Description of Work: I've contracted with Terminix for regular pest control msintenance for several years, since they bought out the local company we had hired before. Terminix workers quickly solved two main problems: rats in attic and crawl space and two carpenter ant nests in the house. They very quickly found the rats mode of entry and fixed it. Since then they have set and maintained traps in the attic. They check them every other quarterly visit and there have been no rats in the house since we contracted with Terminix. The same goes for carpenter ants; they spray all around the house on every visit, and we have had no more carpenter ant nests. The Terminix technician comes quarterly, sprays for insects and replenishes, the bait in an outside warfarin trap. We put seeds out for the birds and the rats would join them, but I have seen only one or two, and they were quite sick, since the trap has been in place. | |Overall, the contract with Terminix for extermination of pests and maintaining the house and surroundings pest-free has been very effective.

Description of Work: Terminex took care of our extreme rat invasion a few years ago at a very reasonable rate. They completely cleared out our crawl space under our house and replaced the moisture barrier and all of our insulation. The job was done with a visa even tunnel in place so that none of our living space was contaminated. They are back four times a year to take care of rat traps & spray for spiders & insects. Great service!!

Description of Work: Termix shows up for a quarterly service automatically. They leave me a voicemail of the date and time for the service and a number to call if you need to make a change. This service is easy to use and it works. I do not have problems with roaches/ants etc in the house.

Description of Work: Insecticide was sprayed both inside, and outside, the home. Many dead bugs have been evident on nearly every day since the service.

Description of Work: I'd rather they call to schedule inspection with the option to match our schedule and when someone is home, calling/emailing the day before to say they are coming out to do the inspection, I have no way of knowing they actually came or inspected as they claimed to have. too automated a system. Past experience for damage and repair was great service.
