I have used them for over a year and I am pleased with them.

They charge $93 every three months. We have used them for several years. They take care of any pest, and I haven't seen any which is good to know. They didn't come last time inside because we were gone. I did call them to come back and do the inside, and they didn't charge me anymore. I think their price might be a little high for the year. I don't see any bugs, so that's really great. I will probably continue to use them. They came in May, and they are coming to re-do the inside this Monday, then they will do the regular pest control in August.

See above, they did not meet my requirements

Great out of the gate but no stamina. After a while the time spent at our house was less and less and when we called them back out for an additional visit they wanted payment first when they pests were not handled the first time. I requested to speak with a manager, I was informed that they would call me back on multiple occasions but never did. I am sending my payment today and I am cancelling their service immediately.

They were good. We haven't had bug problems. Price was okay for what he did. Their responsiveness was a little slow. Their punctuality was okay.

Polite service, called ahead as requested, answered questions.

We got a window of 8 to 11, and unfortunately they didn't come within this time the first time they were supposed to come out. They were accommodating and rescheduled for another time we couldn't be there, so it all worked out in the end. The reduction in mosquitos is significant, and we have no signed up for a recurring service. They did a great job overall, and if you're looking to enjoy your backyard more and endure less bites, give them a call.

I think it's the wrong one, they don't provide what I want. Probably it's also my fault I don't know what they mean. They maybe just go around the house and see if any pests and charge me $70, I don't think it's worth it.

They were on time, did the job well, and it has been very helpful in the amount of bugs inside and outside of my father-in-laws home.

I was having a problem in the kitchen with small german roaches. Several pest services had tried to solve the problem. They solved the problem. They came 4 or 5 times without ever charging any more than the initial deal. They stuck with it and solved the bug problem,. I would highly recommend Preventative Pest Control to everyone.

Took advantage of the coupon and the guys came out and did both the interior and exterior of the house. After the obligatory pitch for a monthly service they did their jobs great giving me good advice on how to keep pests out. If I ever were to go with a monthly or any other type of service I'd be happy to go with them.

There was a little confusion about the flea control that we wanted, but they rectified it quickly. We decided to sign a year long contract with them.

It was good, don't see many spiders or insects now

The provider was very professional. He went about his job and explained the situation to me as he went along. He also explained to me what to expect and if there was a problem please don't hesitate to call and he would take care of it. So far there have been no problems.

Their bimonthly rate is $79. They're dependable and they come when they say they're going to come. They have a product that is supposedly non-toxic. I don't have to worry about my kids playing outside. Bugs still get in your house sometimes. We had a wasp nest that they took down. But the wasps are back. We certainly are not living in a bug free environment as a result of them. But they're okay.

Went well, explained what he was going to do and took care of everything he discussed.

This company is punctual and professional. They delivered what they promised.

He was very patient and helpful! He dealt with my four dogs and was knowledgeable.

I would not use this service again. They came out twice for pest control. The first time went fine but the second time was crazy. For one the technician repeatedly rang my door bell when there is a clear sign not to ring the door bell because my babies are sleeping. The worst part was that instead of spraying some pesticide around the perimeter of the house, as I am accustomed, he sprayed PUDDLES of pesticide all over the porch and in the garage. I'm talking 10-15 huge puddles. The cleaning ladies stepped in a puddle and I had to have them take off their shoes. When I went in the garage there were puddles everywhere and it reeked of chemicals. He had even doused a bag of pesticide-free fertilizer, so much for that. Before I realized what was going on my 3 year old daughter stepped in a puddle and soaked her shoes. I was so upset by this experience because I felt they were chemically overloading my environment. I called and explained that I have a 3 year old, a 1 year old, and I am pregnant and why did they use so much pesticide and is that amount of pesticide safe? The owner or manager did call me back hours later and when I explained what had happened he just said "Well what do you want me to do?" Umm I want you to act like that this amount of pesticides around my house and in my garage were unusual and apologize and offer me a refund.... but maybe that's asking too much. When you have your house sprayed for bugs you don't want a lot of drama, just a routine service you don't have to worry about.

Wonderful! They did not charge me anything extra. They did their job and left. They did a great job.

I had Preventive treat the house about 1 month before we were taking over from renters... Bottom line, we still had quite a few roaches, spiders, and other guests in the house when we tried to move in. It was really disappointing. I knocked them out with the regular Ortho preventive spray from Lowes... I wouldn't hire this treatment service again. It just wasn't effective.

Overall, they did exactly what I needed and after a second treatment, the ants never came back.
