Stitches did a great job recovering a motorcycle seat for me. For me to do the job it would have taken me an hour or so and not would have looked as good. They did a professional job and knocked it out quickly. I was able to drop it off on my lunch break and pick it back up from them after I had lunch. Great job guys! Thank You!

I called and spoke with Steve. Asked him how much to replace my husband's vehicle headliner. He asked Joel, the owner, and then said it was $450. I made an appointment for the following morning. As we were driving there that morning Joel called me to confirm my time of arrival. We arrived and dealt directly with the owner who was very friendly and courteous. I gave him my Angie's list 5% off coupon and left the car. He called me later to say one of the door moldings was coming off and that he would try to fix it. The next morning Joel called and said the car was ready and that he was able to fix the door molding. We picked it up and he gave us clear directions - (leave windows down so fumes go out and not to touch the ceiling during the next 3 days).. The headliner looks absolutely perfect, like the car was new. My husband was extremely pleased with the work performed. He gave us the 5% discount and again, was very professional and courteous. He didn't charge anything for fixing the door molding. We will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family needing these type of services. Terrible- this provider went back on their quote. I called and was told between $250-300 to strip my carpet, wash it, and replace the jute, so I made an appointment. They rescheduled, and when we went in they told me $200 more than they had told me on the phone. Do not go to them unless you have a quote in writing- not trustworthy people.

Work was great and on time.

Work was done quickly and professionally. The vehicle was done in one day.Personnel were very pleasant to deal with and did outstanding work on the replacement. I would recommend Stiches to my friends or anyone who asked about what I had performed.

Quality work. I'm restoring a 1965 Scout. Joel matched the fabric exactly. They came out very nice and on time. He recovered some seats for my boat earlier this summer as well. Again very nice work. He's not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

They provided excellent service and completed all in one day. I tried to find the best place to take my truck and could not deny all the great reviews. I must say they exceeded my expectations and would suggest anyone looking for great customer service and work, to give them a try.

I had an appointment on a Friday, they let me drop off my vehicle on Thursday evening. I met with the owner, Joel and he and I went over the items that need to be repaired/replaced. He quoted me a price which I felt was reasonable. He promised it would be ready the following Monday and if it was ready before then, he would call. I called on Monday around 1:00 pm and they had just finished the job. I picked up my SUV around 4:00 pm, inspected it and was VERY HAPPY with the work. The leather matched perfectly to the other seats and the arm rest was superb! What a nicely done job by all! Very impressed and will be using them again in about a month to repair boat cover & seats. This is a very busy shop on a very busy highway. With as busy as they are, I was happy with the entire experience. Thanks Joel, Steven, Jo Jo and the rest of the crew!

The Stiches team did a good job replacing my leather upholstery. In fact, it has the look and smell of a brand new car. I would have given an overall "A" or "B" rating if the color would have matched my prior upholstery, which matched my dashboard, doors, and plastic molding perfectly. As a matter of background information, when I first visited their shop, Joel and one of his associates came out to my car with a batch of leather samples to see what color matched my interior. Joel's associate felt that the black matched best, but Joel insisted that black was too dark and that the dark graphite matched perfectly. Well, in retrospect, I wish I would have asked for the samples and checked for the correct match "by myself without outside influence". I went ahead and took Joel's pick, ordered the leather, and later dropped off my car for the installation. When I arrived and checked out the interior, I immediately noticed that the color was noticeably lighter. I asked Joel about it, and his response was that leather darkens with age. Well, after getting home, I did some research about leather "darkening with age" and found that the exact opposite is usually true for cars exposed to the sun. Based upon all the information I found, the sun bleaches leather, it doesn't darken it. And my car is typically parked outside. So I'm guessing that my new leather will actually lighten with sun exposure (not darken), which would only serve to widen the gap between my dash and door panel colors and the seats. Thus, the reason for my "C" rating. Other more minor complaints include the fact that the protective cover for the very back of the car, which had been secured over the back of my rear seats (through the head rests) were tossed in the back (trunk area) of my SUV instead of being re-installed. Also, the cup holder in the back seat's drop-down arm rest was not secured into place. When I pulled the arm rest down to inspect it, I found the cup holder loose and raised up. I worked with it myself and got it properly snapped in. On the positive side, the seats look, smell, and feel brand new. And Joel and his team were punctual and seemed to take care of my car exterior and interior while doing their work, which I very much appreciate. I just wish the color was darker and don't know I can do about it at this point. I decided to wait until posting my review until I had a chance to see if perhaps I would get used to the lighter color and maybe end up liking it better. But that hasn't happened.

I called them the day before and they said they have all the necessary leather in stock. They removed the seat, rebuilt the padding, color matched and replaced the leather. Had it done before 2pm. Great service. Very professional. The result is outstanding. I could not be more pleased. You cannot tell the difference - fantastic. I have had a cracked windshield for a couple of months - they said they could replace that too. Fair price - deal.

