Of course, they wanted to immediately charge me for special pre-treatment of $25/room, which I declined. They also couldn't reach all the rooms with their equipment, so I had to bring a rug down to them. After very setting up, he very quickly steam-cleaned each carpet. He told me that the pet air that was left was because I should have vacuumed first. He also said that any odors or stains that were left were because I didn't pretreat. I actually had him redo one of the rugs with the pre-treatment, but the stains did not come out, so he didn't charge me for the additional work. After he left, I noticed that a 2' x 8' area of one rug wasn't even touched, like he couldn't be bothered to turn around and get the area under his feet. Overall, this was worse than a waste of money: I feel he actually set stains in a rug that I otherwise could have cleaned. Not recommended at all.

They called 15 minutes before arriving. Upon arrival they came in and started work. Both team members were cleanly dressed and presentable. They went about their work quickly and neatly. There was no trying to sell me on anything else. They just went about their business and left. I would recommend this SpeedDry to others and would use them again.

They arrived during the time designated and completed the cleaning and Scotchguarding. They were at my house for 45 minutes. They were professional and courteous. I was very pleased with this service.

They started by bringing hoses from their van to my second floor upstairs in my house, immediatly spilling water all over my wood floors and onto an oriental rug. I only saw one man the whole time but I assume there were two men doing the work. They didnt do the stairs even though i offered to pay extra for the stairs to be cleaned. There was gray area on the clean carpet and I had asked them man what it was and he said it was from his foot, he said that he would clean the spot which he did. They never moved light items such as a basket, light chairs, and small area rugs. They also said that they do under beds but after the work was completed under the beds were still dry as if they had never been cleaned.They never wanted me to double check their work, they were packed up and ready to leave before I was able to inspect their work, I have a feeling that the carpets are worse off than they were before they came. After the work he came back in the home and asked me to sign the paperwork, I refused to sign the paperwork due to a stained area that seems to be worse than it was before they started cleaning. Jessica who I had spoken with, was readily willing to refund the fee without a hassle.

They were early which sometimes is a great thing. But I was not home yet from work so my son let them in. He did not know the spots I wanted to focus on. I returned home at the appointment time but they were already gone. The spots I wanted to point out were unfortunately still there even after the cleaning. Also, the carpet overall had kind of a crusty feel. After vacuuming and daily wear, it's finally worn off.

Arrived and looked over the areas to be cleaned. Brought in equipment and steam cleaned those areas. Did move a couple of pieces of furniture for me to clean under but believe that they don't normally move furniture. Carpet was pretty well dried by next day.

In the Big Deal it doesn’t say anything about a customer being out of their areas and I was out of their area so I had to pay $49.99 but I liked the deal and it sounded really good so I said, ‘fine’. I have a copy of theirs and it says, ‘re-inspect’ but they really didn’t walk through and look at my carpet but they just came in. The copy says, ‘Moving furniture and excludes breakable or larger items’ but I had gone through and picked up all my small furniture’s. When I walked them through the house showing them which rooms I wanted cleaned I said, “I realize you are not going to move my TV” and he said, “we don’t move furniture!” I thought, “Okay”. There were two guys that came and I ran into one bedroom that I have and I have a queen size bed and a twin bed so I was going to lift the twin bed up so that they could clean but they moved no furniture and I think it is false advertisement on their list. They did a good job on what they cleaned. I asked them to put scratch guard on so that was like $40 a room which I thought was high.

The two men that came out(one supervisor and one operator) were very polite. We were told not to walk on the carpet, as it would be wet for 3-4 hours. He didn't say anything about extracting the water or anything to help dry the carpets faster. My son and I were home and had to walk through these areas. We would put down towels as we were walking. The carpets were still damp a full 11-12 hours after the service, which is not good. I was given some quotes on other services that I had inquired about. I spoke with Jessica and told her how long it took to dry. I informed her that I was getting different answers from different people. Instead of taking the feedback, she got very defensive and continued to repeat herself in a fashion that came off as rude in the approach. I finally had to ask her to stop emailing me regarding the additional quotes because our interaction completely turned me off from this company. 3-4 hours of dry time from on-site workers; 4-6 hours of dry time from office staff; 11-12 hours of actual dry time! I was not satisfied with their service. For the office staff to become defensive about the feedback I was offering was very unprofessional. The two on-site workers get an 'A' for professionalism. The professionalism grade reflects the office.

The techs did the job quickly. However, many spots showed up after the carpet dried. In addition, in one room several small black spots were discovered. I couldn't decide whether it was oil or some other substance left from the equipment used.

It was easy to schedule the appointment with them. It went well. They found some mold in the duct work so it ended up being $500 instead of $99. The vents outlets were a little dirty after the cleaning but I am not sure if that was included which is why I gave them B for quality. My wife had nothing negative to say about the experience.

They cleaned the carpet in our family room and master bedroom. I have three small dogs and was having company so I wanted to make sure the carpets didn’t smell like dog. The quality was fine but I had to pay extra to ensure the smells were removed. I expected the quality of the job would be at least what I typically do myself if not more. I was not impressed and will never use them again. Their ad was very misleading and did not hold true to the cost. It took them 15 minutes to do what I thought was a pretty big job. When they got here they made it clear that the job would cost double what they said in the coupon, but it ended up costing even more.

