Preventive Pest Control

Two men arrived and one treated the exterior while the other treated the interior. Since it was a new home and still vacant, I expected a complete and thorough job of exterminating inside all cabinets throughout the house. If I hadn't asked him to do so, he wasn't planning on including the cabinets. He asked if I had seen bugs and I told him no, but wanted it done as a preventive (just like the name of the business). He did the ones in the kitchen, but did not do others throughout the house. They were there for what seemed about 20 minutes and when I looked for them, they were gone. I expected them to tell me they were done in case I had any questions or comments. Probably will not use this business again.

The provider corresponded with me timely and also provided a time range of the resource who would be arriving. There was a confusion with their text alert service, but the provider came within the time range and also provided a call ahead to ensure i would be home. Overall, the service was done as expected. However, I noticed some ants crawling in my master bedroom about 4 days after the spray. I contacted Preventative to see what we need to do next.

The service visit went well. The exterminator showed up within the appointment window that I was given and performed the tasks that I requested. He asked me where I was seeing bugs and what type of bugs. In addition to the general treatment, he also set some bug type specific traps in the problem areas that I mentioned. I was very satisfied with the service.

We did not have a bug problem, just wanted to do a preventive maintenance, so it's too soon to tell how long the product will last and if we will be bug free. I did find a few small spiders/webs in the corner just a week after the spraying but that was all. The tech was professional and courteous.

I purchased a LivingSocial deal for indoor and outdoor pest control with this company, and scheduled a date of service. I was given a 5 hour time frame within which a technician could arrive, and I was assured that they would call a half hour in advance. As the day ended, no one had contacted me. When I called the company, they contacted the technician and I was told that he would likely arrive in about an hour and a half. After having blocked out 5 hours of my day already, I requested a reschedule. They rescheduled me the next day for another 5 hour window, and no one ever came. I attempted to call the business but my call was answered by a 3rd party answering service who could not contact the technician.

Our appointment was at 3:30 and they didn't arrive until 5:15 or but once they arrived the job was done well and very professionally. We were told if we saw any more wasps in the next couple of weeks to call and they would re-treat. We are seeing some so we will call and ask them to come back out. When I called and asked them to come back and retreat, we were told that would be an extra charge which was not what we were told by the person who provided the first treatment. Disappointing.

Things were great with the 59 dollars big deal for preventive interior and exterior pest treatment. I bought it on Angie's List and whatever that cost was, was the actual service cost. My experience was good. They were courteous and they were on time. The price was fine.

Great service, they came back out and did dusting. After initial spray, it rained and they worked with me for that. Very impressed with this service.

Overall it was fine. It took awhile for all of our creatures to disappear. I believe with this treatment and some at home treatments we were able to rid our problem. We just moved into our home and back into a wooded area and have seen the basic at home nuisances from rats to roaches to creatures we had to google. Overall it was good, no regrets. .

I have continued on with them because, they are so good. They have come out when I needed them to between treatments. I think they are affordable and the price is good. They have good customer service.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. My wife dealt with the technician who came out. I feel like we need one more treatment to take care of the pest issue completely. I had no problem scheduling the deal.

The company never contacted me for scheduling the appointment I had to call and do it. The guy that did the job was not professional and on time. I will not use this service again or recommend it. I had spiders in my garage after the service was done.

The tech arrived during the scheduled time period. He called before his arrival. Once onsite he was professional, knowledgeable and expedient in treating the house and surrounding yard. The work was done quickly and he then spent time explaining what he had done and where. When in the house he wore coverings over his shoes and left everything back in place after moving furniture as needed to spray the interior of the house. He also explained what to expect and how much time to allow for the treatment to work. He explained that if after that time we saw any insects at all to call them and he would be back out to retreat as necessary. That has not been necessary. I would not hesitate to recommend Preventive Pest Control to anyone.

Company was responsive and quick to make an appointment. While the rep did arrive within the specified window, they arrived toward the later end of the quote which is why I gave them a "B." Treatment was quick and easy, we have had no problems with unwanted bugs since.

It turned out fine. Scheduling was easy. The technician was punctual for the appointment.

The gentleman who came was very, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He was patient, and took time to answer my questions. He also addressed my concerns about the pesticide and its interaction with my small children. My only concern was with the front office staf i.e. the persons who pick up the phones when you call. When I called, I was driving and did not have my Angies List voucher and the first lady I spoke with had me hang up and try to locate it. Once I located it, I called back and the second lady who picked up was able to pull my information using my name and email, she did not insist on the voucher. The second lady was definitely much more helpful. Overall, I would use them again.
