Description of Work: This was our pest control company for 12 years. I have problems with them not solving billing issues and I am unable to speak with leadership in the corporate office. They don't call back their customers, and messages are not passed up to leadership. They service your account without your permission and then they bill you. When you tell them not to, they report you to credit bureaus for non payment. There is a complete disconnect throughout the entire company.

Description of Work: We used Terminix for Carpenter Ants years ago and have continuous coverage now. We also use them for Regular Pest Control. They always call to make sure of our personal needs and show up when we expect them to. We have pets and have absolutely no problems with any type of bugs, ants, fleas, tics etc.... We have been with them so long that we rarely need any spray inside the house. Wouldn't change service providers!

Description of Work: Very little. They told me I didn't have termites which I already knew. That qualified me to spend almost $400.00 for a year's insurance against termite damage. I passed.
