The service were great, very professional and clean. I have no problems with them. They have been good to me. They always shows up when they said they would.

We hired Stanley Steemer to clean our air ducts after our post-Harvey house remodel was complete. It was easy to reach them and to set up an appointment, and they were flexible to change the appointment date a couple times due to our move-in date changing. The two service techs were very professional and hard working. They removed all the air duct ceiling registers as well as the fan blower and pressure washed them, then they cleaned the ducts with their flexible hoses going straight to their truck. At some point one of the pumps in the truck was down and their colleagues promptly showed up to troubleshoot and fix. After service was complete the difference in air flow was noticeable and there is so much less dust in my house. I would definitely use them again.

Great, I only wish it were a little cheaper so I could've gotten another room done.

They did a good job. It was pleasant. Although the quality was good the edges around the baseboards could have been swept out. I did vacuum before and I'm not sure they vacuumed at all. There was still some loose dirt on the floor.

I had a good experience with them. I would use them again. I think they had some kind of a special that time.

They were fine. The only thing that I don't like is when they give you the price but then tell you Oh well if you want the carpet, they're always trying to up sell you but that's just them trying to sell their services. I had two guys they were very professional and they came through and just cleaned just like I had expected they would do. They did exactly what I asked them to do and it was fine. My carpets were better than when they got here. They were there whenever they said they were going to be. They were friendly for what I can remember, it was three years ago but I don't remember having any negatives. They were just very friendly and courteous and did the job they were to do and were efficient and went about their way.

Carpets cleaned to satisfaction. Tile had a 2" strip around the wall and furnituythat was left I cleaned.

One of the rooms didn't look like it was done and I didn't know that until they were gone.

I think their quality was okay. They were on time. I think they could have moved some pieces of furniture. I think they had a sale that's why I used them. I just wasn't real pleased that they couldn't get some things off my carpet and that they didn't move certain things, stuff like that.

I will continue to call them until my dog dies. Usually they bring in a trainee. I had them do two bedrooms upstairs and it did not take them 45 minutes to do everything and leave. They are a little on the pricey side. If you add scotchguard it costs a little more but it is worth it. If you dog has an accident you can just wipe it p with a Lysol wipe.

I used Stanley Steemer. I used them March 2016. I will continue to call Stanley Steemer until my d.o.g. dies. They did a really good job for me. Usually they bring in a trainee. The trainee was here, it was only the upstairs and two bedrooms. It didn't take them 45 minutes to get all there stuff in, the job done and then leave. They are a little pricey side but every time you add something like the scotch guarding, that costs a little more, but it's worth it because it lasts for a good year and if your animal does something on the rug a Lysol wipe will get rid of everything because it's been scotch guarded. That was kind of expensive but like I said it was a birthday present. I would grade them A all the way. If I only use them once a year, you know, once every 18 months, it's not that bad.

The technician didn't seem like he wanted to move furniture. I moved most of my furniture for him and he still asked every single time he came to any piece of furniture if he needed to move it. I surely didn't pay almost 300 dollars to have someone clean without moving a dining room chair. The hoses damaged the side of my front door and made it to where it wouldn't shut without being deadbolted. So my husband will have to repair that. Most annoying of all the man let my dogs out twice after I specifically told him they would bolt out the front door if given the chance and please shut the door behind him. The cleaning itself was good but half the time the sprayer wasnt even in contact with the carpet because he was letting it like bounce along instead of using the big handle on the bar to make sure it made good contact with my floors. I asked him to go over a spot for me after he finished and while he did it, it was reluctantly. He told me it was worn down carpet and the stain wouldn't come out. With just one extra pass, the stain came out..go figure. I didn't ask him to go over any other stubborn stains- he looked like he was in a hurry to get out of my house and it made me feel awkward to ask. I bought a Spotbot cleaner for those spots and it works much better. In fact, it gets it much cleaner in general because it uses brushes as well. I would not use your company again, definitely not the same technician. I only had this done because I just bought this house and I didn't want to look at someone else's stains in the main rooms while we were in the process of remodeling. 300 dollars is significant especially when my original quote was 189..nice bait and switch. That couldve gone to my new hardwood floors budget. I really could've just waited it wouldn't have killed me. I just expected better results and better customer service and satisfaction. The price wouldn't have been so bad if the guy had done everything right and was super professional. Just wasnt worth the money to me. I wouldn't do it again.

