I took my laptop in because I was having problems with the screen. However, they said it is mandatory that they run a diagnostics check on my laptop and charge for that. The next day they called and said it was the laptop screen and they could order the part and get it in. They also said that after they ran the diagnostic check on the computer, they said I would need a new hard drive because the computer life cycle was about dead. They also called back and said the mother board was going out and said it would be cheaper to buy a new computer. I told them to put my computer back to together and I went and picked it up. I turned the computer on and now the keyboard does not work. I only wanted my screen repaired, they charged me for the diagnostics check that I did not want, they kept trying to niggle and dime me for more service. Now, I have a laptop and the keyboard doesn't work, the screen still isn't repaired, and I am out $86.00. I would stay away from this company!!!!

They’ve done work for me for years, and it’s gone very well overall. They’ve always met my requirements and have sold me good computers. They’ve done a good job at a fair price!

They returned our laptop in a very timely manner, and tried getting it back to us as soon as possible. I never had any problems contacting them or them calling me back when needed. They even updated us on the work that was being done. Their price seemed to be reasonable, and so far, the problem has been fixed!

Told Gary , the owner, and devin sale rep my problem with cd/dvd not reading my cd. He quoted me a price to replace the driver. I brought the pc in and they changed in out in 3 minute.

THE COMPUTER WAS TAKEN IN WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THAT IT HAD BEEN EXPOSED TO A LIGHTENING STRIKE SO THEY HAD SOME IDEA WHAT THEY WERE LOOKING FOR. THE LAST TIME WE HAD IT IN THEY SAID WELL MAYBE IT IS TOTALED, BUT WOULD NOT PUT IN WRITING FOR INSURANCE. WHEN WE ORIGINALLY TOOK IT IN IT IS STATED ON THE REPAIR INVOICE THAT IT NEED TO BE EVALUATED FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES, THEY WOULD NOT COMMIT TO A REPORT FOR THAT. THEY WERE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WHEN THEY QUOTED US THE ONE PRICE, BUT CHARGED US MORE THEY WOULD NOT DISCUSS IT. THEY JUST TOOK THE ATTITUDE THAT WE MISUNDERSTOOD. WE WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN THE OK FOR IT TO BE WORKED ON IF THEY HAD QUOTED US THE PRICE THEY CHARGED US. THEY MADE NO EFFORTS TO COMPROMISE OR CONSIDER ADJUSTING THE PRICE. WE FELT WE WERE BEING BROUGHT BACK REPEATEDLY SO THAT THEY COULD KEEP RUNNING UP A BILL.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE JOB WAS DONE RIGHT AWAY. THEY LATER EXPLAINED WHAT CAUSED THE GLITCHES ON THE SCREEN.
