Description of Work: Cleaned carpets ,living room, short hallway,master bdrm.professionalism was not there while cleaning my carpets tech was on cellphone,probally the reason it took three days to dry,not paying attention.our main concern was traffic marks on carpet, paid extra to take care of that,behold stains are back in 3 weeks.call back another tech shows and tells me that is the carpet breaking down.(carpet was 2 years old) and had been cleaned twice up to that point.he said he will try again but said probally would not help.After about 15 minutes I felt the carpet and it was dry never turned water on!!The whole time tech was only trying to satisfy his companys image, not the customer.actually we argued over the fact the carpet was worn out ,mind you it is only 2 years old at that time.I would NEVER use Stanley Steemer again.So I bought a Bissell deep clean carpet steam cleaner and that was all it took for half the price i paid those a holes | |

This is the first time I have used Stanley s and I am glad I did. I have my carpets cleaned quite often and I just can not seem to find anyone that does a really good job. I had a coupon for Stanley s so I decided to try them out. I do not remember the price, but the coupon was for $10 off. I was glad that I did decide to use them, as everything ran smoothly. The carpets look great and from now on I am going to use Stanley s on a regular basis. This is the kind of work I have been searching for.

I was really impressed that they moved things that needed to be moved and put them back when they were done. My carpet looks really nice, and I would use them again. There weren t too many stains that they couldn't get out. They did a good job with the carpet steamer, and the work they did was good for the price.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE. THEY CAME ON TIME. CLEANED ALL THE AREAS THAT THEY WERE ASKED TO CLEAN. THE FLOOR WAS MOSTLY DRY WHEN THEY LEFT, AND THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
