Description of Work: I bought, excited to get the door fixed. Sara's never showed or called. When I tried to contact them, explained that they did not show up for my apt, they sluffed it off by saying they never got the request. Furthermore, they refused to make a refund because they said they never got my money. Now, what do I do? Hello [Member's Name Removed], You purchase $85 special tune up from Angie's List we never got the work order approval from Angie's List how we show up your house without work order or approval we have no idea what you purchase and you were forcing us to come and do it ? there is more then 1 companies work for Angie's list we have no idea who they dispatch and you have no proof or email showing that we Saras Garage door has the order sorry miss communication some where not our fault we provide same day service or as requested by customer Thanks

Description of Work: Purchased Angie's Deal and everything went well. The springs needed to be replaced and that is what raised the price. The technician had everything in his truck and took care of it all in a reasonable amount of time. No surprises and quality work. He seemed very knowledgeable and did as he stated. My only concern was that he did not know what was included in the deal and so I had to print the promotion to show him.

Description of Work: Spring on my garage door broke on the holiday weekend. Crown was the only entity that was on call and willing to send someone out on the holiday. They were a lifesaver but price was high. Went ahead and had second spring repaired at the same time as it was old and in poor condition too. Service man was prompt, came prepared and performed job well. Wish I had time to get several estimates and get lower price but that was not possible.

THE GUY WHO CAME OUT WAS ABOUT AN HOUR LATE FOR THE APPOINTMENT, BUT DID CALL TO LET ME KNOW THAT HIS PREVIOUS JOB TOOK LONGER THAN EXPECTED. I FELT THAT HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EXPLAINED THINGS TO ME. HE ALSO DIDN'T SEEM TO RUSH. I FELT COMFORTABLE THAT HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND TOOK HIS TIME TO DO IT RIGHT. WHILE I FEEL THAT THE PRICES WERE A LITTLE HIGH, I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, SINCE THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD.

I CALLED AROUND AND THEY WERE THE CHEAPEST. OTHERS WERE UP TO TWICE AS EXPENSIVE. I HAVE USED THEM TWICE (THE DOOR HAS TWO SPRINGS, THE SECOND ONE BROKE A YEAR AFTER THE FIRST), THEY WERE ABLE TO COME THE SAME DAY I CALLED ON BOTH OCCASIONS. ON MOST RECENT TRIP, THEY LUBED THE OPENER AND SHAFT FREE OF CHARGE (WITHOUT EVEN ASKING).
