Description of Work: We used them for many years. I do not have a dollar figure but it would |be hundreds of dollars. We had a bad German Roach infestation which they could not solve in a three year period. Vulcan solved it in a week!! |Vulcan is a local company and you talk to local people. With Terminix |gives a out of dispatch system which is confusing and frustrating!

Description of Work: We are pleased with their work and have an ongoing contract for quarterly service. Never had a bug problem in over 5 years that they did not immediately take care of.

Description of Work: I pay annually for termite inspection and warranty, after a preventative treatment in 1989. They schedule the inspections and have always showed up on the day scheduled. It's like any insurance policy; it seems relatively expensive, until you need it. For 20+ years to date, I have not needed anything beyond the annual inspection.

Description of Work: Even though the cost has more than tripled since we began using Terminix, we still use them. In two cases when we had termite damage, they repaired the damage at no cost to us. I don't like them sending the bill starting in May when it's due Dec. 1 and one comes every month. They are the only company which I know of that repairs any damage that occurs from termites.

Description of Work: We have two different Terminix contracts - one for termite inspections and one for insects. They inspect the inside and outside of your house thoroughly and let you know if you have any problem areas. They spray for insects thoroughly and the technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very pleased with Terminix service!

Description of Work: We originally had the house treated and then existing termites were found. The company was very good about covering the cost of replacement items. The cost came down tremendously the last couple of years of the contract. They were very good to deal with.

Description of Work: Once you get started with Terminix,it's hard to change. They automaticaly call to svhedule the service and will change it. If there is something,or 2,I don;t like is that they are always billing and scheduling service in less than a year and must ask for in and outside work.
