Description of Work: They sprayed the outside of the home and checked to make sure that I did not need any service on the inside, for creepy crawlers. They are very nice and professional.

Description of Work: I have used Terminix for many years. They have kept us pretty bug free, as well as you can be in Houston. They are quick to come out for an extra call (which happens very rarely), on occasion I have asked the tech to knock and talk to me when he comes and they did not. Overall I'm satisfied and will continue.

Description of Work: We've been with Terminix for over a decade after we've noticed some minor termite damage. They took care of the problem and we've not had any issues with termites since then. They notify us when they are coming out for either an exterior or interior inspection. Their website makes it easy to reschedule. They email and call a day or so ahead to remind us of the inspection. They've been quite good about rescheduling to a more convenient time. They arrive within the schedule window and the staff have always been polite and professional. Same goes with the office staff. Billing is also easy on the website. We're really pleased with the service.
