+ -1 moreThe contact let me know he was on the way 30 minutes in advanced. Once he arrive, he went over everything in detail and began promptly. He sprayed both the inside & outside, and found about 11 ant mounds on our exterior, which he treated. The representative was very friendly, and did excatly what he said he was going to do. Great service overall.

+ -1 moreThe earwig problem has been almost totally eradicated, and the spiders are MUCH less of a problem. I still see a spider now and then, but they've explained that it sometimes takes months to get them because they hide out in their webs and don't necessarily walk through the poison right away. The technicians that have come out have been very professional, and they are responsive if you have a problem to come out and retreat. I have been very satisfied with this company, their price, and the products they use.
Description of Work: The company sent two servicemen out to do an initial treatment: one to work outside while one treated the inside. Both inspected my home thoroughly for signs of infestations of various bugs, including termites. They treated the perimeters, under sinks, and around doorways. I was having serious problems with earwigs and spiders at the time. They have been back once since then for a follow up, and they will return quarterly now that the bugs are under control.

Description of Work: Preventive came out to give an initial treatment for a home I just closed on. The treatment included a multipurpose pesticide that treated for a variety of insects. I had treatment inside and out.

They came and did a throrough review and external treatment and I've not noticed anything since then, so the treatment was obviously effective. I agreed to quarterly service and they have come back one time. I don't need to be home for them to service and they leave a notification that they've been and indication if there was anything unusual

Description of Work: We had our home on a preventive maintenance program for standard garden bugs for many years with this company. Last year we decided to add another plan for termite prevention. Every two months a servicman comes out to treat our home and yard for control and elimination of a large variety of bugs that are troublesome. On a few ocassions, we had an invasion of ants into the house and a rash of silverfish in the closets. Even though it was not a scheduled visit, the company fulfills its policy of coming out -without further charge- to treat for whatever issue shows up between their scheduled visits. When we had another problem with wasps, they came out again. Each time, the office personnel and the serviceman responded cheerfully and with efficiency. Preventive Pest Control has products that work. They have a practice of making sure the customer is happy with both their product and their service. On both counts, this company deserves the highest praise.

Right after they had sprayed, I still noticed a lot of bugs & I thought that I would wait a while to see if it took a while for the spray to take in effect. I never did get rid of the bugs so I had to call another company in to take care of my little pests. After they came in, I didn't have any problems at all.
