Shower Doors of Houston

I'm not originally from The Woodlands. I was remodeling my bathroom and needed a custom shower door. I found these guys through a google search. EXCELLENT WORK. Great value. Prompt. Great quality. I would hire them again for sure!

Arrived at expected time, doubled checked all measurements and proceeded to install new frameless shower enclosure. Installation went without a problem. Did a nice job cleaning up. Would hire Shower Doors of Houston again.

I received four different estimates for replacing the shower door in our hall bathroom. All quotes were fairly close over the phone, but I liked the way Shower Doors of Houston responded to my questions, and they were a little lower. The salesman called within the hour, and was able to come out that very afternoon. The cost turned out to be less than expected when the measurements were taken. The installers were on time and called when they were on the way. They were well dressed and polite. The work was completed within an hour and my bathroom was left clean. I was very pleased with the quality of the hardware on the doors, and with the finished look of the install. I will definitely only use Shower Doors of Houston for all of my future shower renovations!

Estimator came to the house. After measuring the door opening, he discussed the door installation, price, and scheduled the project for nine days after the his visit . The project started on time and was completed very quickly.

Sales person was nice and price was competitive, but installation was done by sloppy amateurs. I am beyond dissatisfied and am warning you. After spending a lot of money on a bathroom remodel, DO NOT call Shoer Doors of Houston to come out and mess things up in the last step. I have many issues with the installation: -Installers made a hole in brand new tile floor and didn’t even say anything. It is obviously a dropped drill that made the hole -Glass was not cut to correct dimensions over pony wall and large gap was just filled in with silicone -Screws into bracket are not screwed in straight and do not sit flush against brackets -Silicone was spilled along grout lines all over the pony wall, very sloppy work -Installers did not clean up afterwards -Scratches on glass that do not come off -No paperwork or receipt were given making it impossible to get the rebate on the glass that they told me about when they sold their service

I had a door installed in April of 2014 according to my paperwork for a cost of $1650. The installation was horrendous.. their rep measured the glass wrong TWICE, and we were without a shower for a couple of weeks. I was glad to see them go, even though the door didn't close with the plastic strip on the bottom, and had to be removed. Jumping ahead to 2018, my shower door was scraping and hard to close.. the cultured marble to which it was attached was pulling away from the wall. I called the company and got the runaround. I was told they took no responsibility if they didn't happen to screw the heavy glass door into a stud. Apparently, this is a common problem from unscrupulous companies, as I was told by another company which came out to see if they could help. The only solution is an expensive repair which requires cutting the Sheetrock and installing a stud to attach the door hinge. If you have had a door installed by this company, you should check to see if it was attached to a stud! Otherwise, you will be faced with this problem, and no responsibility taken by this disreputable company. I have no idea how they maintain an A rating.

Mario and his team were great. Everything he bid was completed in time within budget with no complications. Workers were clean and timely. Not much more you can ask of a contractor these days. Would recommend Mario for any of your shower glass needs. We had three showers done and all look amazing.

We discussed a 36" door and a smaller door with salesman, but he wrote the contract as 2 equal width doors (apparently cheaper for the company). Since we only discussed that 36" door, we did not read the contract too carefully. The installation men, (they are credited with the good ratings, not the salesman or office personnel and management) cam with 3 equal sized doors, It took a lot of time, and an extra $800 to get the 36" door.

We had some significant scheduling and punctuality issues at the outset, but the product itself is good.

Excellent, installers noticed a chip on 3 glass panel that I would never have seen. Returned 2 weeks later with new piece and completed.

Smooth estimate and installation process. The door was pricey, but looks great.

Excellent. Salesperson was very responsive and installation materials and quality was great. Would definitely recommend for shower door work. I got quotes from other providers and Shower doors of Houston came in better than the others, which don't specialize in only shower doors.

Bought this company's voucher on Angie list and it turned out to be just a sales pitch - it makes no difference from negotiating price with them directly, or maybe even not as good as. That is not the issue. On installation date the technicians were 45 minutes late, Ok still no big deal. Then they spilled silicon glue on my bath room counter top and areas of the glass door. I had to spend quite some time afterwards trying to wipe those off and some spots still stay. Another thing - they did a detailed measurement so that the new structure shall totally match with the old one but somehow the side connected to the wall is about one inch off and the drill holes from old frame are now exposed. The people I interfaced with for the project all talk politely and professionally but the delivered work is below my expectation.

Great, the work was complete in a couple of hours, the doors look great!
