Speed Dry USA Cleaning and Restoration

This was a steam clean only, no chemicals were used. We were disappointed as steam alone will not get out the stains in the carpet, chemicals are needed and they would not use them or didn't have any to use. This was not clear from the description. So our carpets are still stained.

They arrived within their 2 hour window and called to let me know they were on there way. They said they would give me a 30 minute heads up, but I only received a 15 minute heads up, but that was okay. They arrived and I showed them the two rooms that needed cleaning as well as the two rugs that needed cleaning. The two men felt they could get the stains out. They got right to work. The stains appear to have come out of the carpet. I was very pleased with the results. I added another service which they said would help the high traffic areas stay well kept. They cleaned the rugs and treated them for the pet stains as well. They were thorough and pleasant to work with. They told me to allow 8 hours for the carpet to dry. I will reinspect the carpet once they are dry. All in all, I was pleased with the service and their professionalism.

I was unable to use them. They sent an email to us stating that we weren’t in their service area. We got a refund through Angie’s List. They reached out to us within a week of purchase.

I felt like I was gipped for the service. He said I have two units and he was going to double the price for that. He put some sort of goo on the air conditioner in the attic and he charged that much for that work. Two guys came to do the work and they were good but the work they did was not needed. I felt like the service was a bait and switch.

They got the stains out. The pricing was good. They were responsive.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. Nothing stood out either good or bad. It cost more than the Big Deal but I can't remember what it was. We were in contact pretty quickly after I purchased the deal. They were good, but I was not there when they did the service, my daughter was.

Veru prompt, very friendly and helpful, they did an excellent job and was very informative, I would use them again and certainly would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional, on time, courteous, the B rating is because they constantly tried to sell additional services, which I guess is the point of providing a "Deal". In addition, their web site showed the process of cleaning the air ducts included cleaning the air handler, this service was an additional $500. The deal was $99 per AC unit to clean the air ducts and that's what they did nothing else. In addition if you have a second unit the additional $99 only included 5 ducts, $15 additional for over 5. I take responsibility for not reading "the fine print".

Initially the provider came to the house and said he could not do the job because there was too much furniture in the way. I told him I would call him back later when the movers had removed the furniture from the house. I did this simply because I had purchased a special for three rooms and a hallway. Later, after the furniture was removed and I was about to finalize the sale of the house I had the service back to do the job. They did an excellent job at that point. I would have them again, but I would warn anyone that wants to use the service that the foreman is a little bit of a doom and gloom guy as he assesses the work. But, he gets over it and does a great job.

Did everything well and were very responsive. But after they left there was a wide radius of debrie left in my study which I feel sure was an inadvertant oversight. I vacuumed it up. The next day I found additional, but very little, debrie in the same area. This made me realize that dry brush cleaning does not get rid of all of the debrie in the ducts, but stirs it up. And what the vacuum does not suck up may later drop to the floor with the current of the A/C blower. Although I have answered "yes" to using them in the future, I'll have to give it some thought.

The company was great in rescheduling with me from a day with rain and freezing temps. I was a little concerned that the steam cleaning was not hot enough and that not enough water was extracted from the carpet. Therefore, the technician repeated the water extraction in some of the areas. I was required to pay an extra fee to enable stain removal in portions of the entry carpet (had not expected this). Only very light weight furniture pieces were moved and I was surprised that the company does not provide carpet protectors, so I did not want to move some pieces back until the carpet was much dryer. It took overnight for the carpet to dry. The technician was always polite and attempted to address and satisfy my concerns.

I think they broke my air conditioning on purpose. Before they went in to do the service, my air conditioning was working fine, and they went in, and magically found all this faults with my air conditioning unit, that other people had never seen before. He wanted to charge 500 Dollars, to fix it, and then my air conditioning quit working. They said that there all kinds of problems with the air conditioning unit, and then it quit working once they were through with it. I can't prove it unfortunately, otherwise I would sue them. I have a feeling that they did it for the money. They charge me more because I had more vents and I didn't realize that there was a limit on the number of vents.

Their service was okay. However, they didn't do well on a couple of spots but you don't know it when it's all wet until it's dry, so that was okay.

I was happy with them. I did not have any problems with it. They showed up on time and they were polite. They did a good job. I think I paid an additional $40 for some extra services. I got what I paid for. I would use them again.

I added a few rooms to have them to clean all the carpet on the 2nd floor plus a few spots. They put on some carpet guard too. They were just great!

What they also did was break my garden hose holder while attaching the hose to their rug cleaner. The holder can't be repaired.

I had a little problem at first getting ahold of them to schedule, but once they came out, it was fine. They showed up on time, also.

It went well. It was satisfactory overall.

Work performed in timely manner, they will return free of charge to check the system for leaks in the summer and repair as necessary.

They did a good job on the carpets. The employees were nice and friendly. It took them a little over an hour to do the work. Scheduling didn’t go quite as planned since there was some mistake with the messaging center through Angie’s List. I never received an email from them but once I figured that out I called to schedule the appointment. I feel like I did not read all the print of the coupon so the company did not move any furniture to clean underneath it.

Showed up with only a couple of days notice. Cleaned some very sirty and heavily pet stained carpets from previous resident. Operator did not realize the big deal had no limit on the room size. Had them clean stair case as well.

One of the rooms was being used to foster 6 cats for 4months during that time cats had many accidents and the carpet looked like the stains would never come out! see attached picture of completed cat room? Speed Dry Restoration really did a good job my rooms look nice again. They also did my stairs they look amazing however $45 was expensive for us being that 3 rooms all in one carpet cleaning was only $79. Overall all good job! The men who came seemed to care about the job being done right the first time they even came back to touch up any big stains and leftover water on the floor. I would use them again I just wish I could get the stairs cheaper??? Oh and the lady who scheduled was pleasant and easy to deal with and quick on her feet easy easy!!!

First of al when I called the company, I was told that my property was out the the territory they normally service, we barted and I agreed to pay a $35.00 service charge. They set us quick once I showed them what needed to be done. I had previous to their arrival moved all furniture, other than beds as other companies used sliders to move the big stuff out of the way and once cleaned moved them back, this company did not! I questioned them and the head guy Adam said the company did not want to accept the responsibiligy for damage in moving certain things, etc. To speed things up I had vacummed all carpeted/ rug areas and moved what furniture/items that I could do by my self to expedite the process. Noramlly they will vacumm them selves to ensure a good clean steam cleam but they started cleaning with the assumption that all floor had been vacummed. I have had other carpet cleaners move everything in one direction until that particluar area had been vacummed before being steam cleaned and then moved the items back and continue to clean the remaining area. Other than these problems, the carpets were pretty clean and the job was quick.

Did very well, very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

When they arrived, they charged me an additional $35 because they said I was out of their service area. They were here for about 1 hour and tried to sell me on about $500 worth of work on my furnace. Since the cleaning, I haven’t really noticed a difference with the unit, so it makes me curious about the whole ordeal. It just wasn’t what I expected.
