I am satisfied with everything that Crown did for me. He fixed and tuned up everything. While he was tuning up the door the spring popped off and that needed replaced so I had to buy a new one but it would have broken anyway because it was 25 years old. The guy knew what he was doing.

Great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends--in fact I already have.

I was not happy with them, because they charged by the hour and I felt that it should have been less expensive. I did not however, have a problem with work they did.

Prompt to my phone call. Technician showed up on time within 3 hours of my initial call. Pointed out problems, explained possible courses of action with attendant costs, warranties and consequences of each action. Work was completed in about 2 hours. Thoroughly explained operation. Cleaned up all material and waste. Very good job.

We called; the repairman Matt arrived the next morning five minutes early. An excellent transaction all the way around. Happily provided us with senior citizen discount.

They tuned up and lubricated the door. He also noticed a light bulb that had burned out and replaced it for me, which was great because it would have been a big pain for me to do. They did really good work. They were on time and pleasant. I was very pleased.

I called Crown to set up an appointment for service. Miguel and his coworker arrived within one hour of the call. They determined within 10 minutes what the problem was, gave me the cost, and fixed the door. In addition to fixing the problem, Miguel also lubricated the other door (which was not broken), and offered to program the remote button in my vehicle to operate the door, without my asking. The men were very professional and very efficient. Nice job.

My overall experience was excellent. Miguel "the service person" was polite, professional and prompt. He also made sure I understood how to lock the door and manually turn off the light. I told him earlier "I just don't touch the panel, because I don't understand it". He stayed to make sure I understood the features of it.

Came when they said they would (within 30 minutes!), explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate, and completed the work in a very timely manner for the price estimated.

Very prompt. They offered to come as soon as I called. They came out in the rain and were excellent to work with.

Although they were a little pricey, they came did the job within a couple of hours of calling. They did excellent work and I would call them again.

It was impressive that a real person answered the phone right away and I didn t have to leave a message. They were professional and quoted a price on the phone. Others were $200-300 more. My garage door opener was very old and the plug for it was not in the ceiling. So, I was a little surprised when I was told that I needed an extension cord to use the opener. Other than having to deal with that myself, everything went smoothly.

Crown telephone person said technician would arrive within an hour, and he did. Quickly diagnosed the problem and completed all work in about 2-1/2 hours. Technician (Teo) was polite and appeared knowledgeable. He also cleaned up the work area and took the old garage door opener with him. The price for the door opener ($460) and the new rollers ($99) seemed a little high, but I didn't want to wait for a competitive bid.

Outstanding. They were here in less than 1 hour from my call and finished the whole job in one hour (both springs and the new bearings). Clean, courteous, and professional. I am pleased with all of their recommendations.

I was very pleased with the service. The came within an hour after I called and finished the job in less than an hour. When giving me the quote to fix the spring, the repair man recommended I replace the 10 wheels on the door for $10 each. I agreed but felt uncomfortable agreeing to something more than what I originally called for, like paying for more when getting a discount car oil change. Also what I thought was tax, I saw later on the bill was a 3 year part and 1 month labor warranty for $19.38. That seems high and I think now, ought to have been included in the original price. The total price seems high, ($135 for the spring repair, $100 for the wheels) especially now that I look at a lot of the other comments for the same repair. I should have read many more comments for spring repairs (can others really replace the spring for $54?). However I was very happy to have the door fixed in less than two hours from my first call. I would hire them again but check the prices first.

Crown Door Service Company is a very professional company in my opinion. I feel that they are extremely helpful as they answered any questions that I asked of them, no matter how dumb the question was they didn't catch an attitude about it. They are very reasonable about their prices and they always call and check to see if everything is in good working condition.

All Star Overhead Door did an excellent job with the garage door and putting in the opener. The workers were very professional and even gave me a senior citizen discount. All the material was brand new so it runs really good. I am completely satisfied with the workmanship and the company as a whole.

My experience with Crown door was excellent from beginning to end. The salesperson I spoke to initially quoted me the right price for the right door for my house. The serviceman arrived on time (a little early, even) and did a great job even though the door he had to take down was much heavier than usual and my garage was full of junk that had to be moved around for him to work. When I had a question about how something worked the next day, the serviceman stopped by free of charge and answered my question. I had a great experience with this company.

Crown Door Specialist was very quick and efficient in fixing my garage door. There was a spring in the garage door that must have broke. Crown replaced the spring for me and helped me with a few other minor things with the door. The service man was very professional and helpful in getting my door working properly again. I will call them again if I am in need of any assistance with any of the doors in my home or garage.

SHOWED UP ON TIME. COURTEOUS. A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO UNDERSTAND AT TIMES. COMPLETED JOB QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY (WITHIN AN HOUR). GARAGE DOOR RETURNED TO GOOD WORKING CONDITION.

THE PEOPLE IN THE SHOW ROOM WERE VERY NICE. THE TELEPHONE PEOPLE WERE POLITE, AND THE MANAGER WAS CONCERNED. THE INSTALLER WAS OK.

PEOPLE ON TIME AND WHEN A CRACK WAS FOUND IN ONE OF THE DOORS, THEY REPLACED THE PANEL THE NEXT DAY.

WHEN I FIRST CALLED THEM, THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE WITHIN THE HOUR. HE GOT HERE ABOUT 1 HR. 15 MINS. LATER. IT TOOK HIM APPROX. 30 MINS. TO FIX THE DOOR. HE WAS VERY CONGENIAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I DON'T KNOW IF THE PRICE IS STANDARD FOR THIS TYPE OF WORK.

AS REPORTED BY OTHERS THE SERVICEMAN WAS LATE, BUT HE DID CALL TO SAY HE WOULD BE, AND AS REPORTED BY OTHERS IT SEEMED LIKE A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE TIME SPENT. I FIGURED I WAS PAYING FOR HIS EXPERTISE AND NOT JUST THE PARTS. PER HIM I COULD BUY THE SPRINGS AT HOME DEPOT, BUT THEY MAY NOT HAVE BEEN THE RIGHT SPRINGS. IF YOU ARE LUCKY JOE WILL BE YOUR SERVICEMAN. OVERALL IT WAS A GOOD JOB.
