Description of Work: I had two Pella doors installed a year ago and one of them had gotten very hard to lock and unlock. When the service tech came out he fixed the door very quickly and very effectively. He was very professional. The repair was covered by warranty so there was no additional cost to me. The only problem I had was that it took numverous calls to Pella to get them to schedule the visit.

Description of Work: The installed windows are great, we've really enjoyed them trouble free for over two years. The issue we had was three different crews during the installation period. We contracted for the windows in three different groups because of the cost and time involved. The first two crews were great and did a wonderful job. The third crew was a disaster and left a very bad taste with us. | |If you get the right crew, the end product performs very well.

Description of Work: I bought new entry way door and 2 storm doors

Description of Work: Replaced all windows of 2 story house with fiberglass windows.

Description of Work: Had to repair the doors they had put in earlier, because they had gotten out of line. They did a nice jib.

Description of Work: I got an estimate for replacement windows. After a brief period of trying to oversell me their top of the line product, the salesman finally settled down and gave me a bid for the entry level vinyl replacement windows. The price was the most favorable one I received from several companies. The salesman refrained from treating me like I was an idiot, which I appreciated. No hard sell but always promptly responsive to my calls. I am very likely to use this company when I am ready to take on this project, though the discount may not be available then.

Description of Work: Pella windows came out and provided the first estimate for new windows for my 56 year old house in Spring Branch. At the time I wanted knew I wanted fiberglass (Pella's Impervia product) windows with white on the inside and brown on the outside and only Marvin Windows had such a product. I got an estimate from the company that sells Marvin Windows. I was kind of in a limbo status on what to do because the Marvin quote was about $2,000 higher than the quote for Pella when the Pella sales representative called and said that Pella had decided to sell the product that I wanted (2-toned inside/outside) with the Impervia line. I told Todd Dimmitt we had a deal. The windows were ordered, came in earlier than they (and I) anticipated and work was scheduled. The gentlemen that installed the windows were awesome. They were extremely thorough and neat too. Cleaning up and putting up plastic to protect the rest of the house. I am extremely please with the Impervia product from Pella, the work that was done and especially happy with how my house looks. I am going to attach before and after photos (note I got a new garage door also.. but that's another review).
