Their prices were a little high, but I knew they did good work because I've use them before and I thought the truck mounted system would really get it clean, because it's suppose to be stronger. The cleaning was scheduled as soon as a day was set and the technician was on time. After he left I thought he did a good job, but after looking at the carpet I noticed there were urine stains that were not removed. Other than that, everything was ok and the technician was polite and friendly.

We have used Stanley Steamer several times in the past because they have always done a good job. They especially do a good job on the stairway. We have had problems getting the stairway clean with other cleaners. It is spiral and very difficult to do thoroughly. These cleaners take their time, and go over it more than once, using scrub brushes, if necessary. We also like their attitude, which is professional, and well mannered.

I guess everything is fine. The stains are gone. It has not been long enough to know if everything is going to stay this way. The carpets smell great. The people were extremely nice. Right on time I might ad. I will be using them in about six months. I already paid them for the next service. I guess Ill have to see how things go next time.

They get all the stains out but they don't move our furniture. We consider them nice people and have liked the people they send out. They clean the high traffic areas well and do a good job getting the stains out. It usually takes 1 1/2 hours, and takes until the next day to dry.

The heavy traffic areas still have some ground in dirt. Maybe they should have gone over those areas twice or used scrub brushes. We have called them about this, and they said they would focus on it the next trip.

We like the workers they send and they've moved all our furniture very carefully and put it back where it belongs. They do a good job of cleaning all stains and the heavy traffic areas. The carpet dries in about six hours. We have been happy and they do a good job.

My carpets look great. Nothing could have been better. I was pleased at the fact that the job was done quickly. It even took little time for the carpets to dry. All of the Kool-Aid stains from the kids are totally gone. I could of never of done that myself. I think Stanley Steamer is amazing. I think I am going to call them in about six months to do it all over again.

They did a great on the rooms and area rugs. My only complaint was that they could not clean the fringe on the area rugs.

It's just my husband and myself, so it doesn't get that dirty, however tracking dirt in and out builds up over time. The technicians are polite and very professional and their prices are very reasonable. I have a two-story four-bedroom house with a den that is thirty five by twenty and they only charged me one hundred and fifty dollars.

They have done my carpets a few times now, and we are always pleased with the cleaning. The heavy traffic areas get extra attention, and they move the furniture around if necessary. There were special chemical treatments used on the heavy traffic areas and this they did twice. Both men were very nice and completed the job in ninety minutes. This is rather impressive, considering the size of the rooms they had to clean.

As a matter of fact, Stanley Steamer was here today. I am enjoying my clean carpets. They smell great, look good, and all of the stains are gone. The carpet dried within two hours after Stanley Steamer left. I have no problems with the company. I enjoy their company, and I will use them again.

Stanley Steamer Carpet Cleaner did an okay job of cleaning the carpets in my whole house. I mean they were decent, but nothing spectacular. They did manage to get out the problem stains and the main track areas. I don't know if I just expect an A+ job or if I asked for too much, but they were just not standing out. However, they got the job done.

I just began using Stanley Steamer and Friday was my first time using them. The reason I chose to go with Stanley is because I hear very good things about them and their services. I can agree with the things I hear. My carpets look great and the service is great as well. Stanley s will be coming every six months to clean the carpets and I am set up to pay by the service date.

This is the best company I have ever used for this type of service. I am overly pleased. I always have them deep clean because my carpets are always so dirty. The dirt seems to lift right up with whatever it is that they use. The carpets did not take very long to dry after they completed the job. I got very nice workers who came out that are very professional. You can tell that these guys know exactly what they are doing.

You can't even recognize the carpet after it was steam cleaned. Considering the amount of traffic this house endures, I'm amazed we didn't do this sooner. We may have to do it again for the holidays. All furniture was moved. They used a hand brush and special chemicals on the really bad areas. All carpeting was dry as a bone the next day.
