Tony & his crew showed up promptly and got right to work. They removed the maple and ground down the stump. The trimmed the other trees and cleaned up afterward. It took them about 3 hours to do the job. They left my yard cleaner when they were finished than it was when they arrived. My trees now look great and safer with the start of hurricane season upon us. I will call them again next time the trees need work.

I have three palm tress that required trimming. Therefore, I solicited estimates from three highly rated providers found on Angie's List. RF Tree Service by far provided the best estimate. They were on time, professional and did an excellent job! I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

The guys showed up a bit late from when the scheduler said they would, but that was okay because they were very quick getting the tree's down. They felled two tree's safely, and cut the other two down a piece at a time. They took precautions to protect my house, fence, patio furniture, and daughter's swing set. All in all they cut all four down and completed the stump grinding in less than four hours. I was very impressed and would use again.

this is the second time I've used the company. I was extremely impressed the first time, not so much this time. The initial visit to provide an estimate went well and it was agreed that a crew would come on Monday morning. I was expecting to receive a formal quotation and timing to expect the crew. That didn't happen, so it was a bit of a surprise when the crew showed up at 8am Monday morning. I reviewed the scope of work with the crew chief. My primary complaint is that they seemed reluctant to do what was agreed. The crew chief asked multiple times for me to come out and check specific areas after they had trimmed. Every time I had to instruct them to do what was agreed, i.e., more trimming required. This was not a cheap job and I felt that the service was not deserving of the price. The performance is what I would have expected of an average company, not a superior company. I was disappointed as my previous experience had been so good.

Service was great. They were incredibly responsive, professional and polite. Our flag pole and holder were broke by a falling limb, and they went and purchased one, better than the original to replace and installed for us before leaving. I would definitely recommend to a friend

RF Tree Services very rapidly arranged for an inspection of the trees requiring trimming and submitted a proposal immediately. This was the second estimate I had received from a tree service and found it to be quite lower in cost. They arrived promptly and were very accommodating to trimming the trees to my specifications. They also cleaned up everything very well.I would definitely use this company again as well as recommend them to anyone.

Did an excellent job at a good price

RF Tree Service provide a very good quote for the service. I used them mainly because of the good price and good Angies review. They showed up as scheduled. Did a excellent job on tree removal (very efficient) and a good job on trimming (they trim trees, not bushes). Because of the rain the grinding machinery sunk soft ground so they have to make an additional trip several days later to finish the stump grinding for the original quote. They also fixed the sprinkler damaged during stump removal.

It has taken me a while to write this review. I hired RF Tree service to remove a tree but this service actually dropped the tree on our roof and caused extensive damage. Apparently the A team was injured but Lorenzo decided to still accept the job. It was beyond horrible to the point that we had to ask Lorenzo and his crew to leave our property. I felt sorry for the crew to be honest. They were put on a job that they did not have the skills for and could have been seriously injured. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Quick response, quick estimate with clear English speaker, office kept in contact via text. Worked quickly. Very muddy from rain but took care to minimize lawn damage. Minimized flower bed damage. Great cleanup!

Show up for both the estimate and removal (when scheduled) on time - when I called back to schedule after the estimate - quick and easy to work with... Still waiting for the lady to call and get my email to send me my receipt... but it was only yesterday...

We were very pleased with the scheduling of the estimate and with the timing of the work. The team doing the work were on time & worked very efficiently. They were also very friendly and offered suggestions on how to do the work. We would certainly use this company again.

Everything went well. the lawn was left clean. Because the trees had already started growing into house, there was a little piece of stump left, but no damage to house. very happy with the service.

The job went well. The crew showed up on time and completed all the work requested in a timely fashion. They did a good professional job and cleaned up the mess a lot better than I would have expected. I was somewhat surprised that they didn't wear protective gear, such as helmets or eye goggles. Fortunately, there were no mishaps! The only negative comments have to do with my neighbors property. They had his driveway and mailbox blocked for several hours when they first arrived. I live on a cul de sac, so parking is sparse. When they broke for lunch, I asked that they please not block the neighbors driveway. Also, when they broke for lunch, they parked a piece of equipment, I believe it was the stump grinder, on a section of lawn that is actually my neighbor's property. Needless to say, he was quite perturbed about it and was planning to call and complain...I'm not sure if he actually did this or not. It didn't appear the equipment damaged his lawn too much, but if you looked close, you could tell something was parked there. Overall, I would highly recommend R F Tree Service. I think they did a great job and the price was fair.
