Description of Work: Service at the house was good. Dealing with the office and scheduling was not. Lost track of how mnay times we had to call the office to reschedule to a Friday when we constantly were telling them to NOT schedule service Mon thru Thurs. Listened to many complaints from the service tech about management as well.

Description of Work: They sprayed inside and outside the house and garage , plus gave us some information on how to keep pest from getting into gaps.they were very professional , friendly and informative.

Description of Work: They performed a routine inspection and application of poisons both inside the house, and outside. This is done quarterly.

Description of Work: Terminix treated my house for termites several years ago and have been doing annual checks since then. We are satisfied with the treatment package they offered us.

Description of Work: They did more than I expected. In addition to setting up rodent traps, they blocked all possible rodent entrances. I paid more than I expected for their services, but the blocked rodent entrances should prevent future infestations. If I continue to not have rodent problems, the higher cost was worth it.

Description of Work: It was explained to them from the very beginning that we had a flea problem and that is all we were interested in. They were to treat the house and the front and back yard. They left a message once that they had been there, late i might add, saying they had treated the back yard. I have the gate locked. They could not have possibly entered the back yard. I complained and they came back out. I talked to the technician and told him the concern and that fleas have always been our major issue. It seemed to be a surprise to him. They told us the beginning that there was a thorough house treatment and they do the yards for the next three quarters. We were not satisfied w/the home service. So, they told us they would treat the house each time they came out to treat the yard. I waited this morning the him to do the house. He was not there more than 2 minutes and he was going to do up and down stairs. I don't even know how that's possible. He had two spray cans in his hands like you would buy over the counter. We thought they would fog. That's the only successful indoor treatment i know of. In two minutes could you even cover the house we a spray can. I feel ripped off and will not use them again.

Description of Work: The first few years of using Terminix, we couldn't have been happier. Then something happened! The past three years, bills have been submitted for work not performed. Appointments have not been kept. In general, for some reason their service and billing has hit an real low. Since having dropped theTerminix service more than eight months ago, they continue to call "wonder why we dropped their service!"

Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND GAVE ME A QUOTE ON MY HOME.
