I was shopping around and found that most of the companies charge about the same per sq foot. However, when I spoke to Rich Bailey, the way he explained the entire process, it was great. It didn't hurt that there was an Angie's coupon. The process was over 2 days but, it overall it took maybe 5-6 hours total. A month in and everything is good. The true test will come in a few years as to how it holds up. Do get the feeling that if anything does go wrong, Epoxy Floors will address it.

Salesperson arrived on time to show samples, describe process, and make a quote. Quote was received on Friday and service was provided on Monday. Completed same day. Very happy with service and how the floor looks. Definitely recommend them.

They were on time and did a free estimate. Very professional. The estimator was honest and helpfull with answering my questions.

Everything was excellent. Surface systems did a great job from the start of the project to the end. The floor turned out amazing and could not be happier.

I am very proud of what they did, the stuff they did is suppose to last a life time and it is skid proof. It is like a granite looking surface. You can choose the look. This is more of an epoxy type versus the patio.

I arranged to meet with Chad to get a quote for the ColorFlake garage floor coating. He explained there was a 400 square feet minimum charge, and my garage was just below that; so I asked him to round up to 400. He had several large swatches with different colors/chip sizes. On the morning of the treatment, two technicians arrived at the agreed time. We had emptied the garage and painted the walls. We have a water softener system consisting of two tanks that sat on the garage floor. We had the option of temporarily removing these or having the techs just cut in around. We decided to leave alone. Apparently, most homeowners do the same. The techs started by preparing the floor, which involved grinding down the surface and repairing any flaws. Although the floor was in good shape, this took at least 3 hours (very thorough). Then they laid down the epoxy coating, followed by the color flakes. They let this set and then added the top, no slip coating. All of the concrete, both horizontal and vertical surfaces, from wall to wall was covered. The result looks great. You need to wait 24 hours to walk on the floor and 72 hours before putting your vehicles in the garage. We had a few bubbles that showed up after 24 hours, so we asked if these could be fixed. Even tough we were out of town the following weekend, Surface Systems came over on a Saturday to sand the entire floor and re apply the top clear coating. The results are fantastic. They have a policy that they will not ask for payment until you are happy with the results. We then added a base board around the entire garage. We are very pleased with the results and get endless compliments.

I am thrilled with the results of my new garage floor. I had a competitive quote, communication was fantastic, the work was done on schedule and the results were terrific. I would highly recommend Surface Systems of Texas.

Scheduler provided date that work would be done; work crew showed up on time and began prep work by tearing out grass/dirt where concrete was going. Concrete truck showed up early afternoon and entire job was completed by 5 pm that day. Concrete dried very fast but we kept off for 3 days as instructed by crew. After several weeks, color of concrete matched original concrete very well. Concrete did have some rust spots throughout due to iron in the aggregate but this was pointed out on the contract so I knew it was a possibility going into it. Only problem I had was that when digging up the dirt to install the sidewalk, the crew nicked one of my irrigation pipes. This was then concreted over. I did not find out about it until several days later when I ran the irrigation system over the weekend and noticed very low pressure in the zone. Luckily, the irrigation repair company was able to fix the repair without having to break up the concrete.

They were punctual and professional. The workers were able to answer all my questions. After the work was completed they followed up a few days later to answer any questions and to address any concerns I might have. I was very happy with work and would use them in the future.

This is my first review on Angie's List as I am a new member, it's unfortunate that my dealings with this provider went miserably. I can't speak for the actual quality of work as I could not seem to get the attention of their so called sales person, a Mr. Chad Borne. This individual decided to take a four day weekend of, I'm talking from Friday through Tuesday, with absolutely no coverage in his absence, in spite of emails, texts, and phone calls I made to this individual. Why a company would arbitrarily have absolutely no contingency plan for a key individual that disappears for four days is beyond my comprehension. Due to the fact that Mr NOWHERE MAN (AKA Borne) was unavailable, inaccessible, and with no alternative coverage, I was unable to schedule the coating on my garage floor per a previous time he had identified to me as being available. This is a new house requiring several contractors completing various jobs prior to move in, and coordination is critical. Would I use this company in the future, not likely. If you can't even schedule the job, one can only wonder if they would even show up if you did. Maybe it's just this one individual, but this Customer Service Fail is not acceptable.

