Description of Work: I had a wooden carport and patio cover that I feared was unsafe due to some rotted beams. I called on a Saturday morning and Troy came out within a few hours and helped devise a solution and gave a very reasonable quote for the work. He came back as scheduled and did an excellent job. The job site clean-up was also excellent and went beyond just cleaning up debris from his work.

Description of Work: Troy did several odd jobs including repairing a cabinet door, installing ceiling fans, installing front porch lights, and painting a room. His work and attitude were great and I ended up tipping him because his price was so reasonable. I will definitely use him again and would highly recommend his company.

+ -1 moreHe arrives on time. He is very sociable, reliable and sweet. Other contractors bid the same job for more than twice the amount. He is a hard worker. The finished closet is incredible. We are going to hire him for some other jobs, but what I like most about him so far, is that when I ask if he's able to do a certain job or not, he honestly lets me know. He doesn't pretend to know more than he does, which is good because otherwise a handyman could end up causing more problems than solving them. Troy just tells me what he can do, he gives me a very low price, then he fastidiously performs the service. We have four properties and he's our new handyman, I am so pleased to have found him.
Description of Work: We found Troy on Angie's List. He came out and bid on a remodel of a closet. The remodel consisted of making two closets out of one. He added a new entry to a closet from a separate room, so we didn't waste all the space we had been wasting. He also made a new entry way on the bottom of the closet. Job included, carpentry and dry walling and painting.

Description of Work: Troy did several odd jobs at my home. They including finishing vinyl tile, hanging mirrors, framing in a door, hanging numbers on the exterior of my home and painting cabinets.

Description of Work: I had four bathroom faucets installed. The handyman did a great job. He was very careful about handling my things underneath the sinks and careful to clean up and put things back like they were originally. He took care in taking off the old items and putting them in the trash can so that the area he was working was free of clutter. I feel he did a great job by troubleshooting the work he had completed before he left. I was pleased with this work.
