Excellent experience, from start to finish. Showroom consultation was very helpful and made the process simple. The guys who came out for both the measurement and installation were on time and professional. Workmanship of the final product is excellent and the crew did a thorough cleanup job afterward. As a bonus, we used an Angie's List coupon for the installation. We would definitely recommend the company to friends.

Shower Doors of Houston's website is very good, the online quote was easy to do, and was spot on when we met with Trey to firm it up. The installation was ~14 days from the date we met with Trey, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and clean. I purchased the deal and the provider called me within about an hour of the purchase. I explained my project of rehanging my current shower door. After hearing my project, they informed me that I would need to purchase a new shower door for this deal. They were professional and courteous. If I would need a new door in the future, they would be someone I would call.

Everything went smoothly. My shower looks great. They were very professional and easy to work with. I also got a great price because they gave me $200 off for the Angie's List deal.

They were terrific. The shower door is seamless and you don't see any of the metal framing. It is gorgeous. All their information was spot-on accurate. The quality was superb and the workman that came to install the door knew exactly what to do. I watched the entire process and they work with a lot of precision and are very professional. We were extremely pleased with the final product.

The overall experience was very good. Telephone conversations, quotes, measurements, installation and attention were all excellent. In addition to installing a shower in our master, they removed the sliding door in a guest bath. There were no marks or damage to the wall or tub after removal. I would recommend them.

The estimate was performed online instantly. No waiting to hear back from someone in the office. Although we did get a follow up e-mail the next morning to confirm we received the quote. Once we compared the quote with a few others we made the decision to go with Shower Doors of Houston. They scheduled someone to come out and take measurements. That person showed up on time, showed us some options, took the measurements and was out of there in about 10 minutes. We scheduled the install about 2 weeks later. When the time came the installers showed up, on time, and installed the door in about an hour. Everything went very smoothly and we are very satisfied.

We met with Chris at their showroom, and he was very helpful in answering our questions about shower glass and hardware options. The next day their guy arrived on time to make measurements and to take our order. He gave us a $300 Angie's discount on the installation and glass. It took two weeks to fabricate the glass, and two installers arrived at their promised time. The installation appears to have been done perfectly, the glass looks fantastic, and the door swings smoothly. Their office people mailed us a copy of the receipt with a rebate form for the Showerguard glass.

Everything went great. They were very easy to work with, prompt, and professional. They came back right away to install a threshold that we needed to prevent leaking, for no extra charge. The leaking wasn't their fault; it was because the shower tile lip is slanted slightly outward at the bottom, where the bottom of the door meets it.

I engaged Shower Doors of Houston through a general contractor for my bathroom remodel. They never treated me any differently than if I was a direct customer. The measurement team set a schedule , showed up on time and listened to what I needed before measuring and quoting. Installation was just as professional. The installers showed up on time and did beautifully detailed work to get everything just so. Wish all trades people were this good!

I bought the Bid Deal and a sales rep from Shower Doors of Houston came out. She did a good job of helping me figure out what we could use to replace our old shower door. They came on the scheduled date and time and put the door in. There were 2 workers, the lead one spent most of his time on the phone with personal calls. The shower leaked the first time we went to use it. They sent someone back out and they were able to fix the problem with some additional caulking.

Guys who installed were lovely, very professional, did a great job and left without any mess, taking the old screen with them. Would definitely recommend this company.

Within a day of purchasing the deal from Angie's list, I had a phone call and an appointment with the installation company. Three weeks later I had a shower door install exactly to the specs quoted. The installers were fast, clean, and quiet, and my shower door is just what I wanted.

The company came out, to give me an estimate and showed me the door that would work. A bit pricey but was worth it.On the day of installation they were late because of the supplier, but they called me to let me know. Once they were here, the door was installed and it was an extremely clean situation in the bathroom. They posted a note letting us know not to use the shower for 24 hours until the silicone dried. Everything was very up and up and professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everything went great. The online quote they gave was spot on. The sales guy, Trey, came out to finalize the deal and did not try to sell me anything else (but the Shower Guard coating which actually came out to be free with a rebate). Work was scheduled, and performed, quickly - less than a week from Trey's visit. The installation was performed without incident and our shower door looks and performs great. There was a perceived issue that turned out to be a non-issue, but Trey came out and made sure everything was ok.

I bought an Angie's List "Big Deal" offer a couple months ago after seeing this company's ads in Angie's monthly bulletin and other ad sources. They contacted me by e-mail and phone immediately to attempt to schedule service, but I wasn't quite ready. I finally called back this month, and they scheduled a consultation visit within a few days. Raul was very prompt, professional, and efficient in evaluating our needs. We placed an order (custom shower glass enclosure) and placed a 50% deposit. Their office promptly scheduled an installation appointment for January 2, less than three weeks after the consultation. I, obviously, cannot evaluate the actual product or installation, but our dealings so far have been excellent. Price indicated reflects the coupon discount of $300 off labor.

This job was done in two parts as the glass was not measured correctly and thus a glass wall had to be reordered. The job did take longer than usual and so gave a B on quality of measurement, but the quality of installation was very good and at done to our satisfaction. Love they way they look.

We checked with them a couple of months before we approved the work. After having the shower tile replaced, we scheduled them to come out for the measurements. The representative was punctual and professional. The installation was scheduled and was done very easily and professionally. The only minor issue was we asked that the brackets be placed at the very top at the corners of the glass but were not installed that way. All in all it was minor and we decided not to press the issue because it looked great. One other little issue after the installation was the gasket at the bottom of door tore but they promptly came out and replaced it with no hassle. I definitely would use them again

The only problem I had is that the first door to be installed was broken on their way to installing. I had to want a few more weeks for a replacement and installation but they gave me an additional $75 off but only after I asked they how I would be compensated. I had driven in from San Antonio especially for the installation so I felt they should at least compensate me for the gas I used driving back and forth. They were very nice and professional and did a good job. The glass shower door is very nice.

We had Sharon & Daryl England who were at the top of Desola Glass recommended contractors for our Master bath remodel. The Englands were wonderful because they are innovative & truly listen to the customer. My husband & I did all the demolition ourselves since we were on a tight budget. We had Houston Shower & Glass do the enclosure of the shower & the mirrors. They are top of the line as far as customer service. Their estimator listened to my ideas in our to configure the 2 mirrors we had made for over the vanities. The shower enclosure came out gorgeous ! Work was done in a timely fashion & each person we came into contact with was great !
