Description of Work: This was just for rodent control. A year payment for management but they come the first time drop the traps and never call again! They expect you to consists to call to check them and know what you are doing! It's terrible service!

Description of Work: Sprayed for pests and separately sprayed for mosquitos as well as a yearly pest control attic package. They never follow up, come back timeingly nor do they care you paid 500 for a yearly service and check in, it's up to you to schedule when you want them around but the scheduling is limited due to very little staff and when you do it's the 1/2 day window! People work and do not hVr time to sit around and wait for someone to show up in five hours.they didn't even show up for my second apt. Follow up and I had to call them and get it scheduled when that's part of their package to come back calling you to set it up. They take your money and that's it. Oh but if you do a three month plan they call for Thor money and send notices constantly even though the initial period isn't complete! Records maybe?!!

Description of Work: Three times the service was rescheduled. Once due to weather. Although they were supposed to call me 30 minutes before the second appointment, they did not so they left a note a note but no service. I asked again for a phone call 30 minutes ahead of time and was reassured they would call for a third attempt. The third attempt came and went with no phone call. When I arrived home there was a note on my door that said they had serviced the outside(How do I know that?) but couldn't service the inside because no one was home. I have cut my loses and will not be contacting them again.
