Description of Work: Terminix will do what you ask them to. But if they show up when you are not around, they will do a half-assed job. Only use them if you have time to supervise.

Description of Work: Quarterly pest control service. Very happy with service and technicians, but I wish they were not as pricey as they have become recently.

Description of Work: The service tech was polite & punctual and performed quality work. I did not like the promotion techniques. I was paying for duplicate services and could find anyone to help solve the issue, so I canceled. Last week and will never use them again.

Description of Work: Terminix comes quarterly (every 3 months) to spray the outside of my house to prevent pests from coming into my home. I have never seen a live bug inside my house and if I do I simply call them and they come back out a re-treat my home.

Description of Work: Terminix does yearly inspections for subterranean termites. We found active termites about 10 years back. They treated them, baited around the house for several year, then switched to simply inspecting after there was no more activity. I have always found them to be prompt, courteous, professional, and willing to make me, the customer, satisfied.

Description of Work: I have had terminix do quarterly pest service at my house for the past 11 years. They have done great and consistent service for me. I also have had their termite protection plan for the same amount of time. My neighbors on both sides have had many pest problems inside their houses. I rarely have had live bugs in my house, and when I do terminix comes out and deals with them right away! At no additional charge as part of my ongoing quarterly services. They are great and have taken good care of my house for me!

They came out several times because they did not always bring a technician certified to treat termites, only to inspect for termites. However, once a technician with the certification came out he resolved the problem thoroughly and professionally.

Lost track of how mnay times we had to call the office to reschedule to a Friday when we constantly were telling them to NOT schedule service Mon thru Thurs. Listened to many complaints from the service tech about management as well.

Description of Work: They performed a routine inspection and application of poisons both inside the house, and outside. This is done quarterly.
