He was punctual and the job was completed without any issues. He was clear about the scope of his work as I also wanted a power outlet moved and he declined this. I appreciated his willingness to only accept work in his scope. Great job and I would use him again when the need arises.

+ 1 moreVery good.. I had a lot of items outside that need repair. . The inside needs two items. Items to be completed within four to six hours.. He does very good job and can be used to do most of the sort of work that you need to be completed.
Description of Work: He repaired both of items in the outside and inside of the house. I really had not had anything done for seven or eight years and he was quite compident in getting out of the problems that I had in the house. I do still need to get one item outside on the water item which Tony does not repair and inside I need to get the unit on the front door put into place. Please suggest someone that can do that sort of work. Also I need a new sink on one of the bathrooms put in. Please suggest one individual that can do these jobs. I have not received the new sink from the Home Depot yet, but should get it within the next couple of days.

+ 0 moreTroy Jenkins did a great job fixing our fascia and soffit. He came over promptly, gave us a reasonable estimate and was able to finish it quickly and professionally. He removed the gutter, replaced the damaged areas, and reinstalled the gutter and vents. After that he painted the new areas to match the existing exterior. Before he left he cleaned up all the debris associated with the job. I would hire him again if we need work done.
Description of Work: Replaced damaged fascia and soffit over the garage.

+ 0 moreTroy answered my message quickly and gave me an estimate based on pictures. When he arrived and got a better look at what needed repair he lowered the price from $325 to $300. He was very honest and dependable. It took 2 days to complete the work because he had to set a new post but he made sure I knew when he would return to complete the work and did so as promised. I'm already making a list of other things that need repair to use their services again.

I was recovering from surgery and could not think about attemtping to do the work myself, renting a ladder, etc. Troy and his assistant were very prompt and courteous. They know their business, they worked quickly while maintaining excellent standards of quality. T & E Home Improvements are very price competitive. We had to wait a few dayswhile they worked through their existing backlog of jobs before they could get to us, however, I found that reasonable considering the quality, price and speed of completion.
Description of Work: General repairs, patching drywall, replaced damaged door trim, painted ceilings, replaced great room ceiling fan and can lights (19 foot ceiling).

+ 0 moreExcellent experience. Troy came out for a 7:30am appointment to give an estimate. It took him 10 minutes to estimate. He indicated that if I wanted the job done the same day (Saturday) he could squeeze it in. We gave him the job, and 1 hour later he came back, ready to start. Job took about 5 hours. He is very professional, work was of good quality, works fast, and did a good job cleaning up. He did a great job addressing my concerns, and takes pride in his work. Lastly, reasonably priced.....I will definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreTroy and his crew did an excellent job. Had a little trouble communicating by email, but when you call him on his cell he picks right up. Showed up promptly on the job and finished it in about 2 1/2 days. Fence looks great. Also removed one tree and part of another that was on the fence line. Cut it down and removed all materials. Also removed all material for fencing. I compared to other builders based on a cost per foot and troy was the cheapest and did a quality job. Would definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Rebuilt two sections of fence between neighbors.

+ 1 moreTroy did a great job on my fence. It looks really good. We communicated by phone and email, which made it very easy. He gave me an estimate on two types of fence. Both estimates were very reasonably priced. Once I confirmed with him that I would use him, he started within a week. He came and set the posts on Thursday and was done the next day. He also replaced the gate with new hardware. Also, he hauled off the old fence and posts. There was no debris, it was very clean when he left. I will definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Removed and replaced approx. 70 linear feet of fence in the back yard and the gate.

+ 3 moreExcellent. He is a hard worker. He likes to start early which I like. He shows up every time, on time. His work is very good. The sheet rock patching that he has done for me is flawless. When i moved into my current home, i wanted hardwood floors installed and he arranged for that to be done by an associate of his. That work was very good as well. Again, the guy did what he said he was going to do, and showed up on time. No complaints at all. Both Troy and his associate were reasonabley priced. Try T & E, you will be happily surprised!

He showed up at the scheduled time and we discussed what I wanted done, subsequently, He submitted his bid and we agreed upon the price. He scheduled me for the following Tuesday. He arrived as scheduled and got the job done in a timely manner. He would check with me to make sure that he had the items where I wanted them placed before he installed them. Im extremely pleased with the improvements and will definitely be calling him back.
Description of Work: Relocated a portion of my privacy fence, installed knobs on my kitchen cabinets, installed mini blind(s) and relocated a light fixture.

+ 0 moreSection of my fence fell over on Sunday because of two rotted posts. Called T & E first thing Monday morning and Troy came out at lunch to a**** and provide estimate. Was at my house early the next day and was done with the job by early afternoon. Troy was polite, prompt and professional. His quick completion of the job was especially important to me because I have big dogs that needed contained with the fence. The fence looks great - far better than what I had. Troy did a good job of cleaning up and was careful with rose bushes on either side of the fence. Class act.
Description of Work: Tore down 15 ft of fence with gate including digging out four fence posts. Set 5 new fence posts, built new fence with gate and updated hardware.

They took pride in a job well done and it shows! They were very neat and I will uses them again for additional remodeling work on my older home.
Description of Work: Built and painted white ornamental picket fence in front of house, rebuilt and painted part of back breezeway fencing and support beams, installed and painted French doors, did sheet rock repair in three rooms, hallway, replaced trim and painted. + 0 moreTurns out the job was going to be more difficult than anticipated over the phone, so the initial estimate of $150 was upped to $250 when he saw the fencing in person. It was a fair price for the work he did -- installing 2 new 4x4's and extending (adding pickets) to about a 6-8ft section. He says one side actually ended up needing an additional 4x4 and did not add any further cost for that. I would use Mr. Jenkins again. He was available & the work was completed the next day! Looks good.
Description of Work: Repaired backyard fencing that was falling over in 2 locations.
