Troy Jenkins did another fabulous job for us. He installed about 70 feet of cedar fencing with cedar trim and a cap, plus a gate. Part of the fence was also double-sided, having two finished sides so it looked beautiful from the street and inside my yard. About 100 or more feet, including my gate, was finished on both sided. It looks beautiful!

Troy and his crew did an excellent job. Troy arrived at the time he said they would and completed the job earlier than expected. He was very efficient and did a superb job with installing floors and the attic pull down ladder. I will definitely be calling him in the future for any work that I have.

Troy was great to work with. He showed up when he said he would and did a great job. I had him tear down a section of fence and build a new section to expand the area that was fenced in. He hauled away all of the old fencing, posts and concrete and left my yard clean. We would definitely hire him again.

Troy is an expert woodworking craftsman and extremely honest, ethical and reasonable. He is the best in town at building fences, I am a repeat customer and would not have used anybody else. Troy came out the next day, gave me an extremely reasonable estimate and had the perfect fence completed 2days after that. He also installed 2 doors and locks, painted and added a mail slot to one of them, he did a great job. He also built a beautiful custom mud room hall tree/ bench combo that I am thrilled with. It looks better than the photo he built it from! Troy has been such a blessing in these post- Harvey times of scammers and shoddy work. He is honest, extremely reasonable and does exceptional quality work.

Troy was fantastic - friendly, professional, on time and he provided quality workmanship. He was easy to work with, no waiting. He built the gate and the parts to connect it to the fence and it looks wonderful. He's a detail-guy, and I highly recommend him!

Troy called early the day after I called and came right away to do the work. He did a good job on both and agreed to take half payment at the time of installation with the promise that I'd pay the rest within a few days, as well as have him come back and do another section of fence. The problem is that on the day he had promised to come, he never bothered to come or call and we were anxious to get the last part done. When I called, he said that he was not coming because he had another job. When I asked why he didn't call he said he "forgot". When I expressed how we had been anxiously waiting for the day he said he's come and how much we needed the last job he got totally confrontational and said: "Well, you expect me to turn down a $4,000 job?!!" and "Well you had a chance for me to do the other job in your yard the other day but YOU didn't have me do it while I was there!" (I had a good reason for not doing that part on that day and he knew it). He totally refused to simply acknowledge that he was being undependable by not coming and not calling. It was clear that he was only professional when and if he needed the job. If something better came along, he could care less about the promises and appointment already made. If he'd called and said he would have to postpone it and apologized, I would've been OK with it but his attitude stunk - rude and unprofessional. I need dependable people who show the respect of doing the right thing.

Very pleased with the work. Troy was very punctual (said he'd deliver materials the day before at 4 PM and he was there promptly at 4 PM, said he'd be on the job at 7:30 AM and he was there promptly). The quality of the work is excellent. Everything was left neat and tidy. Can highly recommend.

I needed to install a doggy door and also repair the fence so that my dog doesn't escape, Troy came in and gave me an excellent idea about the doggy door, so he would make a wooden frame to install in my window to fit the doggy door instead of breaking a hole on the wall! It's such a great idea and I was very happy. He then came in later in the week with one of his guys and within a few hours the job was done with great efficiency and professionalism. He installed a doggy door on my floor window, even made a couple of stairs to fit; the backyard was repaired and very secure. All I can say is the guy is a professional and is excellent at what he does. Would recommend him to anyone!

Troy built the most beautiful fence we had ever seen. He used quality materials and added additional support without us asking and included in the price. Troy responded to my email the same day with a follow-up call that evening. We thought the price was great and he did the job in about 3 days. We were very impressed with his work ethic and professional manner. We hope to contact him for more projects in the future! He and my husband (ex-military) hit it off right from the start. Troy came out and stabilized a leaning fence and built a new gate door. He was quick to take my phone call, was responsive to texts, and answered all my questions. He worked really hard for me and did a great job. He even accommodated a fussy request of mine, which I really appreciated. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Troy Jenkins did a great job. He replaced my cedar gate so it looked exactly the same as the last gate that was rotted. He was courteous and efficient. I will definitely call him when I have to replace the gate and cedar fencing on the opposite side of my house.

Troy was very professional, neat and on time every day that he was scheduled to work. His pricing was very fair and he took care of most of the shopping for materials and supplies and provided all the receipts. We were super excited that he was able to take on our small jobs when other handymen are doing only larger jobs from hurricane Harvey. I would hire him again and highly recommended him.

Troy came to look at the job and we discussed the best way to rebuild the fence to make better use of the space. He responded with a quote the next day which was very reasonable. We scheduled the work to be done the following Wednesday. He showed up on time and ready to work. The project took a bit longer than he expected but was complete by the end of the day. I am very happy with the new fence - design and quality of the work.
