Kinda expensive

Exceptional.

I am a property manager; great customer service, gave a difficult customer great service - I was so happy they were able to take care of this customer.

Overcharged 100 bucks for the shotty job they did and want to reimburse on over priced equip I do need . Won't be getting my business !

I directed Spa Inspectors to bill me and not the renters who live at the home where the repairs were made. They did not follow that direction and billed my renters.

I hired them because they were the only contractor who did respond to my inquiry. I had a slow leak at my pump exchange and figured it would be a quick fix. The came on time and completed the work in 5 minutes ($210). I thought it was excessive but paid them anyway. The next day I went out and saw the problem wasn't fixed. I called back multiple times over the next month...trying to get them to come back out and fix the issue. We scheduled times and they wouldn't show. I paid $200 for a problem I still have and now need to contact another company. Please pass on this company...you can do better.

The actual spa is beautiful! Took 3 months to get it. The install was awful. I had to have someone else come out and level and fill in the dirt. They left all their trash from tearing out the old one so I had to get someone else to haul it away, and clean that up. The installer did not build a wooden support for the new tub. He delivered the tub, put it on my new grass, and left. I had to get a new bigger pump and heater, both of which I already had. No one ever came out to look at anything before the sale, just assured me they could do it. My hot tub is STILL not working. They debited the money from my account without even asking me, and the communication is nonexistent. I got them off this site, so I don't know if I trust this site again. I also got a hardwood floor contractor off this site, and the installer tracked GLUE all over my existing wood floor AND the new one 😜

They did a good job installing the heater, however they could not make the original appointment as scheduled and had to do the work when no one was home. When I indicated to the person who called to collect payment that I needed a follow up visit because the topside controller needed to be fixed, they did not respond. I will have to hire another company to finish the job and that is disappointing.

Did a good job, it is now in working order. However the technition came to my home ,did repairs and left without letting me or one of the other two people waiting for him to arrive know he was here. Seemed an odd way to do business. My Son-in - law tested the system to be sure it was working. Although this was very upsetting at the time I would give the company another chance I believe the technition and staff are sincerely sorry this happened

Expensive, took to long to start repairs. Sent a man with new pump, spent all day and still not fixed. The tech was on the phone to his office and still could not wire correctly.

Service is not performed by the company, service is performed by contractors hired by the company. Contractor hired showed up 1 1/2 hours late . . . did a phenomenal job cleaning the inside of the spa . . . they use your chemicals not theirs . . . did not fix the broken exterior panels that I talked about with the "Owner/Service Manager" and cleaned only one side of the spa cover the second side was not cleaned . . . considering they use your electricity, your water, and your chemicals, and don't clean the filters etc. For 1/12 hours of washing down the spathe price seems exorbitant . . . told Owner/Service Manager this was a seasonal opening cleaning and prep and got nothing like what I expected . . . disappointed with overall job but what was done was done very well . . .

Rate is a little high, but did a good job.

Spa Inspectors were fast and professional. They were able to make it out and repair the unit on the same day. Their technician was great and the person that called the schedule my service was very friendly.

Service was excellent, punctual -on time. All repairs needed were explained in detail which I appreciated.

Technician was very knowledgeable in the electrical components of the hot tub. I will call them again!
