Shower Doors of Houston did an excellent job and were responsive from the first time I called to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. They were always on time and the gentlemen installing the frameless shower doors were very professional.

After removing the master bathtub and having a large tile shower built into the area, we needed a shower door to keep water in the 6' wide by 6 1/2' tall area. There wasn't much price difference between framed units Shower Doors of Houston offered and those available to be installed by the big box stores. After understanding the advantages of Shower Doors of Houston's custom frameless systems we decided its extra cost was worth it. Looks great. The estimator and installers were all quite professional. Very glad about our decision.

I contacted this company when I started renovations on my master bathroom to see when they would need to be involved in installing the frameless shower door. They instructed me to finish all of my work first and once all tiling was done, to call them and they would send someone out to take measurements. Once I completed my part, I called and they had their sales rep come to my home shortly thereafter. She came to the house and performed all of the measurements on the shower and showed me some samples of hardware that she recommended for my frameless shower. She explained the process and my shower was installed within the time period she had told me. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant and all work was done as promised! I love my frameless shower door!!!

A technician came out to my home two weeks before install and gave me a quote. I asked about a towel rack because I had seen online that they offered that service. The technician told me they no longer sold those but if I purchased one they would install it for me. I scheduled the install for the following Saturday. Unfortunately on Saturday morning I got a phone call from the owner that there had been an accident and several of the shower doors had been broken ours included. He was very prompt in his phone call and tried to reschedule as soon as possible. I wasn't available until the following Friday but greatly appreciated his professionalism and immediate phone call regarding the problem. The following Friday the techs arrived on time and completed the instillation in a timely manner. The shower door looks great and they were both very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very good. They came, we discussed the job, they measured, and they gave me an estimate right up front. They gave me information on the product I was looking to buy. Everything turned out very good. I called them several times asking questions and they were very responsive. I had no problem at all. They gave me the information I needed. Everything went really really well. I knew what I was going to pay up front. Everything was according to what I expected. They do really good work. They are very knowledgeable. I would use them again and I would recommend them.

They came out in a timely manner, measured everything, explained the materials I could choose from and gave me a promised price on the work. I paid them half down and the rest when they delivered and installed the door. Once materials arrived, they called to schedule a time for the installation. Showed up and completed the whole job in just a couple of hours.The new door looks great and like it has been part of the house all along! Thanks!

The people on the phone were very nice and helpful in arranging the estimator to come out. Ryan came to measure and was in and out. He also sent me pricing for his recommendation. The installer came on the specified day and my husband was there for that. He said the installer took his time and explained everything to him. On returning from a trip I had a couple of questions. I emailed Ryan and have never received a response. The silicone seemed a little thick on one part of the enclosure and after the installer left a couple of bubbles appeared in the silicone. I need to call but haven't had the time to follow up yet. Hence the B's on the review. The new glass enclosure looks a thousand times better than what was in there and does seem sturdy. UPDATE: I called about the thick silicone and they sent someone to look at it and agreed that it wasn't up to par. they replaced to panels and it looks amazing. Great customer service! Changed the grade to an A.

Professional service and a quality product.

They were well informed and punctual but the doors weren't installed correctly and excessive water leaked out of the bottom causing some damage to my wall. I called them and complained and they fixed the shower door but wouldn't fix the water damage. After several communications with the owner they finally sent over someone to fix the water damage at no cost to me. Now the doors are great and I am satisfyed with the work but would go with another company next time.

They came out to measure and give us a quote. This all went very smoothly and review of the possible options for glass type, hardware styles, etc. We negotiated a price that was acceptable to both parties. It took appoximately 10 days for the door to be ready for installation. The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled, within a 2-hour window. They removed the old shower door, installed the new shower door and cleaned up after themselves in approximately 2 hours. The new door is great, works fine and we are very happy with the whole process and the result.

They did a great job. The salesperson came early in the morning so I didn't have to miss much work. She took many measurements and gave me an accurate quote. The installers were very professional. The price was not cheap but it was still better than the competition. Well worth the money. They specialize in shower enclosures unlike the other glass places.