They were fabulous to work with. I was impressed with how punctual he was. He was very friendly, did excellent work and was flexible on the areas included. I got exactly what I needed. He even gave me a coupon for a future visit.

Carpet was overdue for cleaning but no extreme stains, etc. Just normal wear and tear and dust buildup. Operators were asked to pay particular attention to edges along baseboards where normal vacuuming is not effective at removing dust, and to a high traffic spot in one closet that seemed to have a buildup of shoe grime. General cleaning: Carpet in the bedroom was noticeably cleaner, but "Steam" left heavy accumulation of water under and around the area rug; enough to cause concern for the hardwood floors underneath. They did nothing to clean this up. Hallway and closets were less satisfying. Open areas that they cleaned are non-uniform. Clearly they didn't get it all thoroughly cleaned. Edges along baseboards received no special attention and were just a dark and dusty when they left as before. High traffic spot did not come clean with just "steam" trreatment so they recommended adding soap . . . for an extra $50! We're talking an area about 3' x 3'! And even with the $50 shampoo there was no improvement. They declared defeat and attributed it to wear of the carpet, although it defies logic that wear of a uniformly colored carpet pile would cause a change in color. Bottom line. Our carpet is cleaner but our main objectives were not met. We won't be calling them back.

The quality of the work was very good. I would highly recommend them to others. I was impressed with the speed of their work and how courteous they were.

Travis and his assistant were nice enough, but after the cleaning procedure was done. They hit me with a $499 invoice in addition to the $99 that was already paid via Angie’s list. Two and one half hours after they left, I went into my garage and heard water running. They used my hose to hook up to their equipment and removed their equipment, but left my water running for that length of time. They also told me that since they could not reach the main air duct, I would have to have an A/C man take care of it. So I paid $599 and the work is still not complete. I am not a happy camper.

Went well, would invite him back for future requests.

I was unable to use the deal due to the extra costs involved with getting the service and also a lack of communication. The person I spoke to on the phone was not very polite and kept interrupting me.

1. Price - good 2. They were almost half day late for an appointment, no excuse here. 3. They spent maximum of 30 minutes cleaning the carpet in my house. It takes me longer to vacuum the house. I don't know why it was so quick. My brother in law used to clean carpets and it took him significantly longer in our previous house to really get all carpets cleaned. Carpets were soaking wet afterwards and did not have fresh smell I expected. I thought that this deal included deodorizing? Here is the descrition of service: Last Chance-$75 for Carpet Cleaning for Four Areas and a Hallway, Plus Deodorizer Grade: C - Fair average service - nothing special about it.

The quality of the cleaning was good. He was really pushy about finding black mold and wanted us to spend more money. We chose not to move forward with any additional services. I would advise others to be aware of the upsell process.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The service was done okay. There were some hidden costs that they didn’t mention until they got there. So they didn’t take care of the stains. The guy didn’t seem to know what was included in the offer price because he was talking about sanitizing the rugs and I had to tell him that that was included for that price. He was kinda quick to charge me for that and it made me sort of suspicious about these deals because one, they don’t know what they agreed to provide and two, there’s always added costs. I spent a little bit more money, an extra $100. They did a satisfactory job. He was fairly prompt. He came when he said he was. He did what I asked him to do. He was pretty courteous and got the work done pretty quickly. Customers should be there when they do the work and they should be prepared to pay more. I guess I was gonna buy this package one more time but I’d rather bring in some more established company to do the work. This company doesn’t move any furniture. They said it was gonna be 4-6 hours for the carpet to dry and it was more like 8-12 hours. I guess it was low budget and I don’t know if I would make somebody go through all that.

We bought a special which was to include the cleaning of the ducts, vents and laundry vent for $79.0 They arrived ontime and after looking in the ducts, proceeded to use scare tactics, claiming there was asbestos that we could be breathing in. Then showed us pics from his phone without dates, so you really could not tell if it was the inside of your ductwork you w ere looking at. They also recommended duct replacement as well as other added cleaning services for more charges. They were extremely pushy for a sale and asked for another check for $79.0 ! We had 2 other people come out to give us an estimate for replacing the duct and both gave us half the estimate speed dry did. They also informed us that there was no asbestos and a very poor job was done if at all in cleaning the ducts! Total incompetence or scare tactics to buy, we would never recommend or use this company again!

It went really well, except that it didn't dry quickly; they cleaned the carpets and it took over 24 hours for several of the areas to dry. They did say that it would take 46 hours. I paid more than the big deal price; they said that the price that I paid only covered a steam clean, which I didn't realize. We also needed the enzyme solution and he spotted some other areas. He cleaned an area that I asked him not to clean, but he cleaned it anyway. There were some language barriers that were going on - I'm not sure if we understood each other, and so they charge me, I think it was $150 over the big deal price. He had an accent and I was having a hard time understanding him.

We have light brown carpeting that was filthy. They were able to get out stains that no other carpet cleaning company was able to get out. They did an OUTSTANDING JOB. Two guys came out and they were both very professional and very nice. They went over and beyond what we were expecting. Before purchasing this deal we were prepared to get new carpeting and spend thousands of dollars. But when they came out to clean the carpets we ended up not having to and are very very pleased. We would definitely recommend them to anyone and will use them again in the future.

The cost was big deal plus additional $45. They were very punctual and they got the job done very quickly and they did a good job. I would use them again.
