Tony and his workers are outstanding. I received a prompt, fair estimate. The crew showed up on time (actually they were early, which I sincerely appreciated). They used the proper safety equipment and trimmed my trees expertly. This is the way a business should be run. I highly recommend them.

RF Tree Service is the BEST tree service I have used in my 40 years of home ownership. Tony (the owner) answered the phone himself when I called and happened to be fairly close by and came directly over to give me an estimate to clear out all of the dead wood in two very tall ash trees and trim back branches on a huge sycamore. They scheduled the work 2 days later. They showed up right on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. It was so obvious they knew what they were doing. Tony fixed my rusty gate lock with WD40 he had on his truck, and the crew left my yard neater than it was when they arrived. I have never had such A-1 service from tree trimmers. I will definitely call RF Tree Service in a couple of years when I need dead wood and limbs trimmed again.

The RF Team was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and quoted a very fair price for a difficult job. We had a large old tree in our backyard that extended out over our garage that needed to be removed because of disease and accelerated rotting. The tree was difficult to access due its location and the configuration of our lot, but the RF team was able to remove the tree without issue. They were quick, tidy, easy to work with, and did a great job. Highly recommend!

We had a large tree to be removed from our front yard. Tony responded promptly & came for estimate 45 mins later. We gathered 3 estimates and RF was the best. The price was very fair for the extent of the job ( large tree & stump removal). Date was scheduled. The crew arrived on schedule. Did a terrific job removing & cleaning up. We would highly recommend!

Mary responded immediately to my calls and a crew was scheduled to come out the next day. The RF Tree Service crew quickly and safely trimmed and removed the appropriately trimmed the remainder of the tree canopy, assuring that the branches would no longer scrape our roof or chimney. The job was handled safely and efficiently and our yard was cleaned up afterwards.

The owner, Tony, sent out a five man team headed up by his brother-in-law. They really impressed me with how fast and how hard they all work. Due to rain they had to return a second time to grind the stump. All went very well and I would highly recommend them.

Everything went very well. They cut down 2 trees that were about 40' tall between my neighbor's house and mine. It was a tricky spot that left little room for error, but they did a great job with no damage done. They were very reasonably priced and were very professional. I would definitely hire again.

This all went very well. Great communications. Business owner came out on Saturday before Thanksgiving to give us a quote and work was done quickly and efficiently by four-man crew on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Large tree had started to split into three at the point where it branched out from the main trunk. Parts of the tree overhung our house and power line to house, so it obviously posed a danger to us. Once tree was down we could see that rain water had entered the deep splits and soaked the interior of the trunk. In time it would no doubt have started to rot and come crashing down. Price seemed fair for team of four experienced guys. This kind of thing is not a do-it-yourself job!

The service received was exceptional. I called to get a quote and they literally were there within 15 minutes of me calling! Granted they happened to be in the area, but still amazing to come straight over. They provided a quote and explained exactly what they would do. More importantly, they came the next day to do the job exactly when they said they would, maybe even a bit early, and removed the tree. They did a great job cleaning up as well. We were very pleased with the job they did and especially the promptness with the quote and actual service. They also brought a large crew in order to quickly do the job and leave the property looking as good as possible.

The owner was prompt in responding to my inquiry and scheduling both the estimate and actual work. Job well done.

Tony and his crew were absolutely the best company to work with. They are knowledgeable about trees and easy to work with. Tony gave me great advice about how to possibly save our very large elm tree to avoid the cost of removing it, but it was growing into our fence so sadly it needed to come down. They did a fantastic job trimming all of our trees, which had never been professionally trimmed before, and expertly removed the elm tree and ground down the stump. They arrived promptly each morning and cleaned up all the debris and branches from the yard each evening before leaving. Tony is so easy and responsive to work with, and he really listens to what you need and then makes thoughtful and honest suggestions. I initially met with him and he gave me an estimate for the total job; 3 days later his crew was here ready to start. He is quick to respond to phone calls and oversees the work on site to make sure everything is going well. We did have one problem removing the elm tree and actually needed to take out a section of fence to expose the tree roots, which Tony did for us and still kept the job within a very reasonable budget. Great company all around, organized and professional, quick response to customer's needs, and they really do care about the quality of service they provide. Nice people to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

This is the 3rd or 4th time I've called them... - came out - gave me an estimate - and crew came out and tree now looks decent... Whenever I need tree work - RF is the company I want! :-)

The owner showed up and we agreed on a reasonable price and a date for him to do the work. He did NOT do the work at all - never showed up to do work and no call. Then I tried contacting him and left about eight messages afterward and NO call back. I sent an email and no response! I am VERY disappointed and annoyed and would not recommend this company to anyone.

We had three companies come out and give estimates. While not the cheapest of the three, they were hundreds of dollars less than the most expensive bid. They were able to put us on the schedule for the very next day. The crew was professional and courteous and showed concern for my elderly father who wanted to watch a little too closely. Cleanup was great and we would definitely hire them again.

The employees were careful while working. One of the trees was extremely large and it was a lot of work to take it down without damaging anything near it. They also grinded the stumps of each of the trees. We are very happy with their work.

Other than the ground stump shavings where each tree used to be, there is no evidence anyone was at my house. The trees were removed as scheduled, with no damage to our yard or fence and no disruption to our daily routine.

They cut down a tree for me and ground down the stump. However, in the summer, the tree put out branches again. I contacted RF about it since the tree was far from dead. They never responded and never tried to cure the issue. So, I am having to hire another company to solve it. I would not hire RF Tree Service Corp again.