They were very nice and professional while at my home. I had two estimates that were very close in price and decided to go with the vendor who could do the install the quickest. I was a little disappointed in the length of time they would take for the install so I went with the other company.

Everything went flawless from the date they came out to estimate the job to the day they came out to do the job. The job took about 2 hours and 15 minutes performed by two installers. Very professional and courteous. They cleaned all of the old caulking residue away, very clean job. The lead installer then explained about care of the unit and told me to purchase a squeegee to clean after EACH shower and this was very important. I wouldn't have known to do this and this has kept the glass spotless. If you let the water dry or evaporate on its own you will have spotting issues, etc. He then also placed signage on the enclsure to not use for 24 hours and marked the time. He gave me tips also on how to clean and freshen up the shower basin. They took the old shower enclusure away and then came back because I had forgotten to tell them I had removed the door myself and placed it in the garage (it came off the hinges previously and I didn't bother trying to re-secure it). He came back after they had left and reminded me about the door itself. This was good. I didn't want to have to have an old glass shower door kicking around my garage for the next few years until I could figure out how to rid of it. A++++ all the way. Great pricing, super quality, By they way they gave me options on coloration of the hardware at no extra cost. I choose oil rubbed bronze instead of a standard chrome finish and was not charged extra.

Shower Doors of Houston did an excellent job for us. They were prompt on coming out to measure for my steam shower enclosure. When a question arose on one of the measurements, they scheduled a repeat trip to verify measurements rather than make an error. The install was delayed a week to fit into our schedule. The Installers did not rush and completed the job to my satisfaction. A few days later, some small leaks in the silicone were found. A repeat visit was made and the minor holes were sealed. Excellent work!

It was a wonderful experience! The estimator came to measure and price it on a Wednesday. I called later and said I'd like to go ahead with the work. At that point they scheduled an appointment for installation in 2 weeks. I thought maybe I would get a call to reschedule as others had told me 3 weeks. Two weeks to the day they installed them. Loved the installers! They did an excellent job! HIGHLY recommend these guys!!!!

When I first called to have someone come out to give us an estimate on replacing our shower enclosure, the salesperson (Theresa) came to our home quickly and was right on time. She was high energy, very friendly, seemed very experienced and knowledgeable, and took lots of measurements. She offered us what I determined to be a very good deal, so we accepted the offer on the spot. The installers were scheduled to install the new enclosure on a Monday approximately 1.5 weeks later. They arrived precisely when scheduled, were very professional and courteous, and went right to work. After approximately 2 hours, they told me that they could not complete the shower enclosure installation that day because the door would not fit (it was measured incorrectly). When I called the office, I was told that the earliest a new door could be installed was late Friday afternoon. Again, the installers arrived promptly as scheduled late Friday afternoon and completed the shower enclosure installation fairly quickly. The installers were very professional, appeared to be very experienced, and did an excellent job of installing the new enclosure. Though not exactly as promised (we thought the enclosure was being measured to give us a little more space on one side) and despite the prolonged period we had to wait for the installation to be completed due to the mis-measurement of the door, we are very pleased with the result. We think we received an excellent value for the price and would recommend Shower Doors of Houston to our friends.

We were very pleased with them in all respects and would use them again if the need ever arose. We would recommend them to others. The only slight problem was that, in error, they took our downpayment out twice but rectified it with one phone call; it was an honest mistake.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use the coupon. We needed a repair, and they didn’t do repairs, since they’re strictly a custom shower builder. They were nice enough to refund our Big Deal. The technician that came out was incredibly nice and professional. I’d definitely call them again.

Overall good. Initial quote was a couple hundred higher than another, but they matched the lower quote. They did not push aftermarket glass treatments like some others.

The appointment time to come & measure was kept. The associate of shower doors of houston that came out was very cordial and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product and answered all of our questions. He did an outstanding job of taking the neccessary measurements as the finished product fit like a glove. Start to finish time was very acceptable. Added bonus was the 10% off Angies List member coupon. We are very pleased with our experience with Shower Doors of Houston.

Everything was good; they did a good job and did some extra caulking for us that they did not have to do. They were very friendly, professional, upfront and you felt confident with them. I will us them again in the future.
