I contacted Troy, and within a day he stopped by, and received the quote the next day. I had to receive HOA approval before work could start; when I received the OK I contacted Troy were able to work me in their schedule quickly. He and his son did the work in one day, and the work quality was excellent. Cleanup was great. I wouldn't hesitate to use

This is the third time I have used T&E home improvements.Troy has offered fair pricing each time we've used him. He always shows up on time (for both quotes and jobs) and always has done work that we've been happy with.

I requested a quote on Angie's List, no response. Then attempted to call and left a message. I was never contacted back. Just let people know by message either that you can't do the job or you don't service the area. That's all that we ask. We're busy too.

Troy did a great job. We received three quotes and his was competitive with others. Troy was prompt and responsive to coming out to provide an estimate. He was able to start the job the next week. He estimated time to completion correctly. Quality of work is extremely high! The fence is beautiful and well done. Both he and his son Edward arrived early and worked through the rain to get it the job done. Very professional. This is the second job that Troy did for me. A couple years ago he replaced a fence and gate in another property. That experience was also A+. Thanks Troy and Edward!

Troy is wonderful! He was very understanding with some conflicts I had in scheduling (I had to keep changing due to other construction) and was there when I needed him. He took down a very old gate fence and installed a new one along with a lock. He also pressure washed the drive, sidewalk, and walkway in front of our house and it looks great. Whenever I need something done, I don't hesitate to ask Troy.

I hired Mr. Jenkins to install new fence solely based on reviews here. At the time he almost finished the work, I went to the site to pay him. He did not bring receipt book, so I said I preferred to write check pay to his company instead of his personal name. (He did not request to have the check pay to him until that point). Then suddenly he lost his temper and shout out with dozens of F words. It's a terrible experience.

Troy was responsive and clear about the quote. I will ask him the rest of my project.

Troy replaced my fence with very high quality works and professionalism. He showed up 3 times in total, once for eval and quote and twice for doing the work. The quote he gave me was reasonable, compared to the two other A rated providers also on Angie's (one even quoted me a ridiculous $1,900 for a 55 ft fence!). Because of the cool weather was making the cement drying slow, the job was split into two days, and Troy came around 7:30am and worked through the whole morning on both days, very punctuate and dedicated to the job. In the end, our new fence makes the builder installed fence of our neighbors look like babies' Lego works, and I am not talking about the looks but the quality and the craftsmanship. Our fence was a small job, yet I saw Troy was still taking pride in what he had done. I'll definitely call him again for our next project.

I called Troy on a Saturday for a fence repair and to power wash my driveway. He immediately responded the same day and began work. He came back on Sunday and finished both jobs and did an excellent job at both. When every other company was off, he not only answered the phone but did the work. Very reasonable on pricing and extremely courteous and professional, will defiantly use gain for other work and highly recommend.

Troy promptly answered my call but kept saying NO to whatever I asked.....looks like he is interested only high paying jobs.....I talk to a lot of contractors, I've flipped/fixed over 30 homes using contractors and handymen....this is not somone who you want to work with.....at least not a Handyman....what kind of a handyman cant do a paint job / Sheet rock repair.....He said he does not have a Painter at this time and if its too small a job....he will not have time for it anytime soon.....well just too busy I guess.

Troy Jenkins said he does door installations but he does not do weatherstripping.

Very well. Troy has never disappointed me with the quality of his work. I've hired Troy 5 times now and each time he has done a fantastic job for me.

Troy contacted me almost immediately after contacting him on Angie’s list. He gave me a fair quote and I accepted. He scheduled the work to be done a couple of days later. Troy showed up on time, surveyed the job and began the work. He was very polite and very nice to work with. If unsure how I wanted something he would explain my options so I could make a good decision. During the job I decided that I did want something I had requested. That was no problem for him and when it came time to pay he adjusted our agreed price. I was very pleased with the work. It was professionally done in a timely manner for a great price. I was so impressed I showed him 3 other projects we had in mind and he will be sending me quotes on those. We will be using T&E again!! Many thanks Troy. Robert

Troy did an absolutely fantastic job on our new fence. He was able to meet with me within a day after I contacted him and got me the quote the same day. He was able to begin work within a few days and showed up promptly at 7:00 the first morning to being work. Replacing the entire fence (3 sides - about 175 feet), took 2 and a half days. Everything was done in a neat and orderly manner and he made sure that enough of the fence was finished so I could let my dogs have the run of the yard after he was done for the day. Troy's workmanship is superior and the completed fence looks great! Whatever job you hire him for, I'm positive you'll be pleased! I know that I'll be hiring him again in the future for other projects.
