Punctual, professional, said galley kitchen area had to be billed as separate area from living space. Both areas are small, and carpet is continuous. I thought this was absurd, but ok'd the deal, and added the stairs, which I had forgotten when I called. And, I was satisfied with the job.

They called to let me know that the truck was on the way. They arrived on time. Were very nice and professional. The carpet was very dirty, but it cleaned very nicely. They even were able to remove a stain from chocolate syrup (spilled by one of the grand kids). The entire carpet looks almost brand new now. They were very careful in moving the furniture. The job was completed in a reasonable time. I will have them back again and would refer to friends.

The team technicians were extremely friendly and professional, explaining everything from start to finish. They answered my questions promptly. Stephen told me how long the job would take, and he asked me to look at each room to determine if the job was completed to my satisfaction. My carpet looks great, they did an excellent job. He advised me to protect my carpet with a stain resistant protection, but I couldn't do at this time, but I will the next time. They treated my furniture with great care, and I did ask several questions about maintaining the carpet because I didn't know how frequently one should vacuum after a recent carpet cleaning, or steam clean the carpet. Page answered my questions and treated me with dignity and respect. I really appreciated that because some people aren't nice and they don't really bond with you.

They arrived on time, the technicians were friendly, professional and got right to work. The work was done well and the final bill was exactly what I had been quoted.

They came on time. They do try to get you do do a lot of other services, but they do a real good job.

They were very prompt and very professional. They moved all the heavy pieces of furniture, and returned them to their proper locations after cleaning. We would not hesitate to recommend them to another party.

I thought that they did just fine and everything worked out o.k. They got the carpets cleaned and went on their way. I do not have much to say about my experience. Everything seemed to have turned out fine and I don t have a complaint.

The guy did a great job on my carpets. He was very neat and courteous. My carpets are actually lighter and cleaner then they were before, and he made sure that they picked up everything off of the floor.

Two clean well dressed (uniformed) men appeared on time. They quickly went to work and completed the jobs to my satisfaction. They were efficient and were finished in a timely manner.

I can say, that I was very pleased with the results. Everything was done in a detailed manner. The technicians took their time, but it was still done in good timing. They did a real good job.

The job they did was very good. The person that did the cleaning was very nice and it really did not take him very long to get it done. I think the job turned out well.

They were very professional. The carpet was wet when they finished, but they said it would dry in 24 hours which it did. They also gave us some extra Stanley Steemer Cleaner which works very well.

I hired this company to clean my carpets and didn't know that they sealed tile (actually it's the grout that gets sealed). They offered my a demonstration of the tile service and I told them to skip the demonstration and just do the work (no way I am doing that myself. no time). They cleaned the tile and grout first and then sealed the grout. It's not perfect, but that's because of the shape the grout was in to begin with. It's much better than it was and now at least the grout won't get stained any further.

Company sent out two people to do the work. They did everything they were supposed to do. The estimate was lower because all I requested was standard carpet cleaning, but because I have pets, I added on some things they offered when they were on site. I did think the per room prices were higher than other carpet cleaning services, but I chose them based on their Angie's List report.

This was a great experience. The price was exactly as represented on the web page, no up-sell. The workers were prompt and friendly. We have four kids, and our light carpet looked like a little league infield. They did an absolutely magnificent job, the burberry carpet looks brand new, and the couches and chairs look brand new. They even cleaned an oriental rug for free. We did not imagine that the carpet and furniture would look so good. We will use them again and again.

Both phone numbers went unanswered multiple times. I emailed and got no reply. This cleaner must not need work.

This is the second time I have used their residential service. I think the service is pricey but they do a good job.

Polite and on time. Gave me a good deal (I think) on enzyme treatment and carpet protector since I have a 17 year old cat that throws up a lot. No smell afterwards and no stains. Left one spot that was wet 24 hours later but sent out a fan that dried it up the next night.

They arrived on time and on the same day as I set the appointment. Two man crew in the Stanley van. I had the majority of the furniture already moved and they moved a few remaining pieces. They did not move the dining room table and just cleaned around it. It's been 9 hours since they left, and the carpet is still wet. They did a fair job and at a fair price. Nothing to rave about.

They were running a little late due to unusually heavy traffic, but had the courtesy to call me and tell me that they were on their way and had been delayed. When they arrived, they were courteous, clean and got right to work. All of the work I had requested was completed in a timely manner. Everything looks and smells good and fresh.

Technicians were prompt, courteous and efficient. However, service level and quality was disappointing. Cleaning was neither thorough nor complete, especially pet hair removal. Our expectation was a thorough carpet cleaning including pet hair removal. Company advertising does not indicate that this service is not included. In view of high ratings of this contractor on Angie's List, which guided our selection, we are disappointed.

Very satisfied. The carpet looks great. I love that they have a 30-day guarantee on spot treatments. I will continue to use them.

Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner did a good job. They came in a company truck with all the right tools and equipment to do the job. They moved furniture in two rooms for me. They made sure all the stains were removed from the carpet. The worker was kind and helpful.
