden cost what so ever. The team worked efficiently and left no mess behind. They not only installed the new machines but also replaced some parts with better quality products and put on 2 new leaking alarms. Joe let me know where they were during the whole process and answered all my questions. A job well done!

This company is exceptional. The owner, Joe, is very professional and has a crew of 2 or 3 people who work fast and efficiently. I called and got a quote with installation scheduled the very next day. I told him that we have a hot water circulation pump connected to two side-by-side water heaters and he was fully prepared for this. He called about an hour before arrival and arrived on time. His crew protected the areas between my garage and attic entry with drop cloths and they wore protection over their shoes to keep my house from getting damaged. They drained and removed my old water heaters without spilling a drop inside my house and without damaging walls or any contents. Same with bringing in the new tanks. The whole process took about 2 hours and everything was cleaned up. My old water heaters were installed by a sub-contractor and I wanted to buy direct to replace. I would definitely call Texans Water Heaters again when I need new water heaters.

Called and talked to Joe, the owner, and promptly negotiated a price for 2 Rheem 40 gallon water heaters. He came on time with his crew, and they were very professional. They laid down carpet protection, drained the old heaters, and installed the new ones with exactly what they said they would. New pans, valves, and even water sensor alarms. Explained and reviewed the installation and cleaned up after themselves. Everything, from beginning to end was top notch and I couldn't be happier.

I called for a quote. I already had another company visit properties give me an estimate that I thought was high. Texans Water Heaters quoted me over the phone at a much more reasonable price; $1180 for new Rheem 50 gal natural gas water heaters located in attic. Since I was doing 2 homes at same time and homes were close by, they gave an additional discount on 2nd home. I agreed to price on phone and ask when. They offered the next morning. They showed up on time. Since all the do is water heaters, they make fast work of it. They had both homes replaced within 4 hours and old heaters hauled away. Excellent company to work with.

This was the most considerate crew of any kind I've had into my house, arriving punctually, working efficiently, doing impeccable clean up and installation, reviewing the work done and calling the following day to repeat their thanks and checking that all was operating well.