I think they were right honest and I will use Stanley Steemer again in the future.

The personnel taking the calls were helpful, polite and responsive. However, I was not satisfied with the result. I thought the price was somewhat steep but apparently the company was recommended by the allergy society so I want to try them out only in a few areas in our house as a start. However, there are areas that were not as clean as expected from a professional job. In addition, the workers were talking in their native language in the house. I was lucky enough that my housekeeper understood what they were saying and stated that the workers were looking for other ways of making us pay more. In the end, it's the quality of the work and the integrity of the workers that are important.

This is the second time I've had them clean my carpet and they do a really good job. They arrive and time and ask questions and get to work. I would definitely hire them again to clean my carpet.

They were fast. The carpet was way too wet, they probably didn?t suck enough water out, it took twice as long to dry as their estimate. They said something like 8 to 12 hours to dry, it wasn?t dry in 24. But they did a really fast job and that?s probably why it was so wet when they left. And I called them and said it?s still wet and they said, oh! it will dry.

I called to set up an appointment, and was given an appointment just two days later. Two employees arrived on tone, and did a really great job cleaning all of our air vents and registers. They kept everything clean, let me look at all the work that had been done, and answered all of my questions. They were very professional, did the job in a reasonable amount of time, and the job they did was excellent. I would definitely use them again, and recommend anyone to use them.

Thought it was pricey! The bedroom was small and could only clean the walk way around the bed and to the bathroom which is a small area. Sprayed a standard 6 x 9 rug with enzymes due to pet accident really increased the price.

I have used this company since 2002. This is the 1st time I have had problems. This was the quickest carpet cleaning I have ever seen. They did Not do a careful or a good job. I called to complain and ask for a different crew to do a redo. 1. We were PROMISED a COMPLETE REDO. 2.The guy who came out Saturday, Chris, had a BAD ATTITUDE just getting out of the truck. 3. Inside the house he had me show him the problem areas. I did. I then went into another room to do something else. A few minutes later he announced he was done and that he was leaving. I checked his work and noticed that no furniture had been put up on the little blocks they use. He told me that he had only done the and quot;high traffic areaand quot;. 4. When I informed him that I was PROMISED a COMPLETE redo, Chris YELLED at me! He said, and quot;I am Not getting paid for this!and quot; I told him that that was between him and his employer. That was Saturday. Monday I called and spoke to a Service Manger named and quot;Warrenand quot;. I told him my story and Warren said he was going to talk to his General Manager, Ryan Moore. Warren called me back about 45 minutes later and said they were going to give me a full refund. I asked to a reversal on our credit card. Warren told me they had to issue a check so they had a and quot;paper trail.and quot; 5. This occurred on the 13th of October. Today is the 26th and we still have Not received the refund that was promised. 6. I called Thursday and left a message for the General Manager, Ryan Moore. I was told that Warren was on vacation. I was promised that Ryan Moore would return my call no later than Friday. He never did.

It went very well. They came when scheduled, and called before they arrived.

They arrived promptly. Nothing was damaged as they prepped the rooms. They were fast and did an average job. The carpets were clean and everything that had been moved was put back. The house smelled fresh. Some existing spots returned after the job and the edges of the white berber were a little dark. If they had taken care of that, I would have said that this was an excellent job; however, my carpets and house are older, so the service met my expectations. I was pleased.

These guys were...can you believe it...EARLY? They did a great job on the two areas - even put down a Teflon coating to make it easier to clean up messes and dog hair. We couldn't be more pleased! Thank you, Stanley Steemer!!

I called to set up the appointment confirming the number of areas they would clean, the cost and that a check would be accepted for payment. I wasn't at home when they came to clean the carpets, so my husband had to deal with the cleaners. First they argued with my husband the number of rooms they were suppose to clean for the price I was quoted. Then they told him they wouldn't accept a check, only cash. When my husband told them he didn't have that much cash at the house, they took the check.
