Description of Work: Did not use their services because they do not service The Woodlands area. I was disappointed, but I got a very prompt response to my inquiry for an estimate. I appreciated not having to wait around for an answer. The email was polite and professional. A little customer service goes a long way.

Description of Work: Troy and his employee built an approximately 6 ft wide, 4 ft high section of fencing and a gate for me between my house and our brick wall, in order to keep the dogs out of the side yard. Just as before, when he built garage shelving for us, he did an excellent job. Troy is always friendly, great at communication, on time, and does great work. Definitely will hire him again!

Description of Work: Troy and a helper built approx. 16 feet long shelving in my garage, two shelves high, using 2x4s and plywood. He was great! The work was done extremely quickly and well and at a reasonable cost. The shelves were exactly what we wanted to get our garage organized.

Description of Work: We had used T & E Home Improvements to install backyard fencing. This work was performed at the beginning of the year.

Description of Work: I called on a Thursday, Troy called back & said he could come out on Saturday to do estimate, he would call on Friday to let me know when. He tried to call me on Fri, but called after I had left work. He did come on Saturday. He left a bid for replacing fence blown down by Hurricane Ike. The bid not only included haul away, but also the priming & painting of the front fence. Most fence co won't paint, just install so that was different & good. However his bid was higher than other bids, even factoring out the painting. However, Troy was very professional. I will consider him again in the future.

Description of Work: I would like them to install a metal weatherstripping for three of my doors, at the day of the appointment, Troy told me he couldn't find the material.

Description of Work: He did the residing of our garage with hardy plank and general wood trim repair. He also installed a new door and added a small lean to shed to our garage.

Description of Work: No work was performed. I called several times in the past several weeks. Every time I was told he would stop by to estimate. But he hasn't showed up yet.

Description of Work: Installed about 55 knobs/handles on my kitchen cabinets and installed track lighting in my kitchen.

Description of Work: HE BUILT A NEW FENCE AND SIDING. HE MOVED THINGS AROUND AND PUT TOGETHER A TREADMILL.
