guy was straight forward and told me what i needed to know.

Technician installed the heater without any issues, but was unable to get it to work with the remote control unit. He blamed it on a faulty temperature sensor or bad control board and left it in manual mode. After he left, I read through the installation instructions and figured it out. The software for the heater was not configured properly to recognize the signal coming from the control board. Once the setting was changed in the heater control panel, everything worked as it should.

They came out and inspected our hot tub to do an estimate. Two weeks later, I still had not been contacted back so I called. It took three calls to get anyone to call me back. They could not find the work order from the initial inspection and had to come redo it two more weeks later. The man ordered a new motor and replaced it saying that was all that was wrong. Two days later the tub was almost empty again. It had a serious leak in several other areas. Again, it took another two weeks for them to fit us in to take another look. The guy couldn't find the leak right in front of his face. I had to show it to him and it was very obvious. Maybe he needs glasses? They want $1500 to replace that and another canister where the leaks are coming from. From the very first visit (1st week of January 2018) they were suppose to order us new jets to replace our broken ones. Today is March 26, 2018 and they still have not gotten our jets. I was able to fix the leaks myself with JB Water Weld. What a complete frustration!

Jasper was the tech who came to my home for the Spa repairs. He was right on time, had all the necessary parts for the repair. He even found a small leak which he fixed which was not part of the quote. Will use The Spa Inspector for all future service and repairs.

cleans and puts chemicals in my spa every two weeks

I requested a service call to check out a hot tub that had not been used for two years. The gaskets were leaking and the electric motor would not engage. The service person was friendly and in short order got the motor to working, (a quick tap on the motor)but said he did not have the :O" rings for the seals. He stated he would order the rings and return and replace them, plus bring me some chemicals which I need to maintain the tub. That's been two weeks ago...haven't heard from anyone. A couple of days ago, I fixed the tub myself.

I am so frustrated. My hot tub is COLD. I have had numerous service calls, and spent over $1000. for Spa Inspectors to repair my hot tub... still Cold hot tub.
