The service tech was very professional and curtious. He had my hot up & running in about 90 minutes. He came to my house in less than 48 hours from my call for repairs. The quote over the phone was exactly what I had to pay. No hidden 'extras' not included in the quote. I would highly recomend the service to my friends. Thank ya'll for hooking me up with them!

I was very pleased with the repair and professionalism of the Spa Inspectors representative. The price was reasonable and the repair was completed in the time promised. The last company we dealt with didn't seem to care about customer satisfaction and didn't want to travel into Houston to repair our spa.

We had another bozo company come out awhile back that said it would cost around 1000.00 to fix our hot tub. We called spa inspectors and the tech(Johnny)came out and all it was is a fuze. Thank you for your honesty and promt service and politeful ness.

Very friendly and helpful with his information and knowledge. I cannot truly rate the work as it has not yet been performed. Currently, the repairman has ordered the necessary parts for repair and will be calling me to reschedule the repair when the parts arrive.

Spa Inspectors rescheduled 2 times for whatever reason. When they were suppose to show up on the thrid time the repair person couldn't find my house. When I called I was told I wasn't home and they were there. Discovered repair man went to the wrong house (here's a hint - call on the right phone number). The repair estimate was twice as much as my other estimate. I found the service to be unacceptable and their rates were outrageous. Will not use them and would not recommend them

The tec came after calling me first. He was very personable and professional, I felt safe and secure having him in my home. He got right to work and finished in 3 hours or so . We had to replace the control panel which he ordered it and will be back to put it in. The cost was reasonable, we were very happy with the outcome so far.
