Preventive Pest Control

They sprayed in all areas requested. Wore shoe covers inside the house. But the chemical was not effective. It lasted only for a week. Then we started seeing tree roaches again entering home from outside.

Technician was on time and professional. He displayed care and caution while working in my home. The treatment was effective.

We purchased a home earlier this year and when we began to see some bugs around the house, we called them to do a routine spray of the interior and exterior. We began seeing some small flying bugs around the house on a regular basis and then saw a number of roaches. Even after they sprayed, we continued to see roaches. Most of them were dead, but a number of them were still alive. We requested that they come back to our house to spray again. I was happy that they were willing to come back out for free. With a second spray, we've been signficantly less bugs. I would recommend them for their professionalism and willingness to get the job done, but I was disappointed it took two trips.

It went fine. They came on time and provided the service. I would use them again.

Everything went well. The company did everything they agreed to do and so far we have noticed a difference. My only issue was the person performing the actual work asked us what work was to be performed. It seems to be they should have showed up knowing what they were to do and not needed it explained by us.

The service turned out well. They were very prompt and responsive. The technician was very professional and had great recommendations on how to control the pests. Scheduling an appointment was very easy.

I did not have a good experience with Preventive Pest Control. We broke our contract with them. We were not happy. They would come and not do anything or not do anything much. We still had bugs. They just didn't do a good job at all. I felt like we were paying for nothing.

The provider was punctual, efficient, and did a great job. Not sure if we'll use them for a regular pest control service as they are a bit higher priced without the Angie's List coupon.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was good. I didn't pay any additional fees.

This provider was recommended by a friend who has been using them for more than five years. She got a discount for the referral and I got her discounted price. They come out every two to three months and call me before they do as I keep the gate locked. Sometimes this does not work out perfectly and I have to unlock the gate more than one day to give them access. However, so farm, after five months of services, I have not seen any pests in or around my house.

It went great. I haven't seen anymore ants inside the house since he was here.

They come out every 3 months. They always spray the outside of the house, and they will also come out anytime I want the inside sprayed. They are a little pricey, but I’ve been happy with the service. I never see any bugs.

I did not follow the exterminator around but the work was done so quickly. Mind you I have not had an exterminator in a long time so I do not have anything to compare the service to.

Bugs are still turning up dead so they did a good job. Showed up on time. I signed up for a bi-monthly treatment schedule for a year.

Outstanding company. They need 7 stars.We had some problems with some rodents and we got a garage with a breezeway that goes into the house and they kept coming up into the breezeway. What they did was to seal of the area and then they put up flashing around the eves of the house where the squirrels were getting in and the area in the garage where the mesh was placed you could see that a raccoon or small animal began to pull the mesh apart. So I called them about that and they were out the next day taking care of everything and making sure that the mesh was back in tact and everything. They said if it happens again I could jut call them again. The work they did was good. They didn't just put the mesh up haphazardly. They put the wall up with the contour of the walls and it just looked professionally done. I wasn't charged anything extra.

I'm on a plan with them and they came out every month. I have been using them for 2 years now and I'm happy with them. I don't have any complaints with them. They did pretty good.

This is an excellent service provider. They accommidated my schedule and did a very professional job.

Pest control is one of those services that you really shouldn't have a lot to say about, in my opinion. They come, they spray, you don't see them until next time, and you don't see bugs running around your house anymore. That was the case with this service. The only thing that made me a little nervous was that he sprayed pretty close to where my baby was sitting, before I had the chance to move him. Otherwise, everything was fine. Friendly, arrived when expected, treatment was effective.

the sales guy was really sweet and informative. The extermination went really well and it's all pet safe. They took care of the entire house and yard. If I need them back out before the three months is up, i can call them for free whenever I need to.
