Great service, showed up on time was very professional and very informative no pressure Would use them again.

We originally used them back in 2013 to remove the old metal shower enclosure and install new seamless glass for our shower area. Worked with Julie and they did any excellent job with price, responsiveness, quality, etc. So, this year we had our shower ripped out and completely remodeled due to a leak. Needless to say, the shower footprint changed and two pieces of the enclosure had to be re-cut. We were able to reuse our original door, all of the hardware and two towel bars, which made the price that Julie quoted for the redo a great deal. Problems started when trying to get original quote and install date from Julie. Finally, after two calls, with no call backs from Julie, we finally got a quote and three more calls (no call backs) to get an acceptable install date. Friday) 1/30 Rep took measurements Tuesday) 2/10 the installers showed up to do the install. They quickly discovered that one of the panels was not drilled for a towel bar as shown on original drawing and would have to be redone. Friday) 2/13 the installers return and discover one of the panels not cut correctly and had to be redone. Saturday) 2/14 installers return and have to leave once again for parts. Saturday) 2/14 installers complete install and discover one of the towel bars is wrong color. Had to be ordered, not in stock Friday) 2/20 installer came and installed correct towel bar. So, it took a total of six trips to our house to finally complete the project, which I might add, turned out great, although, very frustrating!! Not sure what was going on within the organization during this period!

A representative came out and took measurements and explained the different options available. Two weeks later, the shower door was installed in my bathroom. The installers were very prompt, professional and courteous. I signed a document showing the work had been done, however I was not left a copy nor was i given documentation to show the price, the angle's list discount applied, and the final amount that I paid.

The salesman was a pro, did an excellent job measuring, very punctual explaining everything very well. The installer on the other hand left a mess for me to clean up all around the shower from drilling into the tile and since he did not cover his boots, left footprints all through the hardwood floors. The glass was installed very professionally, everything was square and the product seems very well made. The installer also did not fill in the holes which were left in the tiles after the old door frame was removedwe finally had the tile guys fix it. Maybe the installer just had a bad day?

The technician was wonderful, but the extra costs were a bit more than I was comfortable with.

The door is less stable than I've seen before. They've come back out and assured it's fine and that there is nothing they can really do about it.

We called them. They came and measured. They gave us a price and deducted the amount of the "deal"we had purchased. They did a super job. They were very professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Nothing else do say. We would deal with them again in a heartbeat and refer them to all our friends.

Both the estimator and the installers showed up and were on time. The final results was beautiful and very professionally done. It was a very painless process. I didn't really shop around because this company seemed to specialize in this. I spent more money on the shower surround than I did tearing out and replacing all the travertine tile in my master bathroom and I got the mid-grade surround. Getting a new glass surround ain't cheap but it really made the difference in the room. I would recommend using a sqeegee after every shower use to keep the glass water spot free.

Shower Doors of Houston scheduled the initial meeting with a salesman to measure and consult over products very promptly and then they scheduled the installation very promptly as well (within a week of the initial meeting). The installers arrived early on the scheduled installation day, and that's when the trouble began. The installers indicated that the door would not fit and that the salesman had not measured properly. They left a partially installed wall and said the home office would be in contact shortly (this was a Friday). In the meantime, we noticed that the wall they did install had a large chip in it. By Tuesday, I still had not heard from the salesman or the home office, so I called. The home office promptly rescheduled the salesman to come back out on Thursday. The salesman came out, re-measured, and basically claimed that he had it right the first time, said they would replace the wall with the chip, and said the home office would call to schedule a re-install. To their credit, the home office rescheduled the install on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to miss work again, but when they came out (again, ahead of schedule), same story. Installer said the door won't fit, the salesman is not measuring correctly, and the home office will "call me". They also had not brought a replacement piece of glass for the wall that was chipped and they pointed out the wall had a deep scratch too, so again, another miscommunication between sales, the home office, and the install team. After they left, I texted the salesman, whom I never heard from again. I also called the home office and got a call back later in the day from one of the managers who said they had figured out the problem, would fix everything and work around my schedule, but they couldn't fit me in until Monday as the fabrication shop was closed on the weekend, which was fine. I let the home office know on Monday morning that I would be home all day Monday and they said they thought they could get someone out there late afternoon between 4 and 6, but she would call later to confirm. As of 5:30 I hadn't heard back from her, so I called the home office again and left a message. I never got a call back, but the install team called around 6:15 to let me know they were on their way. Once they arrived, they installed quickly and all looks great. I was a bit surprised after all this to be charged the full price for the doors, but SDH charged our credit card the next day and emailed the invoice without any verbal follow-up. Under the circumstances, I would have thought that a call from the home office and/or the salesman would be in order to just confirm that all was well, apologize for the inconvenience, and offer a reduction, but perhaps my expectations are too high. Long story short, I got a nice shower door with shower guard protective coating and it looks great. It took nearly three weeks, three installation visits and two sales visits to my home and a lot of follow-up on my part to get it all sorted, but the end result was good.

It was very good. The big deal price was $99. They were good. I would recommend them. I don’t have anything particularly great to say about them. It was a good service. With regard to punctuality, I don’t remember having any issues there.

The company was nice enough, but the work I needed done was not covered by the Big Deal.

