They really kept me well informed of everything they were doing and they showed me everything they were doing in detail as well.

I feel their price is very high, $97 per visit. The last time I had to reschedule their visit twice. They called my cell phone and when I did not answer they never showed up, but I had someone at my home waiting on them. Then I explained to them thoroughly I would be working, I have a person there waiting on you. I live in a gated community so I gave them the access number to get in. They could not get in and I had someone waiting there again for them. They don't understand you can't always take off work.

They made a special trip for me at a special convenient time. They discussed with me at length how he was treating the area. I am very satisfied with them. They come now quarterly and that is how I am charged. The charge also covers any issues that may come up. If an issue does occur, they will treat at no extra cost

I'm very satisfied with Terminix. They come on a schedule and I never have any problems with them. The man who comes is always very courteous and professional. I also like that they will come right away if I need them before the scheduled time.

They did a good job. They will be coming out yearly to do a check and reapply the treatment if necessary.

They do a good job; since they have been coming we have had no insect problems in our house.

I don't know exactly what they spray for, just general stuff like ants and spiders and other bugs, that I don't want in or around my home. They do a good job and always show up when they are supposed to. Their prices are very fair and I never see any infestations.

I was extremely discouraged with Terminix because I had a 17 Year ongoing contract with them. They tried to make me pay $2000 for something that I was not supposed to. I did end up paying them that amount however I contacted the State Board. They ended up resolving everything and reimbursed me the amount I was charged. I really lost a lot of trust in them and ended up not using them again after this incident.

Overall the work was professional. I was not, however, very happy when I found out that the quote was different from the actual cost. I was told that it would cost me $139 and then could opt for a one year contract where they would come out quarterly. In actuality the cost was $150 plus some. I felt that the salesman and his pitch were actually misleading and did say that to the two men who came that day. I understand that they were not at fault.

I had Terminix service previously. The price is very high and there is always a contract involved if you want a lower price. My advice is look for a smaller, independent exterminator and go with them.

He was on time, thorough, polite, etc. I thought the price was fairly expensive for extermination (which I have had done regularly with another company), and they require a year's contract (warning) as follow up at higher than normal prices. Thus far, things are OK, however.

I am very satisfied with my services. Terminix is just and ordinary company with ordinary people. The workers are normal. They talk, work and get it done. The timing is great. The money is reasonable. I do not mind having them come to my home. They always seem to do a great job. I will continue using them, until I am proven otherwise.

The exterminators I have met from Terminix have been very polite, and always prompt. After they call me to re-confirm the quarterly appointment, it takes less then twenty minutes, on average before they arrive. The extermination process takes about forty-five minutes. This has been very thorough, because I have yet to see any insects in this house since moving in.

They do OK I guess. I still see bugs here and there. The price is a little high for still seeing bugs. I don t know what in the world they use, but it stinks badly! I have a yearly contract with them. I think I am going to finish up my year and try someone else. I might end up back with Terminex because the people are just great. That is important to me. I do not want someone coming in who is out to lunch if you know what I mean.

We called Terminix by reference from a friend who had developed termite problems. Their technicians were very experienced with termite extermination and so far have not failed in our neighborhood. Everyone who was working the job were well behaved and made an effort to avoid tracking mud into the house. Some got in, but this was all cleaned up before they left. After the treatments, we have not seen any termites. We are beginning to see ants, though. Where there are ants there can be termites, so it may be time for another treatment.

From now on, they're going to come every quarter. We felt they were very professional, prompt, explained what they'd do. They even showed me exactly what it was, as well as listened attentively to what I told them our problems were.

Terminix did a great job, and even though we haven't used them for seven months or so, we haven't seen any bugs around since then. They did a great job all the way around. They could possibly be a little cheaper but that is about it since we have not seen one bug since they came out.

I am very pleased with Terminex. After they came, I have never seen a bug. They were very quick. The people were great. I think they are a well-known company. I did not mind calling them before anyone else. I really didn t shop around. I guess the price is o.k. I pay per visit. I tell people about the price, and they feel it to be reasonable as well.

I guess you could say overall, this company is so. They are not the best company in the world. I would say they are average. The price is rather high. I expected it to be a lot less. Although, I have not seen any bugs since the treatment. Then again, the bugs were not bad to begin with. I would not talk badly of them. I just think that they are average.

The first time Terminix came to our house there were three technicians. This was the only time they were there the entire day. All technicians were very nice and tried not disturb too much in the house while working. We did not care if anything was disturbed; we just wanted the termites gone. They have come back once a month since, and so far, the termites have not been seen. The price is rather high, but it would cost a lot more to ignore the problem.

Weve used Terminix for five years and trust them. They are courteous and call before coming, which is fairly on schedule. We like them, except we feel that theyre too expensive.

When they come they work only outside around the house and in the ground using their products as a preventative every three months. It only takes about 20 minutes each time. They usually show up on schedule and we haven't seen any termites, so I guess they've done a good job.

Our house is only two years old & we have bugs all over the house. Terminix will only spray inside if you ask, but you have to be home & they dont call before they come to spray. There is simply a note & a bill hanging on the doorknob. They come every three months or so & it hasn t worked at all.

Terminex comes automatically every three months to spray the inside baseboards and the outside yard are. They are great. We have used them for years and not had the need for anything extra they keep on top of things for us. It only takes about 20 minutes and they are gone till next time. The company is very professional and their prices are very reasonable.

The bugs have been terrible for us due to the rain and weather conditions. So we had Terminex get rid of them for us. They sprayed the entire house and yard in about an hour, and we havent had a fly in the house since. We needed relief from the critters and we definitely got what we wanted. They did a great job of explaining what we needed and how we needed to prepare for it.
