They were great. Their company has a good reputation. They come right on time. They wear the shoe covers in our house.

I would give them A's on everything. I didn't have any problems.

They were very polite and neat. They were also quiet and got the work done. They were in and out very quickly. I would recommend their services.

I would recommend them. They did a good job. They did a great job and I had some really dirty tile grout that they got cleaned as new. I will use their services again in the future if necessary.

When I spoke with a Stanley Steamer rep on the phone, I told them a painter had spilled latex paint on the carpet and was told that they could get it out no problem. However when the crew came out to do the work, they told me right off the bat they didn't think they could get the paint out. The part of the carpet without paint looked great when they left, but I felt misled by the rep on the phone. I expected more from a carpet cleaning "expert". Anyway, I felt like I wasted $120. On the bright side I found a product at a home improvement store that removed the paint.

It was great. One of the best carpet cleanings I've ever had. They were on time and finished quickly. I was totally satisfied.

The service was good. They called the morning of and asked if they could come early. They got in and out quickly, were courteous and polite and did a good job.

My cat used the living room carpet rather than the litter box. We didn't realize until the odor was quite severe. On the Saturday of Labor Day weekend when we finally noticed we called Stanley Steamer to clean and treat the carpet. They provided two convenient time slots, we selected one, and they said they would call when they were on their way. They were actually able to come earlier than the time slot selected, and called to ask if it was a good time for us (which it was). The carpet was clean and they treated for pet odor. The only problem is there is a minimum charge of $99.00 plus tax and our room is small so the price is a bit high for the space. Otherwise, I would recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job and the space completely dried out. And they got the carpet really clean. There is a special group that handle the water damage work.

They were really helpful and eager to get the job done and get out. The areas that I wanted them to do a little extra cleaning, they were more than happy to clean everything twice. They were in and out in an hour and a half. It was still damp when they left, but it dried within four hours. The put foam blocks under the furniture, and volunteered to come and take them out for me. The carpet still looks great. They did sell me a deodorizer, but they were not pushy. I called them because of a recommendation from a friend.

I haven't found anyone that does a better job.

They are number one. My bedroom gets cleaned often and they clean the rest of my house too. They do not move anything when doing it, and do a good job. If at all there is a need to move the furniture they would do it without a charge.

I would not pay more so that is why he probably did a very poor job. I saw a lot of water and not a lot of steam; that is why it took so long to dry. I paid $200 but it should have been $100 and he was asking for $300 or $400.

Uniformed team arrived early in time slot. One cleaned upstairs and one cleaned downstairs and the sofa. The hall was free but the carpet cleaner said we had two halls and charged an extra $24. Which was probably fair. I had measured and combined the hall length to be cleaned. I also decided to add the Scotchgard treatment which was not offered by phone. They left a little water on the hardwood floor but I was looking for any drips/puddles and cleaned them up immediately. I also had a 5% discount applied to the charge - it was given over the phone.

They were easy to schedule and cleaned the carpets as requested. I was pleased with the results - I thought nothing could improve those carpets, but we got better results than expected.

They came at the appointed time and date. I had a bad spot on the carpet and they tried several times to remove it. They informed me before they began it may not come out. They left some spot cleaner for me to use on it too.

They did an okay job cleaning the floors. I paid an extra $75.00 to have scotchguard added to my chair (not including the money I paid for it to be cleaned) and I specifically asked the man adding the scotchguard that if something spills on the fabric, it won't soak in will it? His answer was no. I'm upset because he lied to me because two days later, something was spilled on the chair and it did soak in. Stanley Steemer offered to come back out, but I didn't want them to touch my furniture. They shouldn't have lied to me and that really made me angry. They also charged too much for the chair! I feel Totally ripped off! I called another company and they came out right away to reclean my chair. The other company's prices are so much better! Do call around and get estimates before you hire the first person like I did.

The service was good. They did a good job with the work they did. They were professional and knowledgeable. They showed up on time and were courteous. I would recommend them.

We are planning to sell our house and, like everyone else, were impacted by the hurricane. However, we were fortunate enough to not have any significant damage to the house, so we are proceeding ahead with getting the house on the market a couple weeks late. Stanley Steemer called to reschedule my appointment that I made 2 weeks in advance. They wanted me to wait 3 additional weeks for the appointment because of the hurricane. Their rep told me that hurricane clean up was all they can focus on and that was much more important than me selling my house. While I empathize with those who suffered a greater loss than mine, it seems to me that Stanley Steemer is more interested in capitalizing off the hurricane than servicing all of their customers. My need is significant, and I don't think Stanley Steemer gets to dictate that, so we'll go with someone else.

They were very, very fast and they did a good job. I called them on a Friday, and they came out by Saturday afternoon. They finished the job in about 3 hours time. There was no problem at all. I was very pleased.

I thought they were a little bit pricey, but they did a good job. They were professional and friendly. They came out on time. They had some problems with their equipment, but it was fine. Overall they were very professional.
