They do a pretty good job. To date, I haven't had any problems with any bugs since they've been spraying. So, I am basically satisfied.

The company never got rid of wasps & their nests. The ants never seemed to go away. I had no proof that they did what they said the did. We cancelled our contract. A couple times they never came at all. Once my daughter stayed here to verify that they came, but they never came into the house like they were supposed to.

Well, Terminix is one of the most popular exterminating companies and I think that they do a terrific job. I have no complaints at all. I have my home treated about every six months and I have been charged a fairly reasonable price. I would not choose to do this type of business with anyone else because Terminex is just fine in my book.

THEIR SERVICES COVER A WIDE VARIETY OF PROTECTION FROM PESTS. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY CAME OUT AND SPRAYED OUR HOUSE. THEY HAVE KEPT TERMITES AWAY FROM OUR HOUSE, AS WELL AS FLEAS OR COCKROACHES.

Terminix International has come to my home for a year no with no problems. However, I cancelled service with them after the contract expired, as I feel that they ripped me off. The company said I owed them money & sent my debt to a collection agency. I had proved to them that I paid the bill, but I got the run around with their employees.

IN THE PAST, WE HAD AN EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN--PUNCTUAL, NEAT, FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS CALLED AHEAD TO SCHEDULE HIS MONTHLY APPOINTMENT (JEFF HULL). IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, THEY MOVED HIM TO SALES (I THINK) AND WEVE HAD INCONSISTENT SERVICE (WHEN THEY EVEN SHOWED UP). CUSTOMER SERVICE MAKES UNILATERAL SOLUTIONS TO THE PROBLEMS. BILLING IS INCORRECT AND IMPOSSIBLE TO FIX. I PAID FOR 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE, AND HALF THE TIME, THE TECHS DONT EVEN SHOW UP.

AVERAGE PRICING AND SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IF I HAD TERMITES AGAIN.

TERMINEX IS NOT THE LEAST EXPENSIVE EXTERMINATOR THAT I CHECKED OUT BUT I CAN ALWAYS COUNT ON THEM TO DO A GOOD JOB. THE FIRST TIME THEY CAME, THEY JUST SENT ME THE BILL. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT THEY HAD COME TO THE HOUSE AND APPLIED THE BUG KILLER OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. I CALLED AND TOLD THEM THAT NEXT TIME I WANT TO KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING AND I WANT A RECEIPT ON THE DOOR TO EXPLAIN EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID FOR TREATMENT. THEY CAME OUT AGAIN AT NO COST TO ME AND APPLIED TREATMENT BECAUSE THEY COULDNT PROVE THEY WERE EVEN THERE THE FIRST TIME. A CARD IS NOW MAILED TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING. THEY HAVE HAD SEVERAL TURNOVERS WITH PERSONNEL. ALL REPEAT TREATMENTS HAVE BEEN ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. WEVE EXPERIENCED NO FURTHER PROBLEMS.
