Actually, I was out of the country and my late son in law handled it for us. He was pleased and we agreed.

I cannot say enough good about Surface Systems. They showed up on time and did the work in the amount of time promised. The quality of the work was top notched. It was really a pleasure to deal with them.

We were happy with the customer service and with the quality.

The repairs were done very quickly and look great. Great experience.

I had a concrete patio slab that we had recently added an additional 6" of concrete to accommodate some brick posts that I wanted built and it also had some repair work that had been done in various places. So in short, the overall slab was unsightly and very patchy. We were getting ready to put the house on the market, but I was very conscious of the look of the patio and was afraid that it would not go over well with prospective buyers. So when I called Surface Systems, Chad came out within a couple of days to give me an estimate on staining the patio. After looking it over, he suggested that I not stain or paint it as it would still look patchy. He then recommended that we refinish it with a polymer concrete product that is applied with a thin coat. He assured me that it would make the concrete look like new and prior to applying the product, they would grind down the high spots as well as the rough texture that was on much of the existing slab. A couple of days after completion, I arrived back home and after examining the work they had done, I couldn't have been more happy. They did an excellent job and actually the work turned out better than I expected. They even fixed some of the concrete that was around one of the posts that was unsightly. The sides of the slab were also finished and they left the area completely clean. Excellent Work!

After he knew that they don't do my kind of job, he still took the time to think about it and refer me to someone in my area he thinks can do the job. That's great - and good business, too.

Surface Systgems of Texas did an outstanding job installing the garage floor coating. The floor came out great. Chad was very informative, explained the process and options, and was able to work with my tight schedule. The installation crew was punctual, got the job done on time, and didnt make a mess.

The entire crew was extremely professional from the salesman, Chad Borne, to the construction crew and their supervisor, Ethan Dunlap. They stayed on schedule and completed the patio when they said they would. We had no issues whatsoever with them and are very happy with our new patio and will definitely use them again for future concrete needs!

They were absolutely fantastic. We had one company doing it before, I don't actually remember their names, and they had done just a terrible job, our builder was actually the one who had chosen them so they kind of flaked out and didn't do a good job and so we needed to kind of find someone else which I found on Angie's List and these guys were good. They came over and essentially just totally smoothed out everything that the other people had not done correctly, they did a really nice job with dyeing, the stains are what we wanted and filled it up and it was fast and very well done, I don't think it really could have done better given the condition that it was in. The quality was very good and there wasn't really anything negative about the experience. Our baseline was very low, I don't know how much that influences my experience of them but I just think they were fast, they were professional and their quote was accurate, they didn't try to upsell you later, there's nothing like that, it was just a real straight up experience. You get what you pay for, it's expensive but concrete sanding cost a lot so I think their price was competitive with other people and because they did it right the first time, I didn't have to end up paying more so I think it was fine. They were fast and works right away, no problem. I probably wouldn't use anyone else.

They were good. They did the work, but did it wrong and then they come back again to fix it up. I would not use them again.

I contacted the office of Surface Systems and was told that Chad would meet with me and get me a quote on the job. We set up a date and time and Chad was not on time HE WAS EARLY. This was so very important to me, as I am a pastor and also work another job - so my time is very limited and valuable. I recieved a quote from him the next day and was given a time that the job would take place. Again the workers were earlier than the time set and completed the job in one day. The job sight was left clean and orderly and the concrete cap was finished perfectly. I will definitely use Surface Systems of Texas again if another need for such services present themselves and will also difinitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Very pleased with our rep (Chad) and the amount of time he spent explaining the products. My husband had originally intended to have a glossy surface, but after hearing the problems with that in a working garage decided on the color flake. He had MULTIPLE colors AND flake sizes for us to view on hand - so much better than looking at a 1x1 inch photo sample. Also was helpful so that we could feel the texture. Quote was right on and did not deviate after signing. Manny the actual floor surfacer was super prompt with phone calls, very professional on the phone, and great with taking care to tell us what to expect when we arrived on days 1 and 2. Our floor looks beautiful! The neighbors who had a contractor spray some stuff they got from (insert Big Box Hardware store here) are JEALOUS of how awesome it looks. These guys (and girls?) do business right! Notes: This stuff has a VERY strong smell. Any room you have next to the garage will have a heavy odor for a few days, then it goes away.

Called and set up an appointment for an estimate. They came out and gave me an estimate. I got a few more estimates and then ultimately chose them. They were very professional and did what they say they would and when they said they would.

I had a great experience with these guys, Chad Borne specifically. He originally provided a quote for pouring, cutting and staining of the concrete. The pricing was accurate and very transparent. He let me know that he would have to have a sub for pouring due to size and time frame. In the end, he referred me directly to the sub who did a great job on the pour. Even though someone else did the pour and I decided to do the staining myself, he was still willing to take on the much smaller project of saw cutting. I have gone through a complete remodel and Surface Systems of Texas was one of the few crews that exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to a friend or loved one. Keep up the good work.

Helpful and punctual-enjoyed working with their personnel.

I set an appointment with Chad the 6th of July to survey the job and provide a quote. He arrived on time and walked me through the various types of finishes available that I could have applied to my garage floor, how long it would take for the different systems to be applied and be fully cured and the advantages of each system. He brought color sample boards of the finished products and I was able to place them on the garage floor and see how they would look. I chose a color and an epoxy system and scheduled the work for the week of July 18th. Manny and his helper showed up on the agreed upon date at 0800 and were ready to go to work. He explained the process to me how long it would take him to apply the epoxy finish and how long I should allow it to dry before parking my truck in the garage. The guys fixed all of the cracks in the floor and filled in the chips in the floor and the skirt. Within 4 to 6 hours of their arrival, the repairs were completed, the surface had been cleaned and prepped and the epoxy and color had been applied. The next day Manny returned and completed the application. Two hours after their arrival the epoxy finish and the final coat was applied. What a difference! Check out the attached photos.

We bought a new home in Katy and knew we were going to have to do some repairs. We put off leveling the sidewalk thinking that it was going to be an expensive endeavor. When we finally got around to looking into it, I looked on Angie's List for a referral and found Surface Systems of Texas. I called them and they came out in a couple of days and gave me the estimate. When they told me $500, I was totally amazed at how low it was. After they completed the work a few days later and saw how great it looked, I was astonished. I would totally use these guys again. As a matter of fact, they have giving me a quote for the installation of a circle drive way that we are going to install once we get approval from our homeowners association.

They are very good. They are one of the best. I would recommend them without hesitation.

We called Surface Systems in May. We originally wanted the job done earlier, but had to postpone due to a family emergency. They were very accommodating with our schedule. We were given plenty of references, and felt from the home meeting that we were making the right choice. We left out of town during the project and felt completely safe leaving them access to our home. They even worked with the pet sitter so she could come and feed/water our pets. They were courteous, professional, and we are very happy with this experience. We are excited to find something else for them to do in our home. It couldn't have gone any better.

Chad, the residential coordinator of Surface Systems was prompt and very thorough. Their work was completely quickly and the crew did an amazing job of clean-up after pouring the new patio. Chad answers all of your questions and they did an outstanding job-very professional. We will use them again as they also do epoxy surfacing of garage floors. It was a pleasure working with them.

They did an outstanding job. I would recommend them highly. They were correcting a mistake made by other people, and they worked very, very hard to get it right. They were fair in their pricing. They were wonderful people to work with.

Now it is beautiful! It looks like slate and it flows with my home! Mike was just great! He is the owner and who we dealt with primarily.