Original factory materials were used! We are thrilled with the quality of the repair. We communicated a date that would be convenient. We dropped the truck off in the morning and picked it up in the late afternoon, the SAME Day! We had considered a fiber patch job with another provider. We are SO GLAD we chose Stitches auto "upholstery repair" instead of a patch job. It looks like a new seat again!

I bought replacement leather seat skins (including three rows of seats, headrests, armrests, center console cover) from a company in Oregon that specializes in products for Toyota Land Cruisers and the twin Lexus LX. I took the leather skins to Stitches and had them installed for $700. In addition to installing the seat covers, Stitches replaced some of the seat foam where needed and cleaned up seat-back pockets so they look new like the leather. The installation was done in one day (dropped off the car at 9 a.m. and it was ready by 4:30 p.m.) and it looks fantastic. While the install was not inexpensive, the final product looks and feels great. They did a quality job. The interior of my 15 year-old vehicle looks new again.

Great! The workmanship is top notch. They matched colors perfectly. Dropped off in the morning and it was ready the same afternoon as promised.

Checking Angie's list, I found STITCHES and phoned at 11 am. I spoke with Joel and he invited me to come down to the shop for an estimate. He provided an estimate that afternoon and offered to complete the repair the next day. I arrived at 8 am and it was done by 11am! AND it looks better than new! The driver's seat (leather dyed perfectly to match) looked so good that the passenger seat next to it was kinda dingy. They didn't like that, so they offered to clean the passenger seat, too. Now everything looks brand new! Thank you, Joel and crew, for your spectacular work! You are truly artists at your craft! I would definitely recommend your shop to all friends!

I am very pleased with the services provided by Stiches. I recently purchased a new vehicle and the cost of factory leather along with other items of an upgraded trim level was going to cost me over $5,000. I decided to skip the upgrade and went with cloth seating. I called Stiches to see about aftermarket leather seats after seeing other positive reviews on Angieslist. I dealt with the owner who was knowledgeable and gave great advice on what color/pattern options would look good on the vehicle. The cost of the leather plus installation was significantly less than what the dealer wanted for aftermarket leather. The installation was completed the same day I dropped it off and the end result was great looking and feeling leather seats that were much better than what I would have received from the factory. Great experience overall.

Joel, the owner, was excellent. Don't let the modesty of the shop fool you. His upholstery technicians got right on the job. It was my daughter's Honda CRV EX-L. Joel reupholstered the left driver side door, repaired the cushion in the driver side seat, touched up the upper cushion leather on the drivers side seat, and reconditioned the back leather seats that were cracking & ugly. WOW! What a difference. It probably added $1,000 to the resale value if I wanted to sell it. Anyway, you will be extremely happy with Joel's service at Stiches Auto Tops & Upholstery. Don't look anyway else. I compared the prices and Stiches was the most reasonable. I had another upholstery place tell me the leather couldn't be repaired in the back seats and they wanted to replace it with cheap vinyl. .

Stiches Upholstery did exceptional work. They recommended things that other upholstery companies would not even mention. They were very easy to work with, and I had a top notch experience. I have already recommended them to other people, and will continue to recommend Stiches for any auto upholstery and other upholstery work.

He was hard to catch on the phone at first. I dealt with his brother in law who was sitting with a bunch of kids. I had to haul this truck over to his place by trailer so I was a bit nervous about the situation at first. He called me when it was finished, on time and I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely use him again in the future and I recommend him to anyone who wants a good job done for a reasonable price, not a cheap price. His pricing is very reasonable and the quality is very good. It is worth a bit extra to me to have a good job done on time and this is the place to get that done.

Some of the panels in the bottom and back of the front seat were cracked and worn. The replacements are a perfect match, indistinguishable from the neighboring upholstery. The other areas were still new looking, now the entire seat looks like new.

The work was great. My new seat is just like new and the color matches exactly. Very good communication as I was called for updates on pricing, schedule, etc.

These guys are FANTASTIC. 110% professional. The leather seats on my crewcab 1999 F250 were looking mighty sad, and the leather on one finally split, so I took it to Joel at Stitches. I was prepared to pay big $$$ to have them re-cover all the seats in leather, but Joel advised that they needed to replace just one seat bottom, and then sand and dye the others. $3,700 became $1,100. The seats now look wonderful ? better than the day I got the brand new truck in 1998. And they did it in ONE day! Dropped it off at 5:00 one day, and picked it up at 4:30 the next day. I should be so lucky to deal with folks like Joel in the rest of my business dealings.

Used Stitches to have my arm rests recovered; the ?leather? that was used on the CRV was very thin. They did an excellent job, the cost was good; they had it done in no time. I was very pleased with the customer service, and I have recommended them to several of my friends.

The work they did was fantastic. They matched the materials perfectly, nobody know it was changed. They saved me at least $300 than having the dealer do it. I would use them again if I ever need it.
