My adult daughter was here with the repair man so I can only comment on what she said. My experience was limited to the invoice which was extremely hard to follow. It stated my full payment of 74.00 was only a down payment of 800.00 ! WHAT ! We almost had heart attacks. I don't understand what all the other stuff written on the bill was (perhaps its some way to decrease tax debit for them) but I have never received an 800.00 bill for my simple 2 min electric adjustment. My daughter said she had a hard time understanding him he didn't really speak English. So she could shed little light on the invoice thing but assured us she only paid the 74

Great work and interface with personnel. The $89 service charge for coming out should be rolled into the cost of service once the job is accepted. Other than that completely satisfied with the experience.

The two techs that serviced the tub were great, price to replace the main board and operation panel I think was too high. But the estimate was consistant with another independent tub company. I waited two months for parts to come in from the manufactorer. So I had to go independent. Overall I feel that the service was worth it.

The gentleman who came and looked at my tub was very professional, and very friendly. I would recommend this company!

tech was efficient, located trouble quickly and when the parts came in earlier than expected was able to come out return a day early to complete the job. the end cost was close to the estimate.
