Description of Work: Juan Romero and helper showed up early for the job and got right on cleaning the tile. A sealer was supposed to be added as well but Juan said the grout was colored and that a regular clear grout seal would not help. Not sure why. He offered to seal with a colored sealer, but the price was twice the price of cleaning the tile so they just cleaned it.
