They were easy to work with and they worked long hours. There were some things that weren't as good as they could have been, but overall, they did a good job.

The work was done efficiently in so far as quality as well as quickly.

Troy came out to give us an estimate very soon after we called, and he was very professional. He did such a good job on the fence, we hired him to paint our baseboards and he did a great job with that, too.

Troy and his uncle did an excellent job over 2 days. They were courteous, punctual and detail oriented. I was very impressed with every aspect of their service!!!

T & E Home Improvements gave us the estimate and we accepted it. His price was pretty good. He said he would come the next day and we never heard from him. We called one evening and he told us there was not enough money in it for him. We then offered him more work and he said he would be out the next day. We haven't heard from him since.

Troy is very creative in his design and ideas however the craftsmanship on the closet was a little rough. He did come on time and really did a nice job on the windows and ceiling fan. We were really happy with his overall performance with all of the projects except the closet shelf. He designed and built a shelf in the closet but the trim was uneven, it was not sanded very well and the color of the paint was uneven too. I don't think we will hire him again because of this.

Once again , Troy Jenkins did a wonderful job. Troy showed up on time, worked fast, and completed all of this in about a day and a half (he had to come back after the concrete base dried). I will definitely call T & E again for more work.

Called contractor to look at repairs needed and provide work estimate. He showed up on time and prepared and provided a written estimate for work. We were to provide scaffolding for chimney repairs, and he was to begin the other repair work within 10 days. We have communicated twice by email and he's not returned those messages or appeared to begin the work. We have a feeling the chimney repairs may have been beyond his normal scope of work, but we would rather he tell us that than just not show. We have hired another contractor. T&E seemed like nice guy and knowledgeable, but reluctant. We were disappointed it didn't work out.

Troy was very professional and courteous. He put together a detailed estimate for all work and requested a deposit to cover materials. He was on time to work every day and carried out all work with professionalism and an excellent work ethic. He was very understanding of our changes and additions to the project, and he proposed good solutions to challenges encountered along the way. The quality of work performed by Troy and his crew was very good, and we were so impressed by his workmanship and work ethic that we hired him to repaint the exterior of our house. We would recommend Troy for any kind of work, ranging from small jobs to major remodel.

I needed someone to perform a host of small jobs on a Saturday at a last moment's notice. I called Angie's List on Saturday morning to get a referral and Troy answered my call even while he was on the roof. He then asked to call me back and he in fact did. He came out to my house by 2:30 pm at exactly the time that he promised and stayed until all the jobs were done (approx. 8 pm). He then returned on Monday as another emergency arose and helped me complete the jobs while in between his other assignments. Troy was professional and courteous. His prices were reasonable. He showed up when he promised and cleaned the work area as needed. I would highly recommend him.

When I called for an estimate Troy was prompt, professional and provided the cost the same day. Troy completely replaced one gate, and repaired the other. He also stained the new gate for no extra charge. The work was done expertly, and finished on time as he promised. My new gate is beautiful. Troy was very quick to respond to my initial call. He performed all the work in the time frame that he mentioned and was very detail oriented.

He called promptly and said he was pretty busy, but he would come over on a set day and do the work. He called on that day, came over and did the work quickly and beautifully.

Outstanding job. Mr. Jenkins used a concrete saw to cut through 4 inch thick cinder block and created a standard 32"x 80" doorway. With little room for error, this was accomplished superbly by his steady hand and precise measurements. Despite the tremendous dust and noise, he forged ahead undeterred. Troy has done many projects for me, and I have yet to be even slightly disappointed. His painting skills are excellent, his prices reasonable and competitive. Troy completed the project on time and budget.

Troy gave an itemized, written bid. His crew started the job early, which was great because the holidays were approaching. They were a joy to work with. His crew was dependable, honest, & trustworthy. If they said they were going to be at my house, they were always there as promised. The job was finished on time, on budget. They did a great job - true craftsmen. You couldn't ask for more! Troy will definitely be working at my house again.

Based upon information on Angie's List, we called T & E for an estimate in mid-August, as well as others. We were impressed with the owner, Troy Jenkins, and after an unplanned delay, we selected Troy to perform the project. We appreciated Troy's cooperation and skill. The fence looks great!

Troy did a very good job. He showed up on time to give my estimate. Prepared the estimate while I waited. Gave me a start date and maximum no of days to finish. He was able to start early and finish early which was fantastic for me, because I am trying to put my house up for sale as quickly as possible. He even worked on Saturday and Sunday. Troy had a great attitude and was easy to work with. I liked him so much that I am going to have him install wood floors and make misc repairs at my new place. I highly recommend T & E.

Troy is THE best handyman I have ever come across. First his quote for the project was unbeatable. To be honest, I was a little unsure at first about the kind of work he would do for the price he quoted me. I was quickly amazed at this guy. He called to confirm the appointment, he showed up right on time and he worked NON stop. He wouldn't even stop for me to buy him lunch!!! Troy is a first class guy, great work ethic and very friendly. His honesty, professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. From the moment he stepped into my house, I felt at ease with him. Not once did he try to rip me off or change his quote. I m not kidding, this guy is awesome. We have already talked about other projects that I would like to get done. It's such a great feeling to know, I will never have to look for another handyman again. Based on my experience, I have to recommend Troy highly to anyone looking for help with home remodeling projects.