We wanted to put in a very large patio. We interviewed five companies that do stamped concert patios. Surface Systems of Texas came in with a very competitive bid. Chad made good suggestions and explained the whole process. We were having a hard time visualizing what the finished product would look like. Chad went the extra mile and made us a sample of color and texture of the new patio. From start to finish the work was done in a very professional manner. It was a pleasure working with a company that when the job was done I can say "I'd use them again"!!

Michael Ramey arrived in advance of the appointment time. Reviewed the condition of the floors. He thoroughly explained what had been done improperly to create the problem and set the expectations of the best and worst case outcome of any efforts. He gave several options. The crew went over and above the promised efforts to give the best result possible and provided instructions to maintain the floors for best long term performance.

Seven years ago, so details fade, but we had no problems with demolition and take-away of old driveway concrete and rebar. Very professional. The crew that did the concrete work on the new driveway was also very professional, finishing in one day and scheduled the cement truck to meet that schedule.

These guys showed up on time, were professional, cleaned up their mess, and were an all around joy to have around. highly recommend them if you are looking to do something great to your floors. Follow up,call a few days later to make sure we were happy before sending invoice.

This company was very professional and punctual from the consultation with Chad to the actual job completed by Mani and David. We had this applied to our garage floor before we moved into our newly built home. They showed up on time, were very polite and did a very nice job on the floor. It looks awesome! We are so very happy with it and very glad that we chose this company. We looked at several others, but chose this one from Angie's List and so glad that we did! They made sure that we were pleased and that the job was completed before they had us pay a dime! We received a call from Chad a couple of days after the work was done to see if we were happy with the completed work, and only then did he send me an invoice to mail in our payment. They also have a five year warranty on the product! I highly recommend this company!

Unbelievable - they were everything and more. We met them through our builder! they did an awesome job with prepping the surface, craftsmanship was perfect! we are now using them to do concrete stamping on our patio and bedroom. So excited.

He was very knowledgeable and had a nice portfolio of jobs done in the past. Felt very comfortable and had every intention on using this vendor, but we decided to go with tile instead at the last minute. BUT! if we need stianed concrete work, this is the guy to do it!

They had an accurate estimate of what they were offering. They came and took a look at what was needed to get the details. They gave detailed information of what needed to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time and cost. They worked within that estimate, which was nice. I was very happy with the result. They delivered a good end result. They were very professional as well. They were really a class act around. The price was competitive with what I heard. They are the only ones I will use.

I found the price Surface Systems Of Texas quoted me was a little high. I was able to find someone else to do the work. I thought, "My, I could pour a new driveway for that much." I couldn't afford to have it done at that cost. They were fine, very professional and came out on time. They were good. The only problem I had was with the price. I'll probably call them again for another bid if I needed to.

Chad Borne made an appointment to meet me at the new house. He was on time... took measurements... reviewed floor covering samples and colors... recommended selections based on what I said were our preferences... and provided an estimate on the spot. This was not the only estimate we reviewed. Chad's attitude, demeanor, and professionalism impressed me and after reviewing our estimates, we contacted Surface Systems to arrange for the job. It was our plan to have the garage floor (three bay garage) finished a full week before we actually moved into the home and Surface Systems came through with a great schedule. The crews were on time for the initial prep work and initial surfacing on Monday and their finishing crew was on the job Tuesday morning. On time... on budget... considerably less expensive than most of the estimates we received... guaranteed for five years... cleaned up after their work both days and sent the bill AFTER all the work was completed. I learned a lot during this process, not the least of which is to thoroughly study each review on Angie's List!