The original install went well but it didn't last long because of the way my tile back splash was installed (wasn't flush) . The original installer didn't not notice this and now I've had to have the door fixed 3 times in 2 months and now it's finally working properly. I can't write too bad a review about these guys because the door is beautiful and they've come out immediately in ever case to try to fix the problem. Since part of the problem was my uneven mosaic tile job I would still recommend these guys since they were product is good, they're professional and the price was fair.

Horrible experience! Pros: Quick estimate, fair price for frameless glass shower door installed, professional measurement done Cons: Unreliable, unprofessional, bad customer service I bought a condo as an investment, had it stripped and hired contractors to renovate. When the tiles were up in the shower, I called this company to get a door installed. I set the installation date for after everything else was finished. The technician who came out to measure was very nice and professional. He gave me an estimate and I gave him my credit card, which was charged for 50% of the entire balance. All of the renovations were ahead of schedule, and we were planning on moving out of state. So I called to ask them if they could move the date of my install back. I know the door has to be specially made according to the measurements, so I fully expected them to say, "Sorry, but we can't do that." However, when I called and politely asked, the person on the other end of the phone was rude and lectured me. I brushed it off. Maybe this person was having a bad day. We moved out of state, and I bought my wife a plane ticket to fly over 1,000 miles back to Houston to be there for the install. I called this company again, just to make sure we were set for the install. We also lined up a realtor to come and take photos and list the condo for us so we could get it rented as soon as possible. My wife took off of work and flew back to Houston for the install date. I was planning to be there, but something came up, so she had to take my place. The state we moved to is in a different time zone, 2 hours earlier than Houston. The day of the install was a nightmare. My wife pulled up a chair in the empty condo just a few feet from the front door and waited during the 2 hour window they gave us. We were scheduled early, 9am to noon. By 11am Texas time, it was 9am where I am. I woke up and heard this voice mail, "This is Shower Doors of Houston. I'm calling to let you know we're outside. If you can't return my phone call in the next 10 minutes, we'll have to reschedule." I immediately called my wife. She told me they had not come, so I called Shower Doors of Houston's office and told them that my wife had flown there for this installation and according to her nobody ever came to the door. This is where it gets interesting. The office guy told me that they don't knock on doors. They drive up to the house and call the number they have on file. If the person doesn't answer, they drive off. They do not get out of their vehicle and knock on the door. When I asked why they don't knock on the home owner's door, the office guy told me it was unprofessional to knock on a client's door. To us, this was a huge crisis. We had so much scheduled for that day in order to get our new investment rented out. I got the impression that it was just a game to this office employee. He treated me like I Shower Doors of Houston is doing me a huge favor by installing the shower door. He was rude, condescending, and seemed to have nothing better to do than argue with me. I had to stop the conversation and just say, "What can we do to fix this?" They moved our installation to the end of the day and eventually it was done. This is only the beginning of our home purchases in the Houston area, and I'll never call this company again.

They were on time for the first visit. They quickly measured. Explained what they could do and gave us an estimate. The work was immediately ordered and they provided us with an installation date while they were still on the premises. The Installers did a great job. There was a mix up in the time slot scheduled but they contacted us and it was resolved. All work was completed in about an hour. They cleaned up and left us information and instructions.

The job was done for the price quoted and in the time frame given. Everyone (from salesperson to installers) were polite and professional. I am pleased with the job and would use them again in the future.

Brandon came out and measured along with giving us a complete overview of the work to be done he also explained all options and answered our questions.., very professional! Reggie and Eric arrived on time and did an outstanding job on the install.., again, very professional. We are mire than pleased with the results.

Used Angie's deal. initial contact through A's was quick enough. Then made phone contact to set up visit for estimate. Arrived close to when they said they would for estimate which went well. He just needed to take measurements because I knew what I wanted. They were able to schedule install when I wanted. Installation went well, just showed the guys to the shower and they did the job before lunch time. Cleaned up well after the job. Good experience.

We scheduled the appointment three times within a month and half and they never showed. When I called them to see why they did not show, they apologized and said they would come by when a representative was in the area. After the third time, we gave up on the deal and did not reschedule. I would still like to have this service completed.

It was great. They got the job done in less than one day. The workers were all great. They were polite and professional.

The service was performed at time scheduled and didn't take very long. Did not leave a mess and were very professional, but friendly!

Very well. We purchased a discount in 2014 but didn't have the work performed due to an underlying issue the contractor pointed out on his site visit (shower curb was not sloped). This was helpful and will ensure we don't have unexpected water damage in the future. Once we scheduled the work, they did a site visit within a few days to measure and arrived ~1 week later to do the work. Work was completed in a few hours. Clean-up was fine. No mess. They disposed of the old shower enclosure for us. I'm always a little skeptical of deals like this ($99 for $400 worth of shower glass enclosure). You have to have some idea of what this costs to know if you're getting a good deal. We had done some research and had quotes well above this cost. They did try to upcharge a little with some additions like streak-free glass, but those are easy to say yes or no too depending on your preference. Good experience all in all.

Everything about it worked out fine. The people came out, they gave us a price, they showed up the day they were supposed to. They installed it. It worked out fantastic. We purchased it (the Big Deal) in August, and they came about the middle of September to do the work. Everything worked out just find and dandy. They did a great job. Their promptness, quality and friendliness stood out.
